位於Mayflower附近的旅店，附近用餐方便，去westquey購物、看老城牆也近。火車站步行10分鐘。不過住三天，門口掛了牌子、跟前台打了招呼，也沒人來打掃衞生，這一點就不是很好。去住的話記得提前在附近的tesco買好水，因為樓下vending machine賣的水巨貴。

我的耳機遺失了，明明我的手機上顯示就在那裡，但是酒店不給找也不負責的，我去尋找耳機態度趾高氣昂，誰點誰怨種，沐浴露和洗髮膏都是一個不知名液體

Lovely, clean room. Comfortable bed. Didnt like the fact I couldnt open the window though. Friendly staff, Chris looked after us and was great. Had a 2 course meal there on there meal deal which included a glass of wine. This is our 3rd visit here and would definitely use it again

Overall a very pleasant one night stay. Staff welcoming, spacious, nice decor to restaurant and bar areas. With the option of evening meals and bar open until 11pm. Breakfast was nicely presented with plenty of options and tasty. Bedroom was spacious, tidy and generally clean, as was bathroom. The only horrendous issue which was only noticed until going to sleep was the fact that there were Two Bogie’s stuck on wall adjacent to side of bed…. Couldn’t get over that housekeeping hadn’t seen these on room checks !!!

Great location and close to my office. Upon arrival Chris and Claudia were welcoming and assisted me very professionally with my check-in. The hotel bar and food was excellent and and definitely worth the money. Will be using again in the future.
