Very convenient location a short taxi ride from Cangzhou West train station with easy access no matter the time. Excellent breakfast, great on site bakery for amazing fresh pastries.

Overalll good stay and value for money. Especially impressed with Tina’s service attitude and mindset. Very near to the main attraction Dream of red chambers theatre city as well as Wanda shopping mall. Convenient to get around within 10-15min

Very nice hotel and get the room at very good price due to non peak season. Can see the sunrise from room though there is building blocking in front of hotel but still nice, no need to go out to view at cold weather. First day they gave us complimentary breakfast including my kids, but second day hv to top up for kid.

Good location. Besides malls near metro dongli. Spacious double bed room with office table and bath tub.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

Our stay at InterContinental Tangshan was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment we entered the hotel, every experience—from check-in at the front desk to settling into our room and dining at the restaurant—was seamless. Room was clean and spacious. We requested for smoke-free treatment and the room had no smell of smoke. Good variety of Chinese dishes at breakfast, will be nice to have more porridge options. 特别感谢前台主管李晓琳热心帮我们解决问题。We would specially like to thank the front desk staff Aileen. We encountered some issues charging our EV and she went the extra mile to solve our problem.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

硬件比預想的好很多，比大部分香格里拉新很多。豪華閣環境好，但是菜品不多，希望酒店可以增加菜品和飲品的多樣性。早餐還可以，也是種類有點少，但口感還行。酒店工作人員服務都很好，尤其是前台和酒廊的工作人員，每次致電都專業耐心的回覆，還幫我做了延遲退房。但是禮賓部的服務實在需要加強下，剛到酒店的時候衹有我們一輛車停在門口，門僮大爺就站那一動不動，也不知道幫忙拉下車門，然後也不問是否有行李，最後我們拿着行李他依舊在那看着。。。不知道存在的意義是什麼。希望酒店可以重新培訓下，禮賓部往往能給客人留下第一印象，第一印象不好的話後面前台等工作人員服務再好都很難彌補回來。酒店的游泳池水質乾淨，唯一不足就是水稍微有點熱。ps：城景和園景房間一模一樣，景觀都差不多。
