The hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of Zhujiajian Wugongzhi Wharf, making it incredibly convenient for trips to Putuo Mountain. It's also less than a 10-minute drive from the airport. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and even throwing in a complimentary breakfast. The room itself was designed in a simple yet stylish way. Highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry terminal for Putuoshan, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We took the airport shuttle from Ningbo Airport, and this was the final stop. For our return trip, the bus station was right next to the hotel on the right-hand side, making transportation incredibly easy. For anyone needing a transit point when visiting Putuoshan, this hotel's location is truly excellent. The hotel staff were attentive, professional, and courteous, and the room was very well-equipped. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, but it was too noisy. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear conversations from next door in the middle of the night, and even car horns from outside the door. If you're traveling and need a good night's sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here, as it will affect your rest. However, the location is great, right at the entrance to the pier. Breakfast was decent, and the service was good too.

Great location, right by the pier. **Facilities:** Standard all-season hotel. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Environment:** Overall good, though the restaurant was a bit cold in winter. **Service:** Visited during the off-season, and the front desk and restaurant staff were both excellent.

I took a trip to Putuoshan during my business trip. This hotel is close to the port, making it super convenient to take a boat up the mountain. The night view around the hotel kind of reminded me of the Potala Palace. It was quite interesting!

They first assigned me a room where the window was like a waterfall – the entire duvet was soaked! I asked to switch rooms, and the next one reeked of disinfectant. All night there was the roar of planes overhead, so loud I couldn't sleep. To top it off, the toilet was backing up with a foul smell. I have asthma, and it triggered an attack that night; I coughed all night long… The next morning, as I was getting ready, the electrical outlet where you plug in the card key sparked! Do you understand? Sparks!!! Accompanied by a strong burning plastic smell! And they had the nerve to charge me over 700 for this room!!! Then the circuit breaker tripped! I've never left a bad review before, this is a first!! It was truly awful!!!

The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; I could hear everything in the middle of the night. There were guests arguing in the hallway, and I could even hear the faucet running upstairs. I've never experienced such a poor-quality Huazhu Hotel. On top of that, there were no parking vouchers, no online customer service, and no welcome fruit or souvenirs. Avoid this place at all costs!

I stayed at Ji Hotel Zhoushan (Zhujiajian Wharf branch) and had a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient for travelers heading to Putuo Mount Island, as it’s close to the wharf and easy to reach from the airport. The hotel is clean, modern, and quiet—perfect for a restful night before or after visiting the island. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and a practical choice if you're planning a trip to Putuo Mountain. I would stay here again.
