Grand Boutique Hotel - Dawny Hotel Kaliski Ratuszowy

We arrived to the hotel for only one night. Hotel is in great location. It has parking available. We stayed in 302. It’s on third floor And our hotel is in old town part so there is no elevator. Room didn’t have Wi-Fi code provided unfortunately, Neither we had an Aircon. Unlucky, that was one of the hottest days in area. Room has good size, However, some minuses there - Some of the electric blocks didn’t work, The bathroom size was super tiny, And if you are bigger person, You likely would not be able to get in. The shower was very soft floored and very slippery. The cleanliness of this room was spot on! Beds were very soft, So we had a good night sleep. Breakfast at the beautiful restaurant was also excellent. The choice of food was great, And it was everything So tasty. We have, however, Experienced not really happy Workers attitude from there. We suggest an additional training for young brunette as how to work within customer service. Everything rest was just great. Many thanks. We would stay again.

pluses - the room is tidy, the bedding is clean. minuses - the bathroom door is old, hair was found in the bathroom, the rosettes do not work. we were very dissatisfied with the incompetent employee with black hair, a Ukrainian woman. she was rude and unpleasant, and her face was displeased, she didn't even say hello and answered very rudely. food was very good and tasty.

Only book on sale, not worth full price. ＞ The good: The rooms are clean and specious as is the whole hotel really. Hotel staff is nice overall. ＞ The Bad There's a lack of smoke detectors (none in the rooms or hallways). The rooms don't have AC, so it was too hot at night. The breakfast we got was below expectations, not a lot of choice concerning bread or cheese/spreads. Cappuccino tastes like espresso (too strong).

лучший отель в городе, немного далеко от вокзала, говорят есть такси. В принципе кроме лифта всё в нём есть, отличный ресторан, вай фай, номера большие и не дорогие, очень чисто. Тк в городе делать нечего, то и особо задерживаться не было смысла.
