Jakarta Hotel

I have a routine for every year to spend a nice day alone during my birthday, and for this year I decided to book a room in this Hotel. I came exactly at 2.pm to checking in, but the room was not ready yet so I have to wait around an hour in the lobby, and the staff gave me a welcome drink while I wait for the room. After waiting for an hour, I tried to ask again for my room and still have to wait for another 15 minutes, so I asked the staff if I can get a late checkout on the day after and they granted me with +1hour late checkout. I waited again on the lobby, and finally after 15 minutes, Mr. Hendrik come to me and said that my room has been upgraded to Classic Suites and +2hour late checkout. My room was on the 15th floor, the elevator has a really cool design but I think the walls on the hallway on the 15th floor need a fix or maintenance because it's not as good as the lobby and the elevator. Some of the ceilings on my room, the living room to be exact need to be fixed too, and the lights button is not working on the living room. One of the lights in the bedroom were broke too. Bathroom was spacious, the bathtub need a maintenance for the cold water because it's not working. Nice room amenities, TV working perfectly, WiFi is good, the bed, pillow, and blanket was nice, I got a good sleep quality for the night. The room was not perfect but I did enjoy and liked what I got during my stay. The Pool view was pretty! The gym got enough necessary equipment to use. So I could say that the fitness facilities was good. Breakfast buffet have many selection, Western, Asian, Indonesian, Indian, Bread and Pastry, I haven't try it all, but I liked all the food that I've eaten. And also, I got a surprise birthday cake from 2 staff that came into my Room. I was thankful for that! Overall, I had a pleasant stay in here and I could enjoy my day with a warmth feeling that I receive from the services. Thank you for all the services, especially to Mr. Hendrik and the 2 staffs that came into my Room. Would love to go back and I expecting a nice improvements. Once again, Thank you!

Food, room hospitality so good, i enjoyed the moments staying here, one thing to be fix it just the bed cover little bit dirty in inside of cover and welcoming cake for couple could be better. But overall i like this place, keep it up artotel mangkuluhur, thanks

from the beginning, I was amazed by the staff because they were friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, clean, and there was a smart tv and bathub, the breakfest had many choices and delicious, this is one of the best hotel in south jakarta

great food for breakfast, have lots of variety from salad to yogurt dessert and lots of assortment for the sweet tooth. lots of different food from different places too. good room ambience, it’s easy to ask for help and thank you pak Jimmy for helping us!

Dear Artotel Suites MANGLULUHUR Jakarta, Myself and my Family stayed here for one night. The hotel is marketed as a four star however you expect a level of quality for a hotel at this level which in my opinion at the time we were there the hotel does not have. For me, the rooms are more of a standard. We got to our room following check - in, and the air conditioning was not working. In addition, there were dead insects on the windowsill and dust on the furniture as well as coffee stains on the table indicating the room had not been cleaned very well. We called several times on the phone to reception however received no answer, so we went down to reception and discussed the issue where they advised there was an issue with the AC (why they failed to tell us this when we checked - in I have no idea) and that it would not be fixed until the next day. They offered to move us to another room where they said the AC should be working but it's worse than when I stayed in the previous room, as a respectable hotel you should have ethics in talking to customers, otherwise it would be like this (and this is supposed to be a four star hotel). When we first checked into the hotel, as we were early I had to put our luggage in a store room by the reception as our room was not ready and I saw on the shelf a number of dental kits. When we came back to the hotel later that night I asked if there was one available and the receptionist told me they didn't have such a thing (???) - I thought at that point I had seen it all. So not only could this four star hotel not provide us with working AC or a TV, we were not worthy of a dental kit either. If there were any positives, the outside bar area was very nice and we enjoyed a drink there before going out, and also the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good. I doubt very much we will be returning. Best regards,

The facilities in this hotel are really good, the rooms smell good, and you are welcomed by a newly renovated restaurant, the staff are friendly, especially the server, Mr. Radit. For food the taste is really good…💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

The breakfast selection is plentiful & tasty however the quality of the service is far from exemplary. There seems to be a severe lacking of waiter/waitresses to clean up tables to accomodate the influx of guests (us included). Hence we have no other choice than to be seated in a dirty table from previous guests' breakfast since we have to do check out to catch a coming flight out-of-town. When we asked politely for a server to a clean-up our table, we are brushed-off to wait and they did not return till we finished our breakfast. I've also experienced cutleries not being restocked.

At beranda restaurant The food is delicious and the drinks are also fresh. The place is comfortable and clean. The service from Sis Bella is also good. The smoking area is also comfortable. So far, the recommendation for the experience at the restaurant is very good. Thank you for your friendly and fun service, Sis Bella.
