Hotel terbaik di Bon Accueil

رائع رائع رائع رائع من أفضل الفنادق اللي سكنتها .. تعامل العاملين قمة باللطافة ودودين للغاية الافطار جيد وغير متجدد العشاء كان منيو مو بوفية وماانصح فيه نهائي الغرفة مريحة والإطلالة فوق الممتازة أرجع وأكرر الزيارة والسكن فيه بالتأكيد ماانصح بالغرف اللي فوق الماء رحت لفندق ثاني وتمنيت إني ماغيرت السكن من هذا الفندق البطل

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was beautifully placed on the east coast of the island. Great views of the beach. But the truly outstanding thing about this place were the staff. Undoubtedly the heart and soul of the place. I definitely recommend anyone going to Mauritius to have a stay at this hotel. A very special thank you to Rishi & the team. Also to mr ashish for sorting me out.

Arrived on the Sunday and shown to buffet, as was closing. Given room 1212, camp bed for 14 yr old next to us, couldn’t get bedside open or go onto balcony as bed blocking. Room over poolside/ bar - noisy. Asked to change room told to her into touch with travel agent. Room set up for 2’people re towels, cups etc. Monday- room not changed- rude staff at reception. Manager said they don’t promise to give two double rooms. Dismissed it and continued to walk around with his note book. Cockroach in buffet restaurant. Chef removed it.😩 Told at 6pm that could change our room and that to bring suitcases down at 7am to be moved whilst we were out. Tuesday - cases left as we were out at 7.30am. Upon arrival back at 6pm. Rude Assistant Manageress said we’d complained about view and new room given. No - we have paid for 2 beds..Customer service inept and dismissive . Moved to 1713. Wednesday - phoned reception re mangrove kayak safari- told to book on the beach Thursday- Went to beach to book, told to go to reception. Went to reception who said we’d got day wrong, they checked , we were correct and then said it was all booked up! Rat in toilet. 😡Husband notifed reception who didn’t seem bothered. Friday- went to Blackrock for steak( husband ’s birthday) awful food- cold and was sent back. Told we couldn’t have late check out Saturday - asked again about late checkout - told at 11am we could have room till 2pm. Tried to have a nap- 3 interruptions looking at mini bar! Cleaner told Husband over breakfast that the rat was now gone. All in all, scrapping a 2 star… Other issues - constantly asking for more milk(powdered!) and towels. No bottle opener. Plastic kids beakers for cocktails. No bin in toilet. One pillow each- bedding not freshest and greyish. No mirror in bedroom room dirty. All inclusive rubbish Manager couldn’t care less. I’m sure I’ll get the same generic reply stating we try our best, blah blah blah. Really sad as this was second part of my 50 birthday holiday. Having had the most amazing stay in South Africa.

Terlalu berangin ~ bilik berbau hapak ~ Saya ingin menukar bilik tetapi seorang yang berasa seperti ketua datang dan menegaskan bilik itu okey ~ Ini mungkin perbezaan pemikiran

الفيلا الخاصة كانت جميله ، الخدمة جيده ، الموظفين رائعين والشاطئ قريب ومناسب للسباحة بسبب عدم وجود المرجان على الشاطئ عكس شمال الجزيرة. مساحة الفندق ممتازة والتعامل جيد والاسعار مناسبة جداً. وكانت تجربه فريدة من نوعها ويوجد لدهم شاطئ خاص خارج الفندق لعمل الفعاليات على الشاطئ.
