Hotel Dengan Sarapan pagi di Loei, Thailand

Typical Western style budget hotel, very similar to a Holiday Inn. The room was clean, modern and well maintained. The linen and towels were in good condition. The air-conditioning, hot water and refrigerator all worked well. The only negative issue is that the room was kind of small and at a walk in rate of 790 THB, a bit overpriced. Breakfast was also included, but was pretty uninspiring. Ample parking for folks who are self-driving.

This resort is too far to walk from the river walk/walking street, but we had rented a car and it's a very short drive. The trade-off is worth it - this is an extremely nice resort, the best we've stayed at in the north outside of any big city. The room was spacious with balcony and great river view. They provided a cot for our baby. The grounds are very well kept with lots of interesting things to look at (it's a selfie paradise!) Good breakfast buffet, everyone very friendly. Not worth dropping a star for, but I think the restaurant could open a bit later (the kitchen closes at 7pm but no rush to finish eating). Also be careful with the shower, it takes a while but the water can then get scalding hot and high pressure. With care though, it was good to have a nice warm shower with good pressure - yes, a contradiction, it's too much of a good thing and you need to be careful. Anyway it really felt like we were on holiday, it's a fabulous place to relax and honestly the staff were exceptionally friendly (it turns out that people here love babies, but they were always helpful anyway). If you have a car then it's easily the best choice, if not then consider it anyway but I can't comment on any transport arrangements to the walking street.

衝著是露營過去，但是到了才發現，露營的帳篷是沒有衞生間設施，假如對衞生間私密空間有需求的話，要謹慎選擇露營房，跟前台溝通後，換了房車（根據前台描述，衹有房車才有獨立洗浴和衞生間），其實房車也是一種全新的住宿體驗，但是隨之而來的是，沒有隔音，户外的聲音動靜全部都會傳到睡覺的地方來（空調的聲音和震動，户外的蟲鳴，鳥叫，路過的車輛等等），假如對睡眠環境有需求的，請謹慎，當然真的喜歡露營的人，這些都是他們追尋的感覺，這個酒店合適温度低一點的時候，這個時間段，實在太熱了，白天40°，晚上30°，户外日間的風景和夜景都很不錯，適合有車伴行，畢竟去到市區還有幾公里遠

- รร มินิมอล สวยงาม ที่นอนนิ่ม แอร์เย็น ห้องแคบไปนิด -ทางเข้า รร เดินรถได้ทางเดียว ที่จอดอยู่อีกซอย ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์มีรถมาจอดขวางทางออก เลยเสียเวลาเกือบ 20 นาทีในการขับออก โทรไปหา โรงแรม 5-6 รอบแต่ไม่มีคนรับสาย ต้องเดินวนกลับมาที่ โรงแรมอีกรอบ จากนั้นพนักงานก็ตามเจ้าของรถมาเลื่อนให้ -ไม่ประทับใจอาหารเช้า ได้เป็นคูปองมา ร้านที่ไปทานอยู่เกือบสุดทางถนนคนเดิน คนเยอะมาก ในเซ็ตเขียนว่าจะได้ ข้าวต้ม ปาท่องโก๋ กาแฟ แต่ได้ทานแค่ข้าวต้มเท่านั้น ร้านบอกอย่างอื่นต้องจ่ายเพิ่ม ได้นั่งข้างร้าน กลิ่นไม่ค่อยดี - อุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกภายในห้อง มีทีวี แอร์ เตียง ตู้เย็นเล็ก น้ำ 4 ขวด สบู่ แชมพู หมวกอาบน้ำ รองเท้า ไม่มีโต๊ะแต่งหน้า มีกระจกที่เดียวคือในห้องน้ำ ถ้าไปกันสองคน ต้องรอกันแต่งหน้าในห้องน้ำ ใช้เวลานาน ไม่ค่อยสะดวกเลย - พื้นที่ในห้องมันแคบมาก ต้องค่อยๆ เดิน ไม่งั้นเข่าชนขอบเคาร์เตอทีวี ตอนขึ้นเตียง ไม่มีวิวให้ดู แต่อยู่ใกล้ถนนคนเดิน - พนักงานให้บริการในระดับดี ช่วยเหลือตลอด

The room was clean, and comfortable. Note to tall foreigners:the bathroom entry door only has about 6 foot clearance. Some of the staff spoke a modest amount of english. The staff is attentive, and helpful. The location is in the city, but may not be a close walk from the hotel. There are extensive street food vendors near the large hospital. The highly rated breakfast buffet has been replaced with your choice of meals delivered to your room at the time you request, due to covid. At the time of this writing, some area tourist sites and restaurants are closed.

I recently stayed at the Loei Palace Hotel in the beautiful city of Loei for a photography tour. Kuhn Xiva Thong, the hotel manager and his staff were very professional, courteous and prompt with all request. Beautiful lighted park next to hotel for exercising or relaxing. Very good. The unique hotel run by family business, good location near Kaengkoodku, and PhuTok, hot show is the best, straight friendly. The hotel do not allow to wear shoe inside, need take off in front of hotel & bare foot walking around, noisy from hotel nearby, a bit far from walking street

We stayed at the new Suneta 2 which is the same establishment as the hostel but a different location along the same street. We had the only downstairs room which was spacious with a bedroom you could close off, a hallway where the sink was, and a large bathroom with a WC room, shower, and a bathtub. Interior was beautiful and charming. Definitely felt like there could've been more hooks and storage space as there were essentially none. The view of the river was nice and unobstructed from the room and on the ground floor you also have the Koi pond by your terrace. Outside our room was the common sitting area where guests would take turns being served breakfast in the morning, unfortunately, this was also the major issue since there's no soundproofing of the rooms whatsoever. Everything is made of wood so you'll hear every footstep, creak, and noise made. Not only do you hear your neighbors in their rooms but having the room next to the ”breakfast area” was, frankly, awful and extremely noisy in the mornings. We were also disappointed that the breakfast was fixed and couldn't cater to dietary restrictions. In the reception area there's water, coffee, and tea. The space is kept tidy and the only employee, Na, was very warm and friendly.

We were surprised to find such a lovely hotel in this relatively remote and peaceful location. Stunning views of the Mekong from the terrace. Beautifully maintained gardens. Modern, comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast with lots of choices. Great value. We reached the walking street by phoning for a tuk tuk, the journey taking about 5 minutes. If we hadn’t been touring we would have liked to have stayed a few days.

Aufmachung ist sehr nice. Allerdings ist es mit der Sauberkeit naja. Auch das Frühstück war eher traurig. Gut der Preis war in Ordnung

My recommendation to this place is “stay away” as there are many other places nearby and should be in a better shape. Everyone probably likes the idea of staying in an old wood place like this one. However, don’t overlook typical hotel facilities. My room has a few problems. I don’t mind the old style toilet that we need to flush using buckets of water. However, toilet door lock is broken. Shower has no water pressure. Liquid soap is almost out. On the service side, i have problem with the staff kept asking if we booked for food for monk giving in the morning. I confirmed that I paid and she kept asking like I was lying.

Funky. trendy hotel with a lot of metalwork! Actually it all goes together well and ends up a cool setup. Our room even had a kitchen sink and a bench top if you are staying a few days. What else was good? the wi-fi, the fridge, the air-con, the bed, the shower, the balcony and the electrical power points in the right places. Good, friendly service too. The young man who checked us in, served up a great breakfast the next morning, The breakfast was a choice of 3, all Thai style. I went with rice porridge, which was excellent. It also had a mini-baguette Viet style, apple slice, a choice of real coffee and a boiled egg,. This hotel is great value for money. Two things to watch out for) as other reviewers have said it is noisy at night because it's right next to a few bars (but that might be what you want with many restaurants too) and 2) the floor in room has a few levels so put the light on, if you get up in the night!

The hotel was in an excellent area for my needs. It had everything. However what really made it unique from the other hotels was its staff, and I am referring to everyone from front desk to maintenance, to cleaning, etc. Every one was positive, happy, friendly, respectful. I wish I had a picture of the whole staff together to send you. This Hotel is the best in Loei and that is without question. I would go further to say that it's one of the best kept secrets in Thailand.

このホテルは、とても経済的です。 シャンプーや歯みがきセットは無いので、近くのセブン-イレブンで買っていきましょう。 朝食は、玄関を出て左のスペースで提供されます。 朝早い場合は、スタッフが来てくれるので待ちましょう。 朝食は、美味しいです。

Arrived at the location around 5:30-6:00pm. We let them know the previous day we would arrive approximately around that time. Walking up to the counter I was excited to get us all in the room to relax after such a long drive. To be sure we would enjoy our time there, I purchased the biggest villa they had. Right away I realized something was off when the receptionist ignored my booking and asked if I just wanted a single room. I explained that I wanted what I booked and two more times she would attempt to give me a lessor room but for the same cost of the Superior Villa. Finally they had someone drive in front of us and direct us to our villa. When we got there, it was the wrong one. They again tried to give us a tiny room with one bed. There were FOUR of us! I told them again, the booking was for their Superior Villa for 5 adults. So they finally took us to our booking. Upon entering the villa I was so excited to get in that I could have missed any little tidbits that may not have been right. But there was animal feces on our beds, pillows, floor and the bath was covered in feces and urine. On top of that, the door didn't even lock. So we called and they apologized and had us move next door. Upon entering that villa we were more cautious. There was animal feces again on the bedding. I told them just change the bedding and we are fine. But then we realized the back sliding glass door was unable to close properly or lock. So they moved us for a third time. It has now been 2 HOURS!!!! We had to move a ton of items every time. Multiple coolers, luggage, coconuts and more!!! Upon getting into the new room, we realize only one bed is in this villa but at this point we don't care. They show us this giant jacuzzi bathtub that looks decent and we decide to move are things in and just call it a night. Turns out that the balcony lights didn't work and the jacuzzi that they talked up was completely broken and non-functional. We called them and told them they needed to refund at least half the amount. At first they told me I would need to go down to talk to management. I let them know I wasn't going anywhere and it had been 2 hours and I was done playing with them. Reluctantly they offered a 50% refund and we managed to make the rest of the night not completely terrible. Do not stay here, it is not worth the trouble.
