The resort is run down. Needs badly to be modernized. When reaching your bungalow there al left overs of shell fish, platic forks layiing around. No clean up. The room is outdated. No but Rickie of the restaurant speaks a word off English. The food in the restaurant is good.

Pas dtg AC nya bermasalah tp cepet di tangani oleh pihak hotel.overall nice stay, only food need improvement karena resort jauh drmn2 so wud be very great if we also got good and variety option. Beach n scenery in the morning was splendid, Kids had a great time in here

Great hotel ideally located for visiting this beautiful area of ​​Lampung. Reasonable price for the standard of the rooms. Above all, impeccable service, particularly that of achmad shulthony deptartemnt Food and beverage sevice who organized a boat trip for us to the island of Sebuku and to take us to our ferry boat to reach Java. A big thank you to him and the Indonesian hospitality.

First time comes here.It is a good place for family. The hotel has so many outdoor activities. However, there are some area needs to be improved such as the cleanlines of the linens and swimming pool need to be clean up especiall underneath of the pool.Overall, everything is good.

This was my first time stay in Grand Elty Krakatoa Lampung. Great Hotel with a great service and suitable for couples or family. The room was good and clean, the breakfast was nice, also all the staff was very generous. And most especially thanks to Mr Husein who help me and my family a lot during our stay and make our stay more enjoyable and beyond expectations. We are sooo happy and will make sure to comeback again in the future! Keep up the good work

I stayed here for business meeting. I stayed at a cottage with 2 sleeping rooms. The cottage was comfortable but not well maintained. Maybe due to pandemic. Anyway my stay was comfort enough. The meeting also held here. We also took breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The food was good enough. The best thing in this resort was the view from the beach.

Good view , Nice place to stay, comfort, quick responses and friendly service add it all up. Aji as staff helps me a lot to booked the place . Facilities cover up almost all your needs. Recomended hotel at Lampung
