Hotel Sintra dengan Sarapan

Outstanding hotel in a perfect location with excellent service. We stayed one night in Sintra and really enjoyed this hotel. It’s around the corner from the train station (we took the train back to Lisbon) and close to everything you need in Sintra. The staff speaks English and werekind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served early (8am) which was nice. Truly a very nice hotel.

I knew it was madness even to drive TO Sintra. But the hotel was very helpful in trying to help me manage the downsides of coming by car. They advised I park the car immediately and use Ubers, taxis, or TukTuk to get around locally. Check! They had awkward, but OK off-site parking in an enclosed lot a few minutes walk from the hotel. Not great! The keypad activated door closed with us inside the lot. One [70+] person had to climb over the enclosure wall to let the others out! [No keypad inside the lot!! Bad!!] Then later trying to return to the hotel by car to pick up luggage was a horror! Though only a 5-minute walk from lot to hotel, it was almost a 20-minute drive on insane one-way systems back. The hotel itself was delightful. Staff very helpful. Location very convenient. If only we hadn't had a car!

A family resort full of kids, probably suitable for their needs, not ours, unfortunately. Not really the best experience for a couple trying to enjoy their stay. Both inside and outside pool full of children, ended up not swimming at all. There was only a buffet dinner available at the restaurant or some small snacks at the bar. We paid 15eur each for a ”caesar” salad, with the ingredients: lettuce, bread crutons, some burned bacon, chicken resembling a prebaked chicken from Lidl unfrosted from the freezer, and caesar sauce. Breakfast had some more choices, and gladly some fresh fruits, but no fresh juices like in all other hotels during our stay in Portugal, only the cheapest orange juice you can probably get. Even though the staff was very nice, the resort is quite run down looking and rooms very basic. Probably an ok stay for a family with smaller kids, couples try somewhere else.

Decent place to stay if you have a car. Several miles from Sintra historic center area, but we left early enough to get a free spot in a neighborhood a few blocks from the National Palace, so that helps. Room was typical BASIC Ibis. Not enough pillows (just ONE per person); towels (again, only ONE total, per person, or trash cans (again, ONE TINY one). No fridge!! No coffee maker. NO ICE machine available for public use in the entire hotel! Very tricky parking spaces. They have about 15-20, which are free, on surface lot, but need to pay if park in structure below...only 3 euros, but they should just make it free. The bar/restaurant area was decent and convenient; fair prices for quick dinner. Breakfast 8.50 euros, but very limited continental breakfast only; not hot items... We chose to eat elsewhere and was less expensive. Not many places to eat in immediate vicinity. There is a very convenient Lidl and Auchan (large grocery/gen merch store) to stock up on supplies before heading out. Internet wasn't working our first night, but was ok the next night. In summary, inexpensive, basic, clean room for the night, but definitely no friils. Would recommend staying here, as long as aware of basic/limited amenities

We fell in love with this hotel when we first visited in 2022, and we returned with my aunt and uncle for now our third stay. As usual, everything was outstanding. Spectacular views, incredibly friendly and warm staff, over the top breakfasts, lovely evening wine and cheese service…. And we were happy to be reunited with our peacock friends! The only problem is that this hotel is too beautiful, too perfect… and no other hotel can compare (my aunt complained bitterly for the rest of our Portugal trip that our subsequent hotels just did not live up to the standard set by Sintra Marmoris Palace!) This hotel was lovely in so many ways! I injured myself whilst walking around Sintra and I couldn’t have been looked after better. Breakfast great, beds really comfortable, pillows good, bedding wonderfully unperfumed. Oh and the shower powerful and piping hot. Goes without saying that rooms and communal areas were clean and tidy The staff very professional ie knew their stuff but also friendly and kind.

This place is absolutely amazing! Nothing to fault! Me and my friends stayed here for my 40th birthday, sharing 2 rooms with an interconnecting door and kitchenette. It was clean, quiet, spacious, nicely decorated, stunning views and just perfect for us all round. The breakfast basket delivered to the room at the time we chose was spot on and helped with our 'lazy' get ups in the mornings. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Perfect and highly recommended place to stay!!

Bilik mempunyai balkoni persendirian. Bilik mandi persendirian dilengkapkan dengan bidet dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi peti besi dan pembancuh kopi/teh.

Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api, dan mudah untuk mencarinya mengikut navigasi. Halaman luarnya cantik, dan lobi serta kawasan awam juga cantik. Namun, kerana ia adalah rumah lama, tiada lif, dan jika anda tinggal di tingkat yang tinggi, anda perlu membawa beg pakaian anda untuk naik. Ini pada asasnya masalah di hotel di mana anda tinggal di rumah lama di Portugal. Kami menempah suite dengan loteng kecil dan balkoni kecil di luar loteng dengan pemandangan indah. Sarapan pagi adalah kedai kopi mereka sendiri, bukan dengan tempat tinggal mereka, ia sangat dekat, tidak sampai 5 minit. Sarapan pagi adalah gaya Barat, dengan roti, keju, pencuci mulut, buah-buahan, secawan jus dan kopi setiap orang, yang cukup menyelerakan.

Lovely staff, lovely included breakfast, but the room was just too noisy. Maybe it was because we were at the front of the hotel, overlooking the ocean and 'apple' beach? Also overlooking the main road. Saturday night we had dance music till 2am from the club next door. Sunday was laughing and shouting and then the street cleaning machines started up at 7am. Because the room had no a/c or fan we had to have the window open, which compounded the noise issue. Didn't get much sleep. No iron or kettle, weak wifi
