Hotel Sopot dengan Spa

Really nice hotel in great location with very spacious rooms. There are shops, bars, restaurants nearby, but still peaceful. Yes the trains go by close to the some of the rooms, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast is really good, you should try it at least once. It's not your basic breakfast, more like brunch style. This hotel could easily be a 4* place. All the staff was nice except this one young woman who was serving us breakfast sunday 27.8 around 8 clock. Her attitude was very lazy and negative. She didn't even bothered to watch towards us when said thanks and byes.

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)

My two daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Grand in Sopot. Our room was very spacious and nicely appointed. The hotel itself is beyond beautiful. Lastly, the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Pan Andrzej - so knowledgeable and professional (and an expert espresso martini maker!) Dziekujemy serdecznie!

Zdecydowaliśmy się na dłuższy weekend w hotelu Sopot. Sporym atutem hotelu jest jego położenie, z dala od samego centrum Sopotu pozwala na spokojny wypoczynek w otoczeniu pięknego parku na który jest bardzo ładny widok z hotelowych pokoi. Kolejnym atutem jest wygodne oraz ciche lobby w którym można się zarówno zrelaksować, odpocząć, napić dobrego wina jak i spokojnie popracować. Plus za ciekawy wystrój, nowoczesny aczkolwiek przytulny. Bardzo miła obsługa była kolejnym pozytywnym zaskoczeniem podczas Naszego pobytu. Minusem dla Nas były Panie które punkt 9 przychodziły do pokoju pytając czy chcemy już sprzątanie. Uważamy, że ta pora mogłaby być późniejsza. Z hotelu można spokojnie udać się na plażę jak i trasę spacerową do centrum Sopotu. Hotel Sopot polecamy na weekendowy bądź krótki wyjazd.

The hotel was in a good location and very safe. The check in/ checkout was smooth but they weren’t interested if you had a nice stay or not. The beds were supposed to be twin beds but were child size beds so got no sleep for the 3 nights.Breakfast was chaotic which did not have to be .The staff did there best but had no direction. They know beforehand how many people are staying and having breakfast,there was one coffee machine that was so slow for everyone which doesn’t make much sense.Besides the small beds and the chaotic breakfast time.The hotel is good and clean.

King size bed, with balcony. The rooms face thethe forest and countryside. The rooms are very big, with lovely wooden cupboards and wardrobe, giving it a cosy and warm feeling. There is a nice desk too with From and a table and chairs in the balcony to enjoy a beer from. It has a stocked mini bar and very good coffee (nespresso pods). The check in is fast and easy. Staff are super friendly, helpful and polite. They arranged a car a driver for the day for us and asked me in the gym after I checked out, asee we had to wait 5 hours for the plane. There have a business area for working, a great bar, a very stylish restaurant with unreal food… It’s well presented, tastes great and is very affordable! We enjoyed 6 meals there! Each was amazing! The breakfast area is lovely and they give a massive spread of food, loads of choices and really good hot and cold food! I loved our week there and this hotel was an independent, purchased by Radisson and it shows… It’s really good, top tier and booked in advance you can enjoy for as little as 90-100 euros a night! The spa has 4 types of sauna, a mid bath, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzs, a kids pool and massage rooms, also have a beauty parlor for nails and threading Etc

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.
