Our stay here has been excellent. We did not expect the high quality of the service and room from a ”budget ” stay. Cynthia, our front desk check-in person was outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. She knew we were leaving before breakfast and brought muffins, oranges and water to our room shortly after we checked in. The room was modern and clean with great hot water. The airport driver was attentive and friendly too. I have stayed in 5-star hotels and didn't experience hospitality like this. Kudos to Cynthia and this franchise!

Best western is one of the best hotels out of the few I’ve stayed in they have a pool continental breakfast the receptionist is very sweet and the housekeepers are nice I would recommend this to anyone the rooms are always clean and smells good

I arrived on May 24, just in time to get unpacked and settled before going to dinner. The bed was comfy, and I had no problem using the walk-in shower. The only real problem was the air conditioning, whose cold air caused me to have goosebumps. Only when checking out was I informed that I could have changed to warm air by myself. I also liked using the pool table and the stationary bike, even though the seat was a bit high. I only wish there had been a pool and hot tub. All things considered, it was a perfect retreat for three days and nights.

Got walked from the property because they had no rooms available even though multiple of us had a confirmed reservation for a room. Would not have been a big deal if they booked us at another property but they said “everything in Portland is booked.” We had to find our own accommodations . A very poorly managed property

Clean, spacious room (King suite), comfortable bed and pillows, very friendly/accommodating staff, in a quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to quickly get to attractions (about 10 min to downtown and 20 min to Fort Williams Park). What more could you need? Well, there's always something right? My minor complaints are that the water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low so that it just came out in a trickle (shower was fine), and the thermostat wasn't programmable. I've seen this same type of tstat in a few other places, and I guess it's supposed to be energy efficient? But it's annoying that you can't get the fan and temp to work how you want. Neither of these issues were enough to knock down the 5-star rating. I would definitely stay here again.

While not being a dive,I certainly expected better for $160/night. The entry is nice as is the main part of the room. The pillows are tiny for the queen bed. My main complaint is the bathroom. It's tiny, maybe 5 ft x 5 ft. Opening the door will hit who ever is on the toilet. No bath just a shower which is ok. However there are no shelves in the shower stall. So your toiletries and wash cloth have no where to go but the floor. Then there's the random unidentified smears of something on the shower walls....blood, feces, grime? Not sure, could be any. Only to be topped of by the black mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. We choose this one do to location near the airport and free shuttle but there are several others to choose from. We should have looked harder.

My first trip to Maine was amazing. This hotel was beautiful. I understand it only opened less than a year ago. The lobby was lovely, free breakfast, and a nightly happy hour with drinks and food. Gym and laundry facilities, and water/ice dispensaries throughout the hotel. The room was beautiful and so well led out. It was obvious the designers of this space understood the importance of maximizing space. It was one of the few hotels that did not have an alarm clock, which is so redundant these days. Had a room with 2 beds, very soft and spacious. 3 night stands, kitchen area, spacious bathroom, large closet, desk space...really, it was a perfect stay. 10 minutes to downtown Portland!

很喜歡這種希爾頓套房連鎖酒店，空間大，還有廚房，方便我們泡麪。含早餐很方便。又有免費停車。就是和絕大多數美國賓館一樣，不提供免費瓶裝水。總體入住體驗很好。
