Location-wise, it's very strategic and convenient. The hotel is well-connected to different modes of transportation, with the subway being the most efficient. The nearest station (Jiangtou Station, Line 2) is just 300 meters away, while Xiamen Railway Station is roughly 7km from the hotel. For shopping lovers, SM City Plaza Xiamen—a massive shopping mall complex—is only 2km away or just two subway stops from here. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

A special thank you to the night shift staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t get lost. He patiently guided us on how to buy tickets for local attractions, showing genuine care for our well-being. The front desk staff was equally helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with Xiao Wei, the robot assistant, adding a unique touch to the experience. The housekeeping staff was always polite, keeping everything spotless. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

Great location, easily accessible from the corner of the road. Shops at our doorstep. Couldn’t ask for more. Really helpful front desk staff who even allowed us to store our luggage for a few days before we checked in. Thank you for a great stay.

The bed was comfortable, and we slept well at night. The air conditioning was cold enough! The breakfast was decent, and we were fairly satisfied with it, at least it wasn’t bad. You can also order delivery to the hotel, and a robot will bring it to your room, which was really convenient. Foreigners without a local phone number can ask the front desk for the hotel’s phone number. The laundry service was also great—if you don’t come to dry your clothes in time, the staff will help dry them for you as long as you write it on the designated card and hang it up. The only downside was that we were a bit shocked when we first arrived at the hotel, as the exterior didn’t quite match the photos online. The entrance is on a sloped alley, making parking inconvenient. Another downside was that the shower head wasn’t big enough.

The hotel is in downtown, very convenient to go to nearby scenic areas, the rooms were nice and clean with an awesome view of the xiamen downtown . The staffs were very friendly especially the lady from the front desk Alice. She could speak very good english also. Looking forward to visiting again 🥰

Excellent location. Very near to the Zhongshanlu Pedestrian Street, shopping mall and many attractions. Chennai Road subway is within walking distance. A great team of young and professional service staff.

I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.

this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

Self-serve Hotel with a lot of convenient features The hotel is new and very clean. On floor 12th, we saw cleaner wiped every corner each morning. Very impressed. 艾米 at the front desk is a great helper. She suggested that we upgrade to a much bigger and better room with a small extra. She also solved our problem of double bookings. She deserves 5+. We will definitely come back.

I extend my stay in this hotel due to its cleanliness and the room is spacious, location is also very convenient. The hotel do provide free self service laundry with free detergent at the 2nd floor. The hotel room also provided free toiletries and free bedroom slippers. The airport shuttle bus is just opposite the hotel which is very convenient to go to the airport in time.

Rooms are spacious, however cleanliness of the hotel is lacking , you can tell they don’t do a thorough clean of the bathrooms … with water marks on the stainless steel and soap scum around the taps … The air conditioning sound is also very loud , as it was hot outside it took a long time for the aircon to cool the room down at night. Had to use the earplugs to drown out the noise …

I’m a foreigner, from Canada. No affiliation to this hotel. Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster. Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service. The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting. The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this. I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment. They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great. Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

Superb location with MRT Dongjiekou Exit B 100m away, Room is spacious and good wifi and aircon. Turn left upon exit, a food street lined up with many types of food. Visit this strret day and night and you will fell the vibes.

I recently stayed at this place, and overall, it was just okay. The amenities were decent, and the staff was friendly. However, the strong smell of smoke really detracted from my experience. It was pervasive and made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Atour hotel, the room is clean and very comfortable. In addition, all the staff are accommodating and friendly, they will patiently respond and assist if you needs any assistance. Checkout was also quick and easy thanks to 颜儿. Will definitely stay there when I come back!

This hotel appears to be affiliated with A tour Hotel, which is a well-established local hotel chain. As such, all the rooms are well equipped with the usual items, including a smart auto flush toilet with a heated seat. The welcome fruit platter was much appreciated and the extra bottle of drinking water offered to me when I left was also a nice and thoughtful gesture. In fact, everyone in the hotel was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They even let me store luggage for three days when I was in Wu Yi Mountain. The hotel also provided a complimentary supper at 9:30pm of rice porridge, pastries, cakes, and snacks. Breakfast was simple but featured local signature dishes. The hotel also provided free use of laundry machines and fitness equipment. The hotel is literally facing the South Exit of Fuzhou Railway Station at approximately 200 meters between them. Although there was not a lot to do around the hotel, the metro Line 1 is right next to the South Exit of the railway station.

Good for our group of three. The most impressed is separated the washing, showing and toilet area. The loction is ok near the Wanda plaza but shall not mentioned wanda plaza to get customer high expectations about wanda plaza, actually about 500m away.

The Metropolitan Jinjiang hotel was one of the best hotel and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and say it deserves all five stars and full ratings. The location is quite within distance of the Wanda shopping mall and other restaurants and places, the room cleaning service workers were friendly and kind and had great smile and attitude. The front desk workers were the ones who made my day; they upgraded my room and gave me free breakfast and were extremely patient and kind and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely come back to this hotel. It was nothing short of amazing.👍👍👍👍👍😃😃😃😃😃

I love Atour hotels. This hotel is older than others I’ve stayed at. The room didn’t smell nice and there were some hairs on the floor, which I hate. Plus some parts if the sink looked like they’re rusty and not clean. The other things are fine. The bed is comfortable, it was quite at night and the check in was smooth.
