A great place for a city stay. Lovely service, clean and convenient. Only downside was that their hotel restaurant was not operating and that no room service was available. Otherwise, a great stay!

Overall is good. Just the toilet amenities can be more attentive with topping/refilling. Especially the shower gel, I bath halfway no more and have to call for help. But staff were kind and helpful.

It was the first time I stayed at crown promenade Melbourne. It is very conveniently connected to crown ******, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful . The room was bright , spacious and clean . I intend to book another stay in the new year .

Located near the Southbank Promenade, getting to the CBD was very easy as trams are a walking distance away. The room was very spacious and beds was comfy. The bathroom looks a bit old but it was serviceable. Will stay here again.

ホテルの部屋が高層階だったのでWi-Fiが全く繋がら無くて非常に困りました。外に出て川沿いに橋が掛かっていてそこに沢山のレストランがあり沢山の人が歩いていました。そこでメルボルン市のフリーWi-Fiが繋がって何とかなりました。日本の感覚だとホテルの部屋がWi-Fiが繋がって外が繋がらない感覚だったので海外では日本とは違うと言う事が分かりました。

位置不錯，出行方便，步行2分鐘可通過天橋到娛樂城5分鐘到達河邊10分鐘到達免費電車站。酒店中規中矩，相當於國內四星，有吸煙區連電梯都有中文轉換。
