Ulasan Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel

Ia adalah tempat yang bagus untuk penginapan yang cepat. Biliknya bersih (keseluruhan) lokasinya bagus. (Kami pergi ke sana untuk menonton permainan besbol) ia hanya sepuluh minit dari taman truist. Terdapat banyak restoran di sekitar dan lokasinya bagus jika anda menginap selama beberapa malam. Kakitangannya ramah.

Clean and great

Service was great but my room had roaches and the bathroom was dirty.

Overall, it was not bad. The breakfast, compared to its sister hotel, was a little spartan, but there was plenty of it, and tasted fine! The access to wifi was fairly good, but the access to various television stations was so-so. Still recommend it for a few days stay!

Check in very easy stay was good close to eaterys i would stay there again deffineately

Staff at this location sucks I asked when checked in why the floor and toilet was dirty and the lady at the front desk told me the housekeepers don’t deep clean after every checkout. I’ve never heard of that in my life also they gave me a wash cloth that had blood on it

The bathtub is very dirty The smell of cigarette smoke mixed with perfume is very unpleasant in the room. If the breakfast items are gone, the staff will not replenish them.

It was nice looking clean and the man at the front desk was so polite and nice. I will def book again

The room was great and the beds comfy. However there was a strong odor in the hallway. I would expect a hot breakfast in a BW branded hotel but when we went down at 8am for breakfast there were no hot options, the breakfsst room was overtaken by a large sports team that were rude and loud. The front desk person was trying to get food out but was swamped. They needed to have had a dedicated breakfast clerk and ahould have planned better for the crowd. I couldnt wait on brekfast that was supposed to be hot and ready so i didnt get any.

My stay at the Best Western hotel was truly disappointing. The sight of roaches scurrying around the room left me feeling disgusted and uneasy. And to make matters worse, the hot water didn't work, making it impossible to enjoy a decent shower. The concierge didn't seem interested in helping and was rather rude. On top of all that, the overpowering smell of **** in the hotel was just unpleasant. It was definitely not the experience I was hoping for, and I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there.

When I first arrived the electric car charger wasn't working so I spoke with the manager. He promised me that he would fix it by the end of my stay and guess what... he did. Thanks!

Me and my husband requested an extension on our check out time from 11am to 5pm due to a late scheduled flight. We paid a late fee only to be rushed out at 3pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel was clean, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. The hot water was out when we got there but they resolved the problem fairly quickly. Overall recommend and would stay again.
