Hotel Singapura dengan Spa

Hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang baik secara keseluruhan. Lokasi tidak begitu selesa tetapi ia baik-baik saja. Makanannya juga sedap. Idea loteng adalah menarik. Walau bagaimanapun, satu perkara yang saya ingin nyatakan ialah kad saya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kami terpaksa memasukkan kad ke dalam untuk membuka kunci pintu berkali-kali sebelum kami boleh masuk ke dalam bilik hotel kami. Tandas sebenarnya kecil juga tetapi boleh dilaksanakan.

I want to sincerely thank Ping Ping at Marina Bay Sands for making our anniversary truly special. Her warm and attentive service during check-in set the tone for a memorable stay. She went above and beyond by providing detailed directions to Chijmes and other attractions, which made our experience even better. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy our anniversary without any worries. Ping Ping’s exceptional service is a big reason why our stay was so wonderful!

Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik dan sangat mesra. Bilik tidur yang besar sangat besar, dengan pencahayaan yang baik, kemudahan bilik mandi juga sangat baru, tab mandi juga sangat besar, dan reka bentuknya sangat berpatutan. Kemudahan gim hotel juga sangat lengkap, dan peralatannya juga sangat baru. Terdapat jurulatih khas di dalamnya yang boleh ditempah. Kolam renang juga sangat bagus, tetapi agak kecil. Katering hotel sangat bagus.. Pagi pagi ada buffet. Pilihannya banyak, dan buah-buahan ada macam-macam, yang sangat segar. Terdapat juga dua restoran di hotel, satu adalah bufet, dan satu lagi boleh menyediakan barbeku dan koktel. Ini sangat baik, makanannya lazat, dan wainnya juga sangat baik. Pendek kata, pengalaman perjalanan perniagaan ini sangat bagus, sangat berpuas hati!

Clean room. Gotten a free upgrade. Strategic location. Breakfast spread was good. I would like to give a feedback on the breakfast service though. My mum was wearing the hotel room slippers and was told by the lady at the counter to change due to ”safety reasons. However, we saw around 2 to 3 other hotel guests roaming ard and dining in hotel slippers. I wonder whether they were given the same advise as my mum as well? My mum felt she was picked on. If this is a rule, it should be enforced to all guests.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant visit. Despite its central position, the hotel provides a calm and peaceful environment, giving guests a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the hotel’s major advantages is its accessibility. Situated near popular shopping destinations like Orchard Road and Bugis Junction, it’s also just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy for guests to navigate the city and visit its top attractions. Food lovers will appreciate the wide range of dining options in the area, from local hawker centers to international cuisine. The service at Hotel Bencoolen is friendly and attentive, with staff consistently going above and beyond to meet guests’ needs. The small fitness center and outdoor pool add extra convenience for those looking to unwind.

The hotel is just next to the MRT station which makes it really convenient to travel around. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The hotel has connecting bridge to Tanglin mall as well. Overall, the rooms are clean and we enjoyed our stay. Will choose this hotel again when we visit Singapore!

Wonderful marina bay landscape both night and day. Nice hotel's swimming pool and fitness (opened 24 hr). Highly recommendation of Sushi Jiro, Japanese restaurant located on 4th floor that serving very high quality and fresh seafoods with many delicious plates, also lovely chefs and staffs.

I booked the room for my friend for 3 nights. in the daytime, there is renovation work next to us and it is too noisy until we cant even rest well.  and there are many miscommunication in between, staff called up to pay for deposit and I rushed to the hotel, but end up when I went to the counter, they told me no such thing where last night when I asked to extend for 1 more night, they already counted the deposit and room fee together, and when I told the staff im in rush, but the staff still insisted to explained the room benefits and breakfast and etc. I been mentioned 2-3 times im in rush and I came to make payment on behalf for the room where they are well known about all these, but still....

Second time trying this hotel. My partner and I decided to top up for the club lounge access as we quite like their food selections and services. We were served by Han Meng during the check in and he was very nice knowing we want to top up for club access, he actually worked out a deal that is more worthy and he even gave us a high floor corner room with a very nice view of the harbour plus late check out at 3pm. The services at the club lounge were good especially Steve from the club lounge. He was very friendly and even offered to take photo for us and printed out knowing we were here for special occasion. I feel the food selections during evening cocktail as compared to last time dropped a little. Hopefully they will come out with better menu next time :) The top up of the champagne during the breakfast was slow and sometimes forgotten our order. Overall still a good experience.

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.  Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.  Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.  Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.  Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !  There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.  Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.
