Untuk lokasi bisa terbilang oke walaupun agak masuk ke masuk ke gang. Lokasi di pusat kota dekat dg Hotel Alila. Dg harga segitu fasilitas dan pelayanan cukup sepadan. Hanya saja keluhan yg kami rasakan, saat pertama menggunakan kamar mandi, air yg keluar hitam akibat habis pembersihan. Dan itu berlangsung semalaman. Agak kurang nyaman di situ. Akan tetapi setelah dibenahi, paginya kami sudah dapat menggunakan air bersih kembali.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

Lokasi strategis dekat pasar legi, mudah jalan kaki ke pasar legi mencari makanan. Tempat parkir juga cukup luas, saat menginap semua lancar jaya tidak ada problem di twin star hotel. Saran untuk tidak perlu menahan/menyimpan ktp atau sim pelanggan cukup difotokopi/scan saja.
