Was able to get clean room at last minute

I glad to you guys help me always!! The hotel is very cling also is in remodeling but The manager give me another room ….. so I’m so happy and I recommend this hotel to any family.

O.K., people. Clarion is not a luxury brand. But this Clarion is a nice one. My son and I spent three nights at this hotel. We were in Chicago for a paintball tournament. The parking lot is newly paved, and the lights were bright and well-placed. The lobby is nicely decorated, and the furnishings appear new. There's a restaurant, but we didn't eat there and the only thing I heard about it is that they serve breakfast. The bed was amazing, like other reviewers have mentioned. The mattress was just right, the sheets were soft and the pillows were clean and plump. The bathroom fixtures were a little run-down, but it was clean. The night manager won't win any congeniality awards, but he got the job done (except when our toilet clogged and he handed me a plunger and told me to return it once I was done with it). The day staff members were pleasant. If I need a budget hotel, we'll definitely consider this one again. But pool was undergoing maintenance when we were there, but we didn't ask when it might open again.

I had a great visit I was taking care of by the front desk and The room was clean and up to date and it had a big screen tv which was great while I was in room relaxing place was quiet and peaceful I would recommend this location to others.

It was clean and comfortable I just wish they would clean the windows they where filthy.

My brother and I had to visit a sick family member in Crestwood. We have stayed at this Holiday Inn before. We were always pleased with the accommodations until now. The room was old and in need of updating. The carpet when you walk in was ripped. The light by the bed only had one light bulb and the shade was cracked. The desk only had one bulb at the top and the light over the sink in the bathroom was burned out. I asked the woman at the front desk if it could be fixed. She said she would put me on the list. It never was fixed while I was there. Sunday morning we had breakfast. There was enough food. When we returned for breakfast on Monday there wasn't any food left. I kindly asked the woman in charge of the buffet if there were any more bagels. She reacted to me in a rude manner by saying she didn't have any bread products! She said we had 300 people over the weekend and we are all out. Wouldn't that be something you would budget for?? She told me there was other food to eat....All that was left was some unappetizing biscuits and gravy and turkey sausage. There were supposed to be pancakes. None! Not much of a buffet. The next day there were bagels but not much of anything else except the biscuits and gravy and sausage. We stayed for four days and three nights. Our rooms were never cleaned. Upon check out I asked why our rooms weren't cleaned and we were informed that we had to request our rooms to be cleaned. We were never told this at check in. Needless to say, we will be looking for a different hotel next time we visit family. I don't think it was worth the price we paid.

I’m glad to say I’m always excited to visit this property because it’s not about winning every time but the cheerful people that service me. Love the winter here I mostly stay overnight when I visit and the hotel team is great

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, and write reviews for most. The good: parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. I reserved through the Wyndham app, so check in went smoothly. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Laminate flooring throughput the room. Updated fixtures with plenty of plug-ins. Most of the stated amenities were in place, the in room coffee and small refrigerator, but no microwave for some reason. The hotel does have 2 luggage carts. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well. There is a drink machine and snack machine near the lobby. The not-so-good: the staff was non-existent, nobody at the front desk the three or four times I checked. The TV had only 13 channels, most were locals Only one coffee cup for the in-room coffee. I checked out early so i can't comment on the breakfast. I'd stay here again if needed for work, but I'd bring some movies to watch.
