Banabithi Resort

The nature around our stay was awsmmmmmm. We stayed at madhabilata 1 which was cozy and comfy. Swimming pool was great. Mostly the food was just yummmmm. We went there in search of peace and believe me we got it.

Initially mm t had a glitch. After reaching the resort we found out that we had been allotted a tent. However no option was given while booking. The resort said that they couldn't do anything. Called mm t customer care. They couldn't help me out and ultimately i had to upgrade to their heritage room which turned out to be an awesome experience although the price was way too high. Overall the food quality and quantity at banabithi was totally worth the price. On the whole our stay was completely worth the experience. Would love to visit again soon!

In-spite of reporting second towel was not provided. Tv and telephone was not working, though i have reported twice.

It was an awesome stay we stayed at a tent, and we went boating. The food quality was exceptionally good and the staff were really helpful and cordial. The place is very clean and we loved the swimming pool and black current mocktail

We had a ghastly experience. The air conditioner was not working. We complained at 2 that the room was not cooling and there was no resolution till 4. 30. They kept asking for an hour more and tried to convince us to switch it off and try other hacks to get the air conditioner to work. Mr abhishek was kind of useless and unhelpful. I requested multiple staff at the resort to connect me with the manager or owner, but no one complied. Unfortunately, we had to decide to cut our losses and head home. We checked out at 4. 30, despite having a night booking. For reference of future guests, our room was parullata. Please avoid it or make sure they have repaired/replaced the air conditioner.

Very bad experience, for quality and hygiene not up to the mark, insect is visible off the food but they didn't aware of then. Mr Asit restaurant staff didn't know how to take with their guests. We complain to the manager but he is also not able to help us.

Food, amenities and staff behavior are great, break fast also excellent but i have booked for premium category (singhalata, parulata, etc, but resort authority allotted maloti and they said it is a same category but according to their room rent structure it is just below the premium category, else it others are ok

Great experiance. Good food. Good environment. Clean. Staff behaves well. Will be back here soon

Good property. Not so far from kolkata. Lot of recreations inside specially for children. Good food. However, everything is little bit costly including room rent and food.
