Hotel Singapura dengan Spa

Hotel ini mempunyai suasana yang baik secara keseluruhan. Lokasi tidak begitu selesa tetapi ia baik-baik saja. Makanannya juga sedap. Idea loteng adalah menarik. Walau bagaimanapun, satu perkara yang saya ingin nyatakan ialah kad saya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Kami terpaksa memasukkan kad ke dalam untuk membuka kunci pintu berkali-kali sebelum kami boleh masuk ke dalam bilik hotel kami. Tandas sebenarnya kecil juga tetapi boleh dilaksanakan.

Berseronoklah di hotel dengan bilik, gim dan kemudahan berenang yang hebat. Walau bagaimanapun, mencabar untuk mendapatkan makanan halal justeru saya akan mengesyorkan hanya memesan foor melalui platform penghantaran makanan. Secara keseluruhan, menyukainya dan akan kembali!

Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik dan sangat mesra. Bilik tidur yang besar sangat besar, dengan pencahayaan yang baik, kemudahan bilik mandi juga sangat baru, tab mandi juga sangat besar, dan reka bentuknya sangat berpatutan. Kemudahan gim hotel juga sangat lengkap, dan peralatannya juga sangat baru. Terdapat jurulatih khas di dalamnya yang boleh ditempah. Kolam renang juga sangat bagus, tetapi agak kecil. Katering hotel sangat bagus.. Pagi pagi ada buffet. Pilihannya banyak, dan buah-buahan ada macam-macam, yang sangat segar. Terdapat juga dua restoran di hotel, satu adalah bufet, dan satu lagi boleh menyediakan barbeku dan koktel. Ini sangat baik, makanannya lazat, dan wainnya juga sangat baik. Pendek kata, pengalaman perjalanan perniagaan ini sangat bagus, sangat berpuas hati!

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

Overall is okay. Great location, good service and reasonable price! The receptionist was friendly and explained everything clearly to us. Breakfast was included and it tastes good. There is also free parking available in the hotel👍👍

Had a great short staycation at this hotel! It is beside Tanglin Mall and Orchard Boulevard MRT Station so transport is a breeze. Room size was cozy but ample room to move around. Air-conditioning was good. Bidet was available in the bathroom which was a thumbs up for us. Breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious! Shout out to the chef at the noodles section who greeted guests cheerfully as we took our food from the buffet. The staff in the hotel were friendly and amicable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and could come back again next time!

The receptionist made me uncomfortable when I checked in at the Hotel. He asked me whether I wanted to add on pay for breakfast. I said I had booked including breakfast. Then He repeatedly looked at his monitor and told me that the hotel room I had booked did not include breakfast. I told him again that I was sure I had booked including breakfast for two person. I often asked him if he was sure, and he kept answered, ”Yes, it is without breakfast. He did seriously looking into the monitor” Since I believed I was booking with breakfast, I took out my phone from my bag then I checked my reservation. I showed him my booking details from my phone. Surprisingly, he only need few seconds to checked my phone like short glitch from far away, then he looked back at his monitor. But this time, he said, “Oh yes, with breakfast,” without bothering to say the simple word of “sorry” to fix the inconvenience situation from previous wrong information that he had told me so many times at front of reception counter. Does he do the same thing with other guests? from other countries? Or he feel okay doing that if the guests are Singapore-local? Then what if the guest only follows what he said by paying for breakfast even though guest have booked the room with breakfast included? Hopefully, that is not a breakfast scam. I believe the ParkRoyal Hotel system perfectly fine and impossible showing the invalid reservation details information on their receptionist computer staff. ParkRoyal Collection group hotel staff can provide much better service than that The receptionist's name is Zach.

I actually booked a King, Marina Bay View for my birthday staycation and requested for higher floor. But during check-in, I was told that the hotel had overbooked the King room and whether I would mind taking a room with two single beds joined together with a $100 dining credit as a form of compensation. We decided to accept the offer but when we went up to the room, I'm a bit disappointed with the view as we were located at level 11 and once I opened the door I could immediately see the construction site directly infront of me before the Marina Bay View. It was really an eye sore. As it was a birthday staycation for myself, I had decided to see whether can I pay for an upgrade. In the end, I managed to pay for an upgrade to the Millenia Suite (the only suite left). The staff had given me a $300 discount and let me retain the $100 dining voucher. They are very fast in responding, and I'm impressed that all their staff are given the autonomy to provide guests the discount and benefits As I had stated, it was a birthday staycation, and the hotel had given me some chef's desserts and a handwritten personalised birthday card - this is really a very nice gesture! It actually costs a lot more than expected, but the view and the room at level 31 do make my birthday a memorable one.

Is a birthday celebration for my little boy and Pan Pacific have made the effort to decorate the room with balloons and also gifted him a birthday cake. Very thankful towards the nice gesture. The kids enjoyed the pool and the free popcorn and candy floss. The staff are very nice and helpful too. One downside is the toilet and the furnishings looks old and rundown. The rest are all good.

Been to Fullerton Hotel many times for dining and events at ballroom, and it’s my first time staying here. Checked-in on a weekday, the staff seemed to be new as she couldn’t answer most of my queries but luckily she gotten help from another senior staff who was quick to assist so all was good.  Room was classy, posh and clean. There’s a bathtub and toilet bowl with bidet function (also auto opening lid). We are a party of 2A2C and the hotel added a rollaway bed for free which was really appreciated! Children amenities like toiletries, bathrobe and bedroom slippers were provided upon request from housekeeping.  Balcony felt kind of dirty and tables/chairs not well maintained, which was a surprise to me considering Fullerton being a 5* hotel.  Pool at level 2 had a great view of surrounding, it’s not big but served its function with jacuzzi available too! There’s always deck chairs available when I was there. Gym was good, spacious with many different types of machines and equipment.  Had buffet dinner at the Town restaurant, initial impression was that it seemed short staffed as there is only 1 staff receiving customers and leading them to the table (I would think this is usually a 2 people job, 1 to register guests and 1 to lead the way). But anyway, Johnson who led me in was really nice in explaining information and very patiently taking my questions. Variety of food was great here and the staff were really helpful too, coming by table frequently to clear dirty plates. Salmon Sashimi and snow crab legs were really fresh and delicious !  There’s many shops and restaurants around the hotel so it’s really convenient.  Check out was a breeze and after the stay, I must say that Fullerton’s service level was top notch! Enjoyed my stay and would love to be back.
