相當滿意的一次住宿體驗！因為帶孩子，我們對酒店的要求有點高！對比了松潘所有的酒店，這家雖然不便宜，但是在春節期間的價格，已經算性價比很高的了！入住當天上午就有酒店的工作人員聯繫我，問我是自駕還是坐動車，如果坐動車，他們的管家會加我的微信，然後發動車班次給他們，他們就會安排人來接！接我們的司機人也很熱情，幫我們搬行李，對小朋友也很有耐心！到了前台辦理入住的小姐姐也很親切，有問必答，有求必應的那種！後來瞭解到我添加的管家叫張可可，不管是凌晨一點還是早上6點，她都隨時秒回消息！我們這次的行程是一天牟尼溝和一天奇峽溝，因為怕遇到不靠譜的包車司機，之前在XHS找了幾個司機，都告訴我春節的價格等我到了再談，我就有點不敢聯繫了！酒店推薦的師傅人超級好，健談卻很有分寸感！也沒有在春節旺季期間坐地起價！一直告訴我們，慢慢玩兒，不要着急，慢慢感受，多玩兒一會兒，他在停車場等我們就是了！松潘高鐵站離酒店就10分鐘左右的車程，很近！酒店也就在古城裡麪，不管是吃還是逛，都超級方便！我定了2晚，但是小朋友捨不得退房，因為在酒店就可以耍雪了，我們也想再續房兩天，可以回程的動車票已經售罄了，只有依依不捨的離開！也是酒店安排的車直接送我們到動車站！但是和小朋友説好了，今年冬天又來，還是住這兒！

We stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied.. The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes. Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes

酒店服務點贊。機上空乘説黃龍九寨地面温度一4度，有酒店的免費接機，司機小哥早早守候，給出行提供了無憂保障。 因為當晚氣温實在太冷，感覺空調不大夠力，但床上的電熱毯卻相當給力，一晚上熱醒幾回，熱出幾身大汗，所以建議電熱毯時間温度要調合適哈 第二天早餐6點半開始，團隊用餐早已用完。我們是自由行，睡到自然醒，將近8點上去餐廳，卓瑪已經收拾乾淨，看到我們還沒用餐，熱情為我們加熱、裝餐，還一個勁問我倆夠不夠，要不要再加點，雖然只是日常樸實餐點，絕對管飽，也吃出了友愛温情。 最值得稱讚是地理位置，在山巴村，早餐後步行不足百米就可到山巴寺院，那裡有圍繞寺院而建的一大羣組精美轉經筒，步入其中由然而升的敬意，莊嚴和神聖的感覺。出來晨運時，卓瑪還專門仔細介紹這裡是逆時針轉動轉經筒，右進左出，通過轉動，心中的煩憂不開心都能消除業障，祈求平安和幸福。
