- The best aspect of this hotel is the location. Very nice beach with corals, albeit with some minor garbage floating in the ocean. - The people are very sweet, esp the staff at the restaurants and activity center. However, the service leaves something to be desired. It seems the hotel is more concerned with superficial optics than actual impact. - For example, the hotel contacted me beforehand but did not know I was female and kept referring to me by the wrong pronoun. When I called them back, they did not know who I was, although they just talked to me a few minutes before. They also referred me to the wrong depar**ent. Every simple question regarding activities on offer took very long to be answered. - The water pressure in my bathroom is very weak. The technicians tried to fix some but couldn't resolve it completely. - The turndown staff left some sweets in the room, which was very nice. But knowing we are a family of three, they only left two sweets. Minor detail but could be easily corrected. - The food is the worst aspect of this hotel. We are used to hotel pricing but the quality is just not there. Lunch was simply awful. I would stop there. - To conclude, the way the hotel positions itself as one of ultra luxury hotels in Vietnam is far from the truth. It doesn't have the wow factor of two Six Senses, Banyan Tree, Four Seasons, or Regent. No personalized services, no transportation to and back from the airport, no butler. - Just for an example, the staff left my family walking in the complete darkness of a deserted road to reach the hotel after dinner, citing the ”buggy cannot leave hotel's ground” rule. Yet they broke the rule when they took us to the restaurant. What a missed opportunity to show guests initiatives. - This is nice, albeit very far place to go for nice beach. We are not sorry we went, but we would not come back.
