Fragrance hotel balestier is clean and good service. But very far to the mrt station. ..the other staff is good eccept the indiana girls bad attitude.

Location is familiar. Customer services is good. Just the room when go in got a bit smell and got ants. Overall is ok

It’s a clean place. Near bus stop so commute is easy. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Near Cheers convenience store and there are also nearby markets and laundry shops. Accessible. Alight Bus #140 or 145 for lower fare (expect more stops-but you’ll enjoy the view on each stops until you reach your destination) or Bus #130, faster route/less stop but costs more. Not near MRT station. We were mostly out on the 3 days we stayed in SG and the room is comfortable to rest and freshen up. The room we were in doesn’t have bathroom door, and only has glass partition that doesn’t reach the ceiling. Still, no funky smell reached the bed area when someone does #2, good ventilation. The 1 bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. There’s a small table and 1 chair for dining which is enough for us. There is also a window which helps make the room less claustrophobic, and we get natural light in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. Economical and still comfortable based on our experience.

Excellent service, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. No deposit was required, which was a plus. The front desk also had Chinese-speaking staff. Just be aware that check-out is strictly before 12:00 PM. There's a bus stop right outside, but the nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. (It's close to Boon Keng, but Novena has shopping malls.)

i booked reservation on this fragrance hotel on 18th october for 1 night, upon reaching hotel im not able to check in coz they dont allow my work permit pass..in fact i used to book and checked in in this hotel.ask the kotel receptionist on how to het my refund, she answers 2 to 3 weeks process, now they made my check in status "completed" such an hassle...

It was nice place to stay. I knew the room was small size but surprised to see there was a balcony as well. It was nice to have outside space. A bit away from city, but there were many buses to go everywhere. There is even a local market close to hotel.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Great location and close to transport.

The room was small, yet functional. It was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Very close to food markets, and different local food. It was easy to hop on a bus to get to anywhere.

A really tiny room and thin walls, which doesn’t stop any noise and a window who can’t be opened minimized the good impression of service at the reception.

Well, you can’t expect too much I guess. One of the cheapest options to get 3 beds in Singapore. Everything was clean but very basic. The bathroom is effectively a wet room with no separation between shower and toilet etc. the location was good. Lot of food, durian and massage option at the front door. Bus downtown is less than 5 mins away.

We were able to enjoy our stay. Specially the staffs, they were accommodating thru out our stay.

The room is small but still it's price is worth for it and there is a bidet in the washroom which other hotels in SG dont have😊

All staffs good service and helpful. Good ambience. 5mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Easy to find foods around there.

Reallllyyyy recomend this hotel. Got water bidet, funtional aircond, clean room, room got window, very warm welcoming and good services from the staff. Quite far from tourist attraction and MRT station but near to bus stop. Can easily take bus to nearest mrt station if needed. Will repeat.
