Is a very big villa Unfortunately, we do not have time for the hot spring as it needs to preheat 4 hours before Btw the hotel can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain!

Beautiful hotel with excellent scenery of jade dragon snow mountain, within walking distance of 1+km to Shuhe Old Town. Room a little old, but overall stay is pleasant!

Recently stayed at Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially from the villa courtyards. The mix of traditional Naxi architecture and modern amenities gives the resort a unique charm. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with a private outdoor soaking tub that made the stay even more relaxing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light.

The hotel is not situated in the downtown. It’s good when you want to be relaxed in the calm. Nice view seeing the Yulong Snow mountain from the hotel.

Wonderful resort — big rooms in In traditional Chinese village style. Near Shuhe old town which is far far better than the larger Lijiang old town. But what makes our stay most memorable was the personalized care and customer service of front desk staff (thank you Rita!). She made sure my room, check out times, personal preference are all attended to when we left instructions before arrival. Truly first class service. I will be back next year for the mountain azaleas season and for sure I am staying here again.

Nice courtyard style hotel near ancient town. Staff is helpful when asked for help .

The hotel is a bit old but that’s ok. The facilities are quite lacking. Lots of services are independent supplier like the hot water ( we had to wait 60 minutes after first shower) the spa is also independent. Not necessarily bad but not used to it.

We had a very disappointing experience at Pullman Lijiang, which makes us think less of the brand and it’s positioning. I don’t recommend this hotel but to be objective here are some things I liked and didn’t like about the hotel. What I liked: - The location was good. - Well-designed spacious rooms. - Interesting architecture and good view of the mountains. What I didn’t like: - The wifi was not working, it was designed for locals and the registration system with WeChat and SMS did not support foreigners. I brought up this issue multiple times with the staff, the issue was passed from one person to next and eventually was not resolved and was quickly forgotten. - The hotel served cheap Lipton tea which was a big surprise given that Yunnan is a land of tea and has so much more to offer. - The toilet door is not designed well, there is no proper ventilation and sometimes the door closes and you need to push really hard to open, not very safe if the glass breaks. - The service was poor, we stayed in many different hotels while travelling in the Yunnan region and this hotel lacks hospitality, the staff is indifferent and don’t even try. - Hot spring is only available for the highest categories, this was not clearly stated when booking. - Overall I don’t recommend this hotel, it looks good but the service and experience was lacking. There are plenty of other and better options for you to choose from in Lijiang.

Luxurious hotel with a gorgeous clover of the mountain. Staff spoke limited English but were very helpful when needed. Walkable to Shuhe old town. Hot tub nice to use at the end of a long day of sightseeing. 30 min drive to Yulong Snow Mountain.

Hotel was a nice resort feel, staff could be more personable but no complaints of any services. Probably becos we are staying in a separate wing, not much people and it felt very quiet and distant. Resturant staff were very accommodating when we ask to pack some breakfast as we need to head out early for the snow mountain.

Rooms are dated and old; aircon and USB plug not working. Otherwise the view is fantastic.

Facilities need reburbishing. There are obvious use marks on the floor, cabinets and bathtub. The television is small for modern standards. Despite no visible stains, there was dirt coming off the edge of the bathtub when scrubbed with soap. The toilet also clogged during our stay and flooded the toilet room.
