View from our room is great! Able to see Yulong Mountain. Staff are great but can see room is getting wear and tear.

Nice courtyard style hotel near ancient town. Staff is helpful when asked for help .

The hotel is a bit old but that’s ok. The facilities are quite lacking. Lots of services are independent supplier like the hot water ( we had to wait 60 minutes after first shower) the spa is also independent. Not necessarily bad but not used to it.

Facilities need reburbishing. There are obvious use marks on the floor, cabinets and bathtub. The television is small for modern standards. Despite no visible stains, there was dirt coming off the edge of the bathtub when scrubbed with soap. The toilet also clogged during our stay and flooded the toilet room.

Charming hotel with good location (though a bit far from the ancient city), and stunning mountain view. The Villa we booked was a bit old, but still very good, clean and comfy (equipped with nespresso coffee machine). Breakfast is good and with great variety, as you may expect from this hotel chain, and the all day dining is very good as well. The staff is always there to help, and mostly english speaking.

Strongly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was all particularly helpful, even with gather some trail food for the tiger leaping gorge. Shout out to Sunny 何小慧in the kitchen for that and Angela at the front desk for the fruit. They provided me a fixed review that I’ll copy below but the suggestion wasn’t need since my stay really was great. Good food, nice scenery, comfortable bed and floor heating. 来丽江来旅游在网上看到丽江的铂尔曼感觉环境还不错，一进门礼宾就很很好客帮忙拿行李到前台办理入住，房间很温馨很舒服安静又整洁高端大气上档次是我喜欢的下次来还来这家 强烈的推荐哇 园区等绿化做的非常好！离束河古镇也很近的当然最满意的是房间宽敞干净住起来舒服，很有特色的铂尔曼 对于五星级酒店来说价格也实惠，点赞五分好评！

The 2 bedroom villas are very spacious. The villa comes with floor heating, which is good for winter. We also enjoyed the heated pool in winter, good for family bonding. Hotel has magnificent view of Yulong snow mountain. Location is still walking distance to Shuhe Ancient town, 20min, not near any eateries though.

Wonderful Wonderful stay. Gorgeous room, nice buggy rides n great fun activities for kids. They were especially thoughtful to make some herbal tea for the really dry weather there. Will be back

It's a little dated inside but still a beautiful accommodation. It's like a small house that has its own little but well manicured courtyard. The bedroom has large glass panels from floor to ceiling that open onto the courtyard. The hotel is more like a town with a large pond in the center with beautiful flowers, bamboo, lots of song birds and trees. Highly recommend, especially if you love classical Chinese architecture.

The villa i book is huge for the price. Will recommend for couples.

Really beautiful hotel in a nice location. 12 minute walk to Shuhe town and a short didi ride away from Lijiang Ancient town. The staff is really helpful and lovely. They will take a golf cart to bring you to your villa if you would like. We stayed in a villa which is really lovely and private. Has its own courtyard and the decorations are nice. The fitness room could be updated.

Good location. Not too busy and close to one of the old towns.

Excellent! Everything good
