Many comfortable spaces to lounge, by the pool, on a deck, in the lobby. Clean, quiet even being on the promenade. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"The hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel itself is a fairly nice property, however, the service was very unprofessional. The worst part was when our room door was opened by a staff member at 1 AM while we were in bed. It was loud and frightened us. This was a serious invasion of privacy and ruined our whole experience. The explanation provided was not satisfactory and the token offer to make up for it is offensive to me. I would stay away as there are many other opinions in the same area."

"A wonderful stay for our week in Majorca. A beautiful setup providing a charming and peaceful location but within walking distance to all the shops, cafes and restaurants in the beautiful town of Soller. The reception area in the accommodation was boutique at its best. The gardens were also accommodating and provided a great spot for an early morning pastry and coffee. Would 100% recommend."

"From the moment we arrived the owner David greeted us at the front door with a big smile and was warm and friendly. David then showed us to our room which was light and airy with en-suite shower room, well stocked fridge with wine, beer, soft drinks, sparking wine, fruit juice. There was a coffee machine and flat screen TV too. We were shown how to operate the air con and then David highlighted places of interest, bus stops and restaurant recommendations on the town map. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the whole B&B was spotlessly clean. The location was down a quiet residential street only about a 10 minute walk away from the centre of Soller. The bus station was about a 7 minute walk away. The breakfast was AMAZING and was brought out on individual wooden boards with home made traditional Spanish treats, homemade bread, organic home grown fruits and vegetables and freshly squeezed orange juice. Breakfast was held in a pretty courtyard. We will most definitely be back!!"

"Staff is rude and would rather hold on to their truth than admit to a mistake. They are suspicious and think that the guests are ill intentionen and care mostly about being right. That is unfortunately not a good basis for hospitality and I recommend finding another place to stay."
