Reservation Made 2 adt + 1 chd On arrival a double bed. We waited 1h30 for a decision from the hotel manager (05/19 in the evening) which could have been taken in 20 minutes Thanks to the Trop.Com customer service that I had (line in English available 24/24) the situation was resolved (thanks to my interlocutor that very efficient evening). I advanced the charges for another bedroom suite as discussed with trip.com. This amount was refunded to me within 24 hours by the trip financial department after sending the payment receipts (very fast refund, thank you). Thank you to my interlocutor Christ.... for his efficiency in solving the problem via his customer service. I strongly recommend this site to those who do not know it. Good location 10 min walk from the main plaza. Great cleaning Staff not really friendly No fridge or water in the room No hanger for towel in the bathroom but room quite big btw Good public service close by

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo Brussels was a pleasant blend of charm and hospitality.  The hotel's location is impeccable. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore the city without the hassle of long commutes. However, despite the overall positive experience, I encountered an issue with cleanliness that needs addressing. I found hair and stains on the bed linen, which was quite disappointing. It was clearly not up to the usual standards you would expect from a reputable hotel. Overall, while the hospitality and convenience were commendable, I believe there needs to be more attention to housekeeping to enhance the overall guest experience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future stays.

When I said my air conditioner was broken and wanted it fixed, the staff said the repair would come at 11pm. However, when the time came, the repair person did not come, and the air conditioner was unusable.

We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

It's fantastic location for this hotel it's near the famous Market in Brussels, and it's very clean hotel and v. Nice services, but the room it's not modern but I will live again when I travel to Brussels and when you want nice location you must choose siru hotel.

Hotel in ottima posizione. La fermata della metro e la stazione nord dei treni erano a pochissimi metri. Colazione normale. Il personale cordiale e disponibile alle richieste. Unica pecca la struttura: la pulizia lasciava a desiderare , soprattutto le lenzuola sporche. Mi dispiace per questo

L hôtel est magnifique,les chambres superbes très moderne les lits sont confortables belle salle de bain le café et thé très apprécié.belle piscine malheureusement celle-ci était fermée sans prévenir. Dommage la personne a la réception qui ne parle pas français,nous n avons eu aucun dialogue questions impossible. Attention à la marche quand vous descendez du lit surtout la nuit celle ci est assez haute. Sinon nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, situated near Place Rogier and overlooking the Botanical Gardens, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and attending events. The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and historic charm adds a unique touch to the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.
