Nice and cozy room. You get a good and free breakfast in the morning. The hosts were very nice and kept our luggages past checkout. They even let us do laundry and hang our clothes to make it dry.

性價比很高的一個酒店，位置方便，走路兩三分鐘便能到街上吃各種各樣的美食;房間具有藏族特色裝飾，非常漂亮;服務員很熱情，並幫助我們尋找遺失物品;早餐很豐盛，停車也很便捷^_^

連住了三天，作為一個在本地生活了10年的外地人，我覺得性價比並不高，本地現在很多私人酒店房間更好，價格也比這裏便宜，這次沒有選擇本地人自己開的民宿酒店，因為帶着小朋友衹是想住一個正規一點的企業類型的酒店。服務上會更方便一些 1，入住第一天，還有10分鐘到酒店，酒店沒有空調也不開地暖，松潘很多酒店已經有空調了，並且制熱效果很好，打電話麻煩前台能不能幫忙拿個取暖器先到房間，到的晚，不論如何溝通，前台就是冷冰冰一句話不行，沒有理由，也沒有解釋，你説什麼方案，就是回答兩個字不行，其實換位思考，民宿老闆才會通人情幫忙，酒店上班的我拿工資而已與我又何相干，拿房卡也是冷冰冰的，服務行業，不需要笑臉相迎，也不要太過於冷漠 2，280的房間，房間有沒有30平？擠的嬰兒車都推不動，推出房間外，環境一團遭，左邊停車場裏面亂七八糟，就像廢品推積站一樣，右邊又在修，噼裏啪啦敲一天，入住第二天，下午外面開始換地毯，一直敲到晚上7點，打電話給前台，問可不可以不敲了，7點也應該下班了，小朋友睡了，不行，給我説工人來的晚，還沒敲完，沒得法，讓我理解，這和我有什麼關係，晚上7點客人可以不休息？關我什麼事？這就是企業管理？酒店服務？ 3，昨天晚上12點，剛睡着，廁所響了，嘩啦啦的流水聲，直接嚇醒，以為房間進人了，爬起來看，廁所沒有任何水流，樓上不停在沖水用水而已，隔音太差，毫不誇張，就像自己房間有人在沖水一樣，房間洗手枱也是堵的，帶着娃娃不想換酒店，酒店就是普通的不能再普通的房間，唯一的特色服務意識也差，我説的服務態度差，不代表所有人，打掃衞生的阿姨們很和善，這三天，最後一天打電話問我續不續房的前台也很有禮貌，反正下次不考慮了，住三天完全是因為帶娃娃，不想搬。

酒店很大，房間多，附近很熱鬧，吃飯特方便。房間設施齊全，該有的都有，早餐也可以。物超所值，是旅行中轉的最佳選擇！酒店離九寨黃龍高鐵打車10分鐘，20元。最值得一提的是酒店入住登記的美女，辦事效率超快，基本在1分鐘之內辦完，並且把入住需要知道的訊息：早飯、Wi-Fi、空調等全部交代清楚，節約很多等待時間。是每一位酒店接待人員學習的榜樣。點贊👍👍👍 附圖是川主寺紅軍長征紀念碑

One of the worst “resort” that I have ever stayed. I booked a “business suite” and was given one that has a small window facing an outer wall! After complaining about it I was moved to another suite with a slightly better window view. The “resort” is in bad condition and disrepair. It is dated and deserted! The only restaurant in the resort stopped serving at 9:30 pm and there were no other restaurants around unless you have access to a car. Taxis are almost non existent at this resort. The breakfast served in the resort restaurant was horrible. It was worst than those served in some high school cafeterias ! Coffee was cold and flat. Utensils were wet and unclean. Meituan does not deliver to this resort. The only plus for this resort is its proximity to the cable car to Huang Long Scenic area. The resort staff did try their best to service the customers though. Do NOT stay in this resort!!!!

The location is excellent. The room was spacious with a nice view and a comfortable bed. There is plenty of parking spaces in the hotel. The only disappointment was that there was no restaurant in the hotel.

聽説是幾年前開的，但酒店設施設備看起來就跟新的一樣。關鍵是酒店服務超貼心，估計是看出我們是從南方過來的，剛住下，前台服務人員就送來了吸氧工具，還耐心地教會我們如何調節制氧機。此外，前台看我們帶了兩個小孩，還特地多拿了兩瓶免費的純凈水，一雙一次性拖鞋，一套洗漱用品，還有一個小果盤，説是送給小孩吃，東西雖然不多，但誠意確實滿滿。最值得稱道的是酒店自己的餐廳不光味道不錯，東西還非常經濟實惠，我們四人點了一份氂牛肉炒菜椒，一份臘肉燒土豆，一份回鍋肉，一份紫菜蛋湯，份量都很多。 酒店位於黃龍景區與九寨溝之間，自駕遊的話住這裡會很方便，也很舒服。

Thank you Mike and everyone. 设施：The facility is tastefully decorated with a mix of traditional buildings, modern interiors, and oriental furnishings. 卫生：Very clean and comfortable. 环境：The river flows on the side and there are nice terraces and verandas to enjoy the scenery. The pathway is a little narrow, so please drive with caution if you are tired. 服务：The staff was wonderful, cheerful, kind and helpful. Mr.Mike speaks fluently and is very comfortable with foreign visitors. The food in the facility is notably delicious, and is extremely tasty, showing that fresh ingredients have been carefully prepared with delicate flavors.

The hotel is a lovely traditional house in the ancient city, the room is very nicely decorated and (much appreciated) it is warm in winter thanks to a heated floor!! I am very grateful to the family managing the place: the offered me tea and fruits and one of the ladies spent quite a while helping me to solve a problem with my phone.
