OK comme d habitude

First two days key card did not work on the third try I was able to get into the hotel. Motion sensor light would not go off not even with repeated tries after alerting the desk they put a black bag over the light. Hot water in shower stayed cold. Could not wait to get out of room 351 so I could go home and get shower. These problems were repeated to staff and they had no solution.

Was disappointed that the room did not have the padded chair with footstool as shown in online photos. A friend had the chair in her room.

It’s super easy to get off 81 and find it and also really easy to get back on to 81. It was clean well priced and the staff was very friendly but prompt which was greatly appreciated.

My room showed lots of signs of aging but everything was clean and comfortable and everything worked. It was perfect for a one night stay while on the road.

I wish hotels would do something to keep the doors from slamming. It started at 459am. Some sort of buffer on the door. Other than that, it was good. Clean,convient.

The room was very well appointed and immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful bedding and many pillows. The breakfast was far better than most. The women at the front desk were both friendly and helpful.

My reservation was paid in advance by ******* but they did not recognize it and ask for an other payment

Had no hot water in the shower. Ended up cleaning up at the sink, plenty of hot water there.

The room I had was well worn and had been smoked in at some point. Backed up to highway so I had to turn white noise way up. Shower pressure was a trickle. It looks nice in photos but they def put lipstick on a pig as far as the rooms go. The breakfast and lobby were very nice and clean but room left a lot to be desired.

Stayed a night here while.a family member was in UPMC. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Check in was easy. There are several place to eat very close by, some within walking distance. My room was clean, it had a micro, coffee maker and refrigerator. The bedding was clean and the bed was. Very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. I plan to return to the area next will and hope to stay her again. I didn’t have time to eat before I left but the breakfast looked and smelled amazing!!!!

Received an upgrade! Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Front desk said there was a problem with *******. But they said they would fix it. Room was clean and looked new. Better refrigerator than other hotels we’ve stayed in recently.

Rooms weren’t clean and we had to request things like towels and toilet paper.
