excellent for layover at SFO, facility is clean. Shuttle bus available from air port. I took the first shuttle to air port for my morning flight, it took about 10 minutes to get to T2. Good for budget travelers, any lower you mind as well just staying at the airport for the entire laying over.

酒店裡有做核酸檢測，所以就選了這家酒店，空間較大，床很舒服。酒店外面是一個廠，白天比較吵，沒辦法睡懶覺。以上説完了重點就來了。我8.7日入住酒店10號離開。除了10號早上退房遇到了比較正常的前台，感受到了温馨和服務以外。其他幾天都是黑人前台，並且在8.7日入住的那位黑女人，可以説是歧視了。我checking 房間電視沒信號，遇到各種問題對方都是冷漠對待，回答我問題頭都不抬。甚至我打電話過去，我沒講完她講完了就直接掛電話，及其沒有禮貌。直到我我wifi有問題拿着電腦下去找她，她回答了我一半把我晾在一邊不説，對白人客人叫一個熱情，搞得我以為我自己在看黑人變臉節目，還給了別人機場大巴的schedule。我就和她説我也需要這個，她就給了我一張。總之我感受不到任何服務。衹有歧視，不是很理解她的生存環境她遇到過多少歧視導致她的服務這麼扭曲，但如果因為她的表現讓整個酒店減分，我在美國的這麼久沒有想到是在酒店遇到了一個黑人的歧視。而且第二天還是黑人前台，難道領導是黑人招的全是黑人。黑人就算了來電正常的服務做不到嘛，作為洲際的會員。我在這家酒店的遭遇讓我感受非常差。雖然這裡有核酸我也推薦大家去對面的威斯汀，我去對面他們對我非常好。請大家沒事不要去找歧視了。在這家酒店沒有人任何道歉行為之前。我堅持我的態度和意見以及口碑。

We have stayed at this resort dozens of times over the last 10 years ad stayed at the hotel the night before our flight. The front desk clerk was very friendly and arranged for an Uber pickup the morning of our flight, but when coming home we were not told that the free transportation back to the hotel had changed from 11:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Their recording for airport transportation states the shuttle runs until 11:30pm and we called from baggage pickup for a ride, but when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay for the taxi that returned us to the hotel. We would like to be reimbursed the $25.90 since we were not informed of the change and the recording for the hotel still says shuttle runs until 11:30.

I tried saving a bucks but the regrets! This place should be shut down for how dirty it is! I only checked yelp after arrival (family member booked it and we trusted them), and yelp reviews were accurate. We had to change rooms from a filthy room to a room with bed bugs. Didn’t even make it thur 1 night and we left to the Double tree hotel instead

Clarion choice hotel in Nashville was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable along with great service. Justin the bartender at the hotel bar was entertainment all by himself. He made us laugh every time we were there.

I and my family had to extend our stay by 3 more nights as the kids love it here bcos of the cozy homely feel coupled with the friendly staff. But as it is all good things come to an end as we had to check out today to move into our new apartment. Had to virtually drag my kids from the hotel as they want us to stay more nights before moving to the apartment. I sincerely want to thank Janmesh for being such a welcoming and kind soul and all the other members of his team at the hotel for making us feel welcomed and at home all thru our stay. I and my family are now loyal followers of the hotel and look forward to our next visit. I recommend the hotel in case you need a break and a quiet place to work or have some quality family time
