A cosy hotel with a Good location near lots of food choices and also the shopping mall was short distance away. Service at the hotel was great from the reception, restaurant to the concierge making my staycation a great one. Specially want to mention Ryan the Royale restaurant host, he was full of smiles, helpful and polite which is a number one in service line.

The bed was very comforty. Location was great for shopping and a lot of eateries within the vicinity. Staff was friendly. Security officer by the name Mariyun was especially helpfull.

Saya transit di sini sementara. Lokasi hotel sangat baik. Harga sangat berpatutan di Singapura. Ia hanya bersebelahan dengan Haji Lane, dan juga berhampiran dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah Bugis. Terdapat Bugis Junction, tempat anda boleh pergi membeli-belah dan makan. Ia berdekatan dengan Pusat Makanan Albert dan pusat Makanan Golden The Mile terletak tidak jauh, serta beberapa restoran terkenal yang lain. Jika anda tinggal untuk masa yang singkat, anda mungkin tidak dapat memakannya. .. Tak jauh pun nak jalan kaki ke Dewan Bandaraya... Anyway, memang sangat selesa. Room: it was clean. They have filtered water faucet! Location: near to the malls, the supermarket nearby at funan and Raffles city. Its 5 minutes walk to city hall mrt which is convenient if you wanna go around singapore. Breakfast: it can be crowded depends on the time you go. I went around between 8 and 10am. There's still queue. But you'll get a table within 10 mins. The food were great. Check in: it was seamless. Great customer service! Amenities: gym is 24hrs and good equipment. They have 2 pool, one at the rooftop and one at lvl3.

Celebrated my birthday and our Wedding Anni there, the service was good at the front desk, it was nice that they wished me happy bday upon finding out this was a bday celebration. Check in was fast and simple. Love, love love the interior of the hotel room, one of my favorite, love the layout of the toilet, the way the shower and the bathtub is placed, this is probably the only hotel we stayed at where when we shower the basin area is still kept dry. To us this is very impressive and honestly a very nice touch. It is always good to not walk into a toilet with a wet floor esp when its air-conditioned, its cold and if you are wearing bedroom slippers it is actually very slippery. The view from the room is really beautiful, the bed was super comfy, everything looked very well maintained. The room is also not too dim or bright which is super comfortable. Overall a really beautiful room . Now to the not so good part 1) So according to my partner she say that the hotel is supposed to bring a cake(for my bday) up upon check in but it was never delivered. When we celebrated my partner at Fullerton, they brought the cake when we checked in and they also prepared balloons, card and bear for my partner (Complimentary) and no I didn't call them to deliver the cake, they delivered it shortly after we checked in. 2) The way the fridge works is horrible, since we didn't get the cake we bought a cake for my bday and then we realised we can't move the bottles inside the fridge as it was programmed to charged if it was removed, so basically we only had a very small area to put anything which also means my cake sits out in the room for 2 days. This also make it difficult for us to buy anything back to keep to snack on. The fridge was also not very cold. 3) We left for breakfast at Prego and we pressed the button to request for housekeeping, we left the room at 9.45am, we came back at 2pm, we were shock to find out that the room was not cleaned even after 4hours. 4) There was also drain files in the toilet, during the stay I've killed like 4-5 flies. There is also no bidet spray which would have been nice. Overall, I still think this is a good hotel, would we come back again? hmmm maybe because I really love the room design but the fridge factor and the housekeeping is something that will makes me think twice before booking a room here again.

Generally had a good stay as usual, the room was a little dated but very clean at least for the room we had occupied. Would like to highlight the lady housekeeping staff on level 6 was very detailed and helpful. Was unfortunately unable to get her name (she could speak Chinese well and sounded like she was from Vietnam) but things definitely worked better when she was around. Grateful for the housekeeping gentlemen staff on the 4th level for passing us a fresh set of towels. Very appreciative of their efforts in making our stay a restful one. Staffs at reception / check in was also very helpful and friendly. Just one small gripe. The usual super cheerful and nice breakfast managers seem to have left. Recalled they were better in terms of managing the crowds, tables and disposition. There are now more than 5 staffs around during breakfast hours on some days but tables are still mostly uncleared. Also, there was a Chinese lady with long hair seemingly with strange set of manners towards local guests which left a sour impression for myself. Thankfully only encountered her on 2 out of the 7 days of our stay. Breakfast spread is decent albeit the croissants were hard as rock for 3 out of 7 days but all in all, would recommend for a stay!

Amazing Bay Views! I had a fantastic stay! The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, day and night. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay throughout! The staff were all polite and helpful at all times, the stay was also comfortable. Hope to be back again in the near future! 😄
