酒店工作人員特別熱情，非常貼心，提供了很多幫助和支持。房間的設施非常新和乾淨，minibar品類豐富，價格合適。Spa也很驚艷，竟然衹有我和我愛人兩人使用，汗蒸、水療、泳池也很乾凈，還有冰桶挑戰，簡直太棒了，哈哈哈哈。值得一提的是早餐，種類豐富且味道也很符合中國人的胃口，自己可以榨橙汁也很有特色。不知道我們會不會是來自中國的第一條評論，但酒店真的令人印象深刻，下次還來！

Recently returned from another fabulous week at Aimia. We love Port Soller and Aimia feels like our second home. The staff are amazing, which makes for a care free, relaxed break. Our room was comfortable and clean with an amazing view of the bay. The choice and quality of food for breakfast is excellent. We ate from the bar and restaurant menu and everything we tried was delicious. We enjoyed some lazy days by the pool and there was never any problem getting a sun lounger. The pool area is well maintained. All the staff are professional and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Yet again we take away many happy memories of our stay and there’s no doubt we’ll be back.

Wonderful hotel, we will definitely return, delicious breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. You could always get a sunbed and nearly all guests were respectful of not reserving them with towels and books .... a huge bonus!! Weather absolutely fantastic, a trip to the National Park on a Vespa was an added bonus that made our holiday

We have just enjoyed a really lovely 4 days at this hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were large, comfortable and clean and the room also had a lovely balcony. There were rails on the balcony walls to dry your clothes which is such a simple thing to have but really convenient and I’ve never seen that before in a hotel. The pool area was really clean with plenty of sun beds and the pool itself a really nice size. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and the selection of food was really good with hot food, pastries, fruit and more. We also ate at the restaurant for lunch one day and had the strawberry salad which was incredible. The service from all staff was great, but Jeni really stood out with her personal attention to all of the guests both in the bar and restaurant. Sandra on reception also offered 5* service, She recommended some amazing restaurants and no requests were to much effort, and we were always greeted with a smile. I can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Aimia! We were on Mallorca for a family wedding and felt so welcomed by everyone at the hotel. The front desk was so kind and helpful and the restaurant and pool were amazing also! The room, including the bathroom, was perfect. The bed is definitely on the firm side. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with such an amazing variety of delicious foods including eggs, pastries, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice and yogurt. We also used the hotel exercise room. It is quite small, but has most of what you would need. I would recommend that the Aimia replaces the dumbbells as they are rusting and peeling. Otherwise, it was fine. All in all, I highly recommend Aimia if you are planning on a visit to Port de Soller!

A fantastic hotel in a lovely unspoilt resort . Nothing to find fault with at this hotel , good location , excellent breakfast buffet to suit all tastes , had a great omelette one morning , quiet & relaxing around the pool & terrace , excellent friendly & professional staff on all levels of good hospitality. The only thing I was disappointed in was the tiny one seat Balcony and the furniture was a bit basic but hey ho not a game changer we were only in the room to change , shower or sleep.. We plan to revisit next year

We have just returned from another great stay at Hotel Aimia. Although not front line it’s only 50 yards to the promenade and beach. It is a very peaceful hotel and you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. We stayed in a side sea view room that caught the afternoon sun which was most welcome in April. The cleaning staff do a good job and often our room was done just after breakfast. Breakfast has a good variety to suit most tastes. We tend to eat out and the front desk always helps with reservations if required. The pool area is well tended and sun beds are always available. All the staff are friendly and helpful but five stars go to the front desk. Thank you to Tolo, Dina, Clara and Sandra. We hope to return again very soon.

From arriving to leaving this was a fabulous stay. On arrival was greeted with smile and was upgraded to 4 th floor suite. On arrival this consists of lounge area bedroom hall and amazing terrace with table chairs and 2 loungers, The whirlpool bath and separate shower and 2 sinks with excellent toiletries. The outdoor pools are lovely but too cold for me even in unexpected heat and sunshine plenty of loungers and nice outdoor furniture. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice pastries fries meat cheese and nice cooked breakfast. I had chef’s omelette which was very fluffy . Good coffee and tea and even cava . The bar was nice had special orange cocktails as well were there for orange fiesta. From walking in to leaving all staff were extremely helpful and friendly . Wished we stayed longer and will be back .

Communication pre-visit, facilities, excellent room, breakfast and evening meal both excellent. Port de Soller is a beautiful place to stay. Tram ride to Soller on market day, very busy but well laid out in Soller. Staff at the hotel very good with different languages and communication, made you feel so welcome.
