Always excellent as I’ve stayed here before the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and tend to every need. The bar has a lovely atmosphere the drinks are reasonably priced too. The girl that works behind the bar is one of the best barmaids I’ve ever met she has a way with the customers which brings them back time and time again. Would definitely recommend and stay again without any doubt.

Hotel is outdated but location is very good. Double room was very basic, cleanliness could be better and the bathroom was very small. Window overlooking to the other building wall, not entertaining at all. No seating area for two people, only one chair by the desk. Seems more suitable for a single traveler. No parking available, only paid parking nearby. This is definitely a budget type hotel but can serve for one night stay.

Just back from a lovely night away at this hotel in Southport. Staff here were so lovely and the whole experience was excellent. We stayed in room 112 which was at the side of the building,the room was beautifully decorated.the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom had a walk in shower and worked with a touch of one finger as did the mirror above the sink!! We arrived earlier than check in time but Andrew at the desk very kindly offered to keep our suitcase behind the desk so we could go off and walk around the town.when we got back he also carried the case up to our room for us. On leaving our room for check out the following day we met the lovely Jill and another housekeeper who asked how our stay was a chatted a while to us. When we got to the check out desk we were greeted with a lovely happy lady called Claudia who also chatted to us. We didn’t eat here but next time we go we will as we will definitely be returning for another stay!! Thank you to all for an enjoyable stay

This is a modern hotel in a lovely location of Southport, which is in walking distance of the town centre. There is parking on site and car parks local to hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and made the so good. The rooms are a good size and are clean. We have been numerous times to this hotel and are never disappointed. Great views from room windows of lake or bridge. Thoroughly recommend.

Travelodge at Southport is located right on lord street. Our room was excellent value, room clean and beds excellent. There is no car park so we do park in the sides street that is the only downside but location wise it is the best for being in Southport it self. There is even a bus stop right outside of Travelodge on lord street going to Preston, ormskirk, Wigan. Will definitely return.
