Hotel berhampiran West Coast Park - AREA 3 / SHELTER 11, Singapura

Terima kasih kepada Firdaus, Mariam dan Zuraidah (tidak pasti sama ada saya mendapat nama yang betul) kerana membuat perjalanan kerja-tinggal 1 minggu saya sangat menyenangkan. Mereka adalah orang meja depan yang paling baik yang saya temui dan memastikan permintaan saya dipenuhi. Terima kasih Firdaus kerana sudi mengaturkan saya ke bilik yang lebih baik untuk keperluan solat semasa daftar masuk. Bantuan anda amat saya dan suami saya hargai. did not expect much from this small guest house, with low rate. however it would be better if the furnitures and walls are well maintained and have servicing. the walls are dirty, the doors does not have double lock for safety, the aircon in the room i stayed at top level is noisy and old. service at the front office is average, not very interactive. the toothbrush kit provided has expired toothpaste. no fridge, no tv. if you are here in singapore to enjoy, this place is not really recommended until all of the above mentioned are improved, it feels like youre living in an old room. if youre just looking for a room and not expecting much, just to stay and sleep, sure this should be fine.

If tranquility and peace is what you’re looking for, you’ll find it here. Hotel is recently opened and therefore occupancy is not in full swing as yet. There is minimal staff on site and no F&B options available as yet. Staff recommends going to nearby (10mins sheltered walkway) train station (Kent Ridge) for food or drink. We visited over ***** New Year holidays and luckily food court at nearby NUH hospital was open. Overall the facilities pool and gym are very well kept. There is a work space cum dining tables indoors and also outdoors poolside which you can use to dine in your BYO food. Very thoughtful of hotel to setup induction stove, microwave and hotel water dispenser at lobby area for food warming. There’s even a BBQ PIT and sink next to pool but unsure how to register to use. Have suggested to hotel to setup some vending machines until their F&B outlet is operational. Don’t think it’ll happen too soon as renovations still ongoing for food outlet. Will definitely return for R&R again. But need to BYO drinks, snacks or food! Or just order Grab delivery!

Did an overnight stay in a room at the garden level. The hotel was basically new, hence there was nothing to comment about the room amenities, facilities and quality. The garden room had access to open garden at the balcony. It was kinda nice but also lacking privacy. Anyone with access to the garden could literally looked into the room if the curtains were not drawn. It doesn’t help that the hotel only had night curtain. A day curtain could help to provide some privacy while maintaining some sunlight in. I also like about the room having multiple usb ports for charging of devices. They also had a wireless charger by the bed side which was kinda cool and keeping up with the IT trend. There was electric kettle still available in the room, but also ice water available and the machine along the common corridor. Carpark wasn’t free as they were not the owner of the entire building. An overnight stay was about S$50, that’s like 20% of the room cost. Offering some Carpark rebates or coupon could help defer the cost. As for surrounding facilities, there wasn’t much if you were a tourist. The area was surrounded by tech industries, the train station was about 5-7 mins stroll. There’s a nice Starbucks beside the hotel though.

Location is fantastic. However, I'm not sure about the sound proof. First time in all my staycation, I received call from the reception counter citing my level guests complained that my room is noisy! I'm like... Oh! So sorry, my TV might got a little too loud will tune down the volume.... ... I was very disturbed by the complaint. Earlier on, I dunno which guests bang some doors and there's also knocking of the doors... I peep through the eye viewer, no one was out there. I'm sure my Netflix is not as loud. Unfortunately, no one investigated it, it's okie all I stayed was 1 night, let all the blame be on me then! (Yes, I'm passive aggressive). If the complaint is true, then it just proof that their soundproofing is real real real bad. I'm just watching Netflix with my husband (2 pax in the small room with an AIWA TV) the volume is just at norm level.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat baik. Perhentian bas terletak betul-betul di luar pintu dan stesen kereta api bawah tanah hanya dua hingga tiga ratus meter jauhnya. Pengangkutan sangat mudah. Terdapat bas terus ke tempat-tempat indah seperti Chinatown dan Marina Park, yang sangat mudah. Terdapat bufet sarapan pagi di tingkat satu dan empat hotel, yang kaya dengan kepelbagaian dan lazat. Anda boleh membeli kupon sarapan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu hotel dengan harga $15/orang. Walaupun bilik hotel tidak besar, ia dilengkapi sepenuhnya dengan peralatan elektrik yang baik dan kemudahan bilik mandi. Terdapat seorang wanita muda di penyambut tetamu di lobi hotel yang boleh berbahasa Cina dan perkhidmatannya sangat mesra. Terdapat kolam renang, gimnasium, bilik dobi, dan lain-lain di tingkat empat.

Pilihan pertama untuk menginap di hotel ini adalah kerana ia terletak betul-betul selepas stesen MRT Lavender Ia sangat mudah untuk pengangkutan Terdapat banyak restoran berdekatan untuk sarapan, makan tengah hari, makan malam dan snek lewat malam, serta pasar raya McDonald's dan Tradisional. , pengangkutan yang mudah, tempat makan yang selesa, dan perjalanan yang cepat ke dan dari tempat-tempat pelancongan Ia adalah hotel yang disyorkan dan saya akan menginap lagi apabila saya pergi ke Singapura. Ia adalah hotel yang selesa yang saya cukup nikmati. Katil kelihatan seperti dari Ikea tetapi selesa dan bagus untuk percubaan tidur kerana saya sedang mencari tilam baru untuk dibeli. Terdapat dapur berkongsi untuk digunakan tetapi terdapat peti sejuk peribadi di dalam bilik untuk digunakan. Lock menggunakan apl yang perlu dipasang kerana daftar masuk juga melaluinya. Ia agak menarik dan moden.

Saya pergi dalam perjalanan keluarga dan berpuas hati dengan kedua-dua lokasi dan harga hotel. Keadaan bilik yang saya daftar masuk tidak begitu baik. Bilik itu sangat kecil dan bilik mandi dan tandas dikongsi, tetapi ia mempunyai struktur yang luar biasa di mana jika anda menutup pintu bilik mandi dan menolak pintu lebih jauh, pintu bilik mandi akan dikunci semasa bilik mandi terbuka. Nampaknya pintu itu dibuat sedemikian kerana ia sangat sempit. Terdapat terlalu banyak habuk dan kotoran pada selimut dan ia adalah kotor. Penghawa dingin dihidupkan secara maksimum, tetapi ia agak lemah dan biliknya lembap. Saya dapat merasakannya dan saya tidak fikir saya akan memilih tempat ini untuk perjalanan keluarga saya mulai sekarang. Ia hanyalah hotel yang bagus untuk penginapan semalaman yang murah untuk perjalanan perniagaan. Bilik itu sangat kecil sehingga TV bersaiz kira-kira 20 inci. Tidak pernah menghidupkannya.
