I still remember the day when I had health issues and was hospitalised, she was the one who took an effort to get my stuff to the hospital and came to visit me to check on my health. I never see you tired, even if your ending your work your face always shows the same energy and motivation. You really care about every guest and your colleagues and I believe that shows how best you are as a mother too. Keep smiling and shining always Thank you Seeta, Azizi and the entire house keeping and engineering team to always make sure that am at the best place. Thank you to Jasmine and Serenena to assist me while my family was here. You guys have been so helpful and cooperative Thank you Gilbert for always being there as a guide. I still remember when I checked in you took so much of effort to make me comfortable and guiding me the nearby food and grocery markets and always guiding me till date to the best of places nearby to explore and shopping centres too. Wir haben kürzlich nach eine kleinen Odyssee am Münchner Flughafen wegen des Wetters im Pullman Hill St. übernachtet für 2 Nächte und es nicht bereut. Das Hotel ist modern und komfortabel, äußerst zentral im „alten Teil“ von Singapur gelegen. Die Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Marina Bay und Pool ist einfach nur wow, das Bett war super komfortabel, mir hat besonders die Festigkeit der Kopfkissen gefallen. Das Design ist modern und greift überall das Thema Eisenbahn toll und gekonnt auf, schließlich geht es ja um die Pullman-Waggons 😀 Die Lobby begrüßt einen gleich mit auf alt gemachten Koffern, die mit diversen Stickern von alten, ehemals bekannten Hotels versehen sind und gleich mal den Anspruch des Hauses verdeutlichen, welches sich offenbar in einer Reihe mit diesen Häusern sehen will. Und das darf ruhig so sein!!! Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, toller großer Safe, in dem ein Laptopcomputer genauso Platz findet wie alles andere, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, die uns bei der morgendlichen Abreise um 0400 Uhr gute Dienste erwiesen hat, eine Dusche, die großzügiger nicht zu sein braucht, mit gut duftenden Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner. Gut war für uns außerdem die Bereitstellung eines in Bioqualität verpackten Kamms, das unser Gepäck es leider nicht geschafft hatte… Am Morgen unserer Abreise wurde uns noch ein leckeres Frühstücksdoggypack zur Verfügung gestellt- toll! Kurzum, wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem neuartigen Pullman Hill Street und können uns vorstellen, dort wieder zu logieren, wenn es uns nach Singapur verschlägt.

Semasa mendaftar masuk, saya tidak dimaklumkan tentang naik taraf percuma jadi itu satu kejutan untuk saya. Secara keseluruhannya bilik ini cukup luas; suka keselesaan katil. Namun penghawa dingin di bilik saya mempunyai beberapa masalah yang menyusun atau menjejaskan penginapan saya di sana. Proses daftar masuk agak cepat tetapi adalah lebih baik jika lebih banyak kaunter tersedia untuk memudahkan cara yang lebih cekap untuk memastikan tetamu dapat mendaftar masuk.

I stayed for a week on December 2023 with my family. We booked the deluxe suite with extra bed placed in the living room. The booking process was easy, and smooth. Kudos to Mr. David Picard who assist me with the booking through email. They just renovate the concierge which give a modern feel and luxurious too. The concierge team, esp. Miss Alison always give a warm welcome to us every time we head out or come back. The suite is always kept clean and tidy even we have loads of stuff scattered around. Miss Annie is our housekeeper and thumbs up for her. Every amenities that we requested are prepared with extras for us. She is also very friendly when we had a bit of chit chat. The breakfast spread is not many but enough. The variety that they served every day is good and not boring. The kitchen team is very friendly especially Miss Lueda. She greets every guests there and even spare some time to talk to them in between her busy schedule. There are a lot of serviced apartments spread out in Singapore but I don’t think I will have a change of heart any soon. Given the location of Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, nested right behind 313@Somerset meaning access to MRT station is just a walk away, that’s a huge advantage. And no need to worry to find your daily meals. Plenty of food around the vicinity. Also there’s a grocery store right in front of the building. I love the huge refrigerator they put in every suites. Can put loads of stuff that I bought from the grocery. Having microwave and washing machine is always a plus. Oh did I tell you that the detergent for the washer/dryer is free? They have a pool at the 2nd floor but the best part is they have the hydrotherapy (hot & cold) indoor pool.

Parkroyal at beach road ialah hotel vintaj yang telah menemani singapura dalam pembinaan negaranya sejak 1970-an. Lokasi sangat baik kerana 5 minit berjalan kaki dari. Stesen MRT Lebuhraya Nicole dan pasar jalan pantai yang terkenal. Apa yang saya suka tentang hotel ini ialah lobi vintajnya yang memberikan rasa retro dan bersahaja. Ia berbeza dengan hotel lain. Terdapat juga beberapa telebear gergasi di sofa lobi yang merupakan permata untuk menghiburkan kanak-kanak dan menambah suasana hangatnya. Biliknya besar dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Katilnya juga padat. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki mungkin bahagian luar tingkap kelihatan berdebu dan beberapa menu TV kabel berbeza daripada saluran sebenar. Contoh saluran 14 ditulis pada panduan sebagai filem musang. Tetapi saluran sebenar adalah HBO. Disebabkan sekatan covid, saya memesan sarapan dalam bilik. Nasi lemak ikan cray beras ungu adalah antara yang terbaik yang saya makan, pasti hidangan saya akan sangat mengesyorkan. Satu-satunya kawasan yang perlu diperbaiki ialah kopi suam yang mungkin lebih hangat. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman itu bagus. Permata lain ialah restoran cina Si Chuan Dou Hua. Minuman kacang soya kaya dan sedikit atau tiada gula. Saya akan suka tinggal di sana untuk staycation lagi.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

Location was good - plenty of food stalls downstairs. Stay was not that pleasant and rest/sleep was largely interrupted. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell the moment I stepped in and had to get the staff to spray air freshener but it still came back after a while (it was a 2-night stay). Hard to get the reception - took 3 hours for someone to pick up my call just to get fresh towels. The view from the room was just a wall outside. As the room was beside the lift lobby, there were constant noises of many people walking around/talking/shouting outside. There was also a strange dull echoey drumming sound the whole day, louder especially at night.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days with my family from June 1st to June7th. Right from the Check in till I Checked Out, I didn’t have any issues. During my entire stay, I could interact with many staffs & all of them did their best pleasingly to help me. During Check in “Christina” was the lady in the reception. Including myself we were five people ( 2 Adults & 3 Children ). We asked for a connecting room. Immediately she made arrangements & provided us. After getting into that room I said, we would prefer a different room as there were no shelves & we were with luggages. Once again, without hesitation she arranged a better room. She was an inspiration for me. Thank You “Christina”. Since the flight was late in the evening on our Checkout date we requested for a late checkout. It was provided. Everything was addressed with care throughout my stay. Another important fact is, this hotel is right next to the Bencoolen MRT which made our commuting very very easy. I would 100% recommend this hotel

Saya mempunyai roti bakar yang diambil sangat baik. Cik Erica mengusahakan kafe. Dia seorang yang sangat ramah dan suka menolong. Untuk memesan makanan saya untuk dibawa pulang. Saya membeli sekotak kek bulan dari kafe. Rasanya sangat enak dan mempunyai banyak rasa. Bilik di hotel luas dan bersih. Percutian yang bagus di penginapan Ywca. Service is always friendly and excellent, room has everything you need for a short stopover. Also provided drinking water, tea bags as complimentary items. Good location, a short stroll to the MRT, or bus stop just outside the main entrance. National Museum and Fort Canning garden are just a short distance away, good for morning walk before the sun's out. Would definitely stay here again!

Perhentian bas sangat dekat, berjalan tidak lebih dari 5 minit, di hadapan Concorde Hotel. Terdapat banyak restoran untuk dipilih. Sebab dekat Orchard gateway mall, tak jauh pun, boleh jalan kaki.

Lokasi yang sangat sesuai betul-betul di luar MRT Bencoolen dan berhampiran dengan MRT Bras Basah juga. Dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Plaza Singapura, Bugis dan Dewan Bandaraya. Bilik itu baik, mempunyai tab mandi juga. Ketat pada pelawat yang dibenarkan masuk ke dalam bilik dan ketat pada masa daftar keluar. Pemandangan yang tidak begitu baik.

There were no person/receptionist in the hotel, like literally there were no person take care of the place, reservation only by online (talking to the person in charge by using zoom), so i feel not really safe and cautious all the time. The room is so damp, which makes the floor feels nasty and uncomfortable to step on bcs the floor is watery. Tissue toilet is already yellowish and not a brand new tissue. The pillow case is smelly and seems like the bed isn’t that clean (still got dust and a bit dirt, and a strand of hair is detected). Wasn’t that good experience tho.

The Front office clerks are helpful and polite, check-in was efficient. The hotel should be one of the best in this location 50 over years ago. Presently, the building is very old and without renovation. The lighting in the 2 Grandfather LIFTS are so dimmed and moving so slowly, (the simplest way to improve is to change all the mirrors and brighten the lighting). I more suggestion is to supply the very basic bath and shampoo / 3-in-one gels and toothbrush set in the bathroom as a must for tourists even if the room price could rise for $5.00. Hope the hotel would improve the 2 points as soon as possible.
