It's a nice hotel, location is great. But facilities is a little old and staff have less experience. . When I checked in, the front desk staff took a long time and still can't find my reservation. The second staff helped me checking in, but he forgot give my cell phone back. I found out my phone lost when I was in the room. I come back to front desk, luckily my cell phone was still in the staff's desk. When we went to bed in first night, we found that the window curtain can't be closed. We slept bad in the first night because the broken window curtain. I asked Hotel to change a new room for us next day because they still couldn't fix it. But they gave us a low floor room for us which I was unhappy. I also don't like the hotel deposit policy. I have paid off my room in Trip.com before I arrived hotel. But they still charged my $800 for deposit.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with my small family, and it was a wonderful experience. Although there were limited halal options, customer service informed us that the food was not halal. However, there was a great selection of cereals, some sashimi, rice, and non-meat items to enjoy, as well as plenty of pastries. If you're having breakfast here, you definitely won't be disappointed. My toddler had a fantastic time as well. The hotel room is beautifully furnished, making it unique to Shangri-La Sentosa. I would definitely come again. Thank you so much for the cake!

Terrific 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable apartment with a view of the pool and gardens. Within walking distance of Orchard Road and the nearest Hop on Hop off bus stop as well as super friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late at the apartment to find all our breakfast needs for the following day provided. We will come back!!
