I’ve been staying this property for years now. The concierge people are always helpful and friendly and they get excited me seeing again. They offered me complimentary breakfast and food was delicious and service was wonderful and friendly. I was provided a large and neat and clean room and front desk kept on asking if I need any assistance which was so warming. The only issue was The PRICES this trip was 3 times what I usually pay for this property.

Located in an “administrative headquarters” area near Indira Gandhi Intl. Airport. Spatious premises, big rooms, good service and restaurant options.

We stayed at Welcomehotel by ITC in Delhi for a single night, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-suited for business travelers, offering a comfortable and professional atmosphere. The buffet dinner and breakfast were impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The quality of food was excellent, making the dining experience enjoyable. A special mention to the reception staff, who were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. Their warm hospitality made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a short stay, especially for business travelers. Would definitely recommend it!

Staff are friendly and location was great. The hotel undergoing renovation hacking being done in uncontrolled manner, dust is flying everywhere and noisy. Rooms facilities are worn out.

Overall experience was good. I liked the hollow design of the hotel. The breakfast was great with range of choices and everything was delicious. I liked the choices of European style breakfast. It has a lot of guests and had to wait to check-in. There was no hand towel, shower floor towel or smaller towels, only bath towel. It was little disappointing. I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

Welcomhotel by ITC dwarka doesn’t do justice to its name. Stayed 3 nights. The staff take you for granted. Specially the receptionist and the managers. All have same attitude and smudginess on their face. They will not provide you with GST bills if you need them specially from trip.com or agoda. Response of the staff is pathetic and more of “we are doing a favour to you” rather than providing an experience. The Cleanliness staff and maintenance staff was courteous but thats the only good thing about the hotel. Will not rate more than 3 stars. Renovations are going on and most of the amenities are not available. Room service is pretty slow. Not going to stay there in my whole lifetime. Thats for sure. More of a glorified marriage hall rather than having a decent experience. Food: Food at pavillion 75 is good. Order it from zomato to get it for less than 50% of the hotel menu.

Hospitality was pretty fine, but hotel facility was all old and unsatisfactory. Considering the tariff and promotional rates of this hotel, I feel it unreasonable, and most of all the guests will be disappointed.
