Hotel berhampiran The Hindu Centre, Singapura

Generally had a good stay as usual, the room was a little dated but very clean at least for the room we had occupied. Would like to highlight the lady housekeeping staff on level 6 was very detailed and helpful. Was unfortunately unable to get her name (she could speak Chinese well and sounded like she was from Vietnam) but things definitely worked better when she was around. Grateful for the housekeeping gentlemen staff on the 4th level for passing us a fresh set of towels. Very appreciative of their efforts in making our stay a restful one. Staffs at reception / check in was also very helpful and friendly. Just one small gripe. The usual super cheerful and nice breakfast managers seem to have left. Recalled they were better in terms of managing the crowds, tables and disposition. There are now more than 5 staffs around during breakfast hours on some days but tables are still mostly uncleared. Also, there was a Chinese lady with long hair seemingly with strange set of manners towards local guests which left a sour impression for myself. Thankfully only encountered her on 2 out of the 7 days of our stay. Breakfast spread is decent albeit the croissants were hard as rock for 3 out of 7 days but all in all, would recommend for a stay!

kemudahan dan perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik. kakitangan hotel sangat membantu dan baik. lokasinya strategik, berhampiran Bendemeer dan MRT Lavender, juga terdapat beberapa perhentian bas bandar berhampiran hotel. sangat disyorkan untuk lawatan SG saya yang seterusnya! teruskan kerja yang bagus!

We got the last room and it was literally near the office/pantry and its kinda like no privacy until i close the door and they stuck foam for soundproof !! I find it cool and I had to shift the table near the door because its taking up walking space between the bed to the toilet but overall , i love the pool ❤️

It falls short compared to other Marriotts in different countries. It's somewhat disappointing, but at least the room is clean.

They have two wings: the East Wing and the West Wing (which has bigger rooms). The front desk informed us that they could only upgrade us for the first night as they were fully booked on the second night , so we chose not to upgrade at all to avoid moving to another building . The hotel is right beside Zhongshan Mall. It’s a very small mall with just a few shops, but it’s enough. They have a McDonald’s, Starbucks, Toast Box, BreadTalk Bakery, FairPrice supermarket, and a Guardian pharmacy and I especially loved the serene garden .🌲🍂 The check-in process was exceptionally smooth and the staff was very helpful. Despite arriving late for breakfast with only 30 minutes left to eat, the chef was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us more food . Breakfast last call at 9:45am .  The only minor downside was that the room and bed were a bit smaller than expected, and if you turn too much, you might feel like you’ll fall off 🤣🤣. Aloft took over the building from two other hotels last June. Personally, I felt everything was great, except for the room itself ,which they can’t do much about. Price was on the steep side due to  F1 weekend.but overall, it was a delightful experience.💖

A cosy hotel with a Good location near lots of food choices and also the shopping mall was short distance away. Service at the hotel was great from the reception, restaurant to the concierge making my staycation a great one. Specially want to mention Ryan the Royale restaurant host, he was full of smiles, helpful and polite which is a number one in service line.

Saya transit di sini sementara. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Harga sangat berpatutan di Singapura. Ia hanya bersebelahan dengan Haji Lane, dan juga berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah Bugis. Terdapat Bugis Junction, tempat anda boleh pergi membeli-belah dan makan. Ia berdekatan dengan Pusat Makanan Albert dan pusat Makanan Golden The Mile terletak tidak jauh, serta beberapa restoran terkenal yang lain. Jika anda tinggal untuk masa yang singkat, anda mungkin tidak dapat memakannya. .. Tak jauh pun nak jalan kaki ke Dewan Bandaraya... Anyway, memang sangat selesa. Anda boleh menggunakan perisian lain untuk mencari tempat yang lazat dan menyeronokkan berdekatan. Terdapat perhentian bas apabila anda keluar, jadi ia sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas. Terdapat ruang awam di tingkat 3, di mana anda boleh bekerja, makan, dan berehat. Terdapat peti sejuk untuk menyimpan makanan anda sendiri, serta air panas dan sejuk. Daftar masuk juga di ruang ini, yang agak selesa. Terdapat mesin basuh dan pengering di tingkat 5. Anda perlu membayar 10 SGD untuk membeli kad, yang boleh digunakan sehingga 3:00 pagi keesokan harinya. Jika anda membeli kad dengan beberapa rakan, ia sangat kos- berkesan.Jika anda bersendirian dan tidak mempunyai banyak pakaian, ia tidak menjimatkan kos. Bilik itu sangat sunyi.Saya tidak menempah asrama perempuan pada hari pertama.Saya menempah asrama campuran, yang sangat sunyi.Nanti, saya menempah asrama perempuan.Semua orang berkualiti, tidak ada bunyi, dan Cina sangat sedikit.Jika anda memilih bukaan sebelah, ia serupa dengan universiti Katil di asrama lebih mudah. Terdapat pengering rambut awam, seterika dan papan seterika, yang saya tidak pernah gunakan. Keseluruhan kebersihan adalah baik, lebih baik jika bilik mandi lebih bersih.

Tiada kekurangan lain kecuali perkara kecil! Cadangan besar: lokasinya sangat, sangat bagus! The bed was very comforty. Location was great for shopping and a lot of eateries within the vicinity. Staff was friendly. Security officer by the name Mariyun was especially helpfull.

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.
