Hotel Solna dengan Sarapan

I always like to stay in Best Western Plus Grow Hotel, when I have the business trip to the HQ of our company. I like the location of the hotel and super nice and friendly staff - an extraordinary good customer service level!

We initially choose this hotel because it was close to where our son lives. This turned out to be a felicitous choice and we spent 10 perfect days there. The room was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to all points of interest through public transportation. Nice breakfast, with plenty of choice. The orange juice could be improved. We hope to come back next summer!

We stayed in this hotel numerous times when it was owned by Radisson and always enjoyed our stay, unfortunately it is now managed by another entity and is no longer somewhere we will choose to stay when in Sweden. The most concerning aspect is the safety of the rooms. We stayed in a family room, which as the name suggests, is meant for people with children. I was horrified to discover that despite being on the sixth floor, the window was not lockable and there was no way to prevent it from opening fully. I actually checked Swedish safety standards and read that any window under 1.8m high must be lockable to prevent children from falling out. To make this worse, the hotel had placed a table and chair directly under the window making it easily reachable for a small, curious child to climb up and fall to their death. This is extremely dangerous. The hotel has been poorly maintained and everything is damaged, the elevator to the resting didn’t work at all during our five night stay making it inaccessible to strollers and disabled people. There was a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and housekeeping would open the doors to our room without knocking. Breakfast was okay but we were perplexed by the staffs decision to hose all the outdoor tables on sunny mornings meaning they were wet and couldn’t be used- a very strange time to do this. The location of this hotel is fantastic but the hotel itself has been allowed to fall apart

Great hotel, nice breakfast, good location, next to the shopping mall, restaurants, and train atation. Only dew minutes away from city center. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, helpful and polite. Room hotel was comfortable, makes you wanna stay all day long at the hotel :)

The hotel was in the centre of a shopping precinct which is good during the day, but the bars & restaurants inside the precinct close around 8pm and the hotel I believe only provides snacks/rolls I believe . no evening dinners. There are other restaurants outside the precinct including Burger King. Their buffet breakfasts in the Hotel are very good with lots of choices - thoroughly recommend. I have stayed here twice - once in a cheaper room and once in a larger room. The cheaper, single room was OK but on the small side. Staff were excellent. I shall stay here again

We stayed 2 nights during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. I was contacted in advance about the earlier arrival time when we came really early in the morning by ship to Sweden. Check-in was promised for an additional fee at 12 o'clock. When we arrived at the place, we did not get this service, because the room had not been cleaned yet. 1.5 hours later, I tried to present my case to another person who worked at the respa, and this particular 69*6 did save our day and the trip by checking us in without charging for that service again. The room was clean and we got extra towels by asking the cleaners. The breakfast was comprehensive and filling. The hotel was within walking distance of Friends Areena. As we were leaving early in the morning, we still took the breakfast bags with us. The person 72*6 who helped us at the respa in the morning was extremely friendly. Rummet var rent och vi fick extra handdukar genom att fråga städarna. Frukosten var omfattande och mättande. Hotellet låg inom gångavstånd från Friends Areena. On the day of our arrival, while we were travelling to Stockholm, the hotel calls to inform me that they are overbooked. We were given the choice of either staying at a different hotel in a regular room, which we declined, or stay in two different rooms during our two night stay. We chose the latter, but I wish we hadn't. We originally booked a superior room for both nights, but we were given what they called a ”family room” the first night. It was the worst night I've ever had in a hotel. The room – yes, it was big, but insanely hot and right next to the reception at the same level as the street, so also incredibly noisy. And the next day we had to wait several hours for our new room. When I complained in the reception about this inconvenience, we were only offered 500 SEK compensation. We were to pay 8418 SEK for the entire stay, so I fell we were undercompensated for our terrible experience. This was the Eras Tour weekend, so problably why the prices were so high. I have also emailed the hotel, but they never replied. Steer clear if you value sleep during your hotel stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the commuter rail station, making it easy to reach the central station in just 10 minutes. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, offering convenience, tasty breakfast, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

This is an apartment hotel in the suburb of Solna in Stockholm. It is well connected to the centre of the city by bus (stop is just outside) and a nearby subway station (took me about 7 minutes to walk there). The apartments are basic but modern, clean and have what you need for an independent stay - a mini kitchen area in the room with a fridge, microwave and stove top cooking rings. The bathroom is sizeable and functional. There is a table with chairs and a sofa-type chair as well as a cupboard for clothes. On Level 2 there is a laundry room which you can book for free in 90 minute slots (washing powder available at Reception for a reasonable price). There is also a room with various bins for rubbish and recycling of bottles, cans, paper, cardboard etc. The whole place is quite efficient and there is a mini-supermarket just across the road (expensive but soooo convenient). The one thing to note is that Reception is closed from 8am-1.30pm daily. The rest of the day/night, there are staff at Reception. Reception also has a fridge that you can buy a limited range of soft drinks etc. As I said at the beginning it is a basic place but really functional and the price for a place in greater Stockholm is amazing. We stayed 8 nights (they only clean your room, replace towels etc. every 7 nights which wasn't an issue for us).
