Hotel Abu Dhabi dengan Spa

My family and I had a splendid stay here in Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. We were greeted with beautiful smiles, not on our 1st day only, but every single day. Their warmth and hospitality tells you, you're coming back here again! Special shout out to Syeda from our breakfast and Tere too. They were simply amazing people who made our holiday even special. They would help in every way they could to make our experience amazing. The hotel management even gave us the space to wash up after our desert stay! That was such a help as it meant a lot to my family since my parents, who are quite elderly, needed a comfortable space to freshen themselves! Ouh wells, they're not as adventurous as us😉 On our last day, the breakfast team even presented a full chocolate cake to us. It was such a heart-warming moment.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

I booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable... After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :) Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room. If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place. There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review. What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression. These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.

Areas for Improvement: - Room Update Needed:The rooms, particularly noted for their old carpets, are in dire need of an update to match contemporary standards of comfort and aesthetics. - Lack of Warm Water: The absence of warm water in the shower is a significant drawback, especially for guests looking for a more extended stay. For a short visit, this might be a minor inconvenience, but it could become a major issue over time. Overall, while City Seasons Al Hamra shines in its strategic location and offers decent dining options, the condition of its rooms, specifically the need for modernization and the issue with warm water availability, suggests a pressing need for renovation. These improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience, ensuring comfort and satisfaction for both short-term and long-term stays.

My stay at this hotel was an **absolute delight**! The moment I stepped in, I was transported to a **quintessential European boutique hotel** – think intricate moldings, antique-style furniture, crystal chandeliers, and oil paintings. The vintage continental ambiance is simply **stunning** and oh-so-photogenic! But what truly stole my heart was the **above-and-beyond service** 💖: - **Instant welcome refreshments**: The staff greeted me with chilled lemon water (”Long journey? This will refresh you!”) followed by a pot of fragrant rose tea while I waited. - **Flexible & fuss-free check-in/out**: Not only was check-in smooth, but they **graciously granted me a late checkout** without hesitation – a rare and much-appreciated gesture! The attention to detail felt genuinely warm, like staying at a refined yet welcoming European guesthouse. Every corner whispers elegance, and every staff member radiates hospitality. **Verdict**: Perfect blend of **old-world charm** and **modern comfort** with service that treats you like family. Can’t wait to return! ✨

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

Saya rasa mudah sahaja apabila anda menginap di hotel 5 bintang itu, anda boleh merasainya. Tetapi ini tidak berfungsi dengan hotel dan Resort Radisson Blue. Ia hanya nama. dengan pantas: Bahagian dalam bilik adalah sederhana. Kolam ombak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan orang dewasa. Restoran bufet La Terrazza menyajikan makanan laut, daging dan masakan tempatan. Terdapat juga restoran berhadapan pantai dan beberapa lounge bar. Hotel menawarkan menu dalam bilik dengan sarapan pagi sekitar 150-200 AED, 2 pilihan sup, makanan cepat saji 40-60AED, burger 70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 jenis piza 85AED, hidangan utama 100-140AED, minuman/minuman dan menu kanak-kanak. Secara ringkasnya, hotel ini bagus dengan lokasinya yang sempurna di corniche, pemandangan unik di Teluk, marina Rixos dan semua itu. Kami tidak akan berkongsi maklum balas negatif kami tetapi beberapa insiden telah berlaku sepanjang penginapan kami dari 27 April hingga 1 Mei. Tiada hujan atau angin, tetapi pantai telah ditutup sepanjang masa. Maksud saya semua orang datang untuk melepak di pantai. Ok, saya terima sebab ini nampaknya disebabkan oleh beberapa isu kebersihan selepas hujan lebat dan banjir pada bulan April di UAE. Perkara yang paling menjijikkan ialah penjaga bilik. Mereka ini telah mengetuk pintu bilik kami selama 2 hari berturut-turut. Bayangkan, pukul 9 pagi terus dan gigih mengetuk pintu untuk mengemas katil. Dan kemudian pada hari yang sama pada pukul 4 petang dengan keinginan terdesak untuk membersihkan bilik. Keesokan harinya cerita yang sama pada waktu pagi, mengetuk pintu dan, sekarang, perhatian, sila, mereka hanya membuka pintu dan masuk ke dalam bilik. Baik tuan! Adakah awak bergurau??!!! Sudah tentu, kami menghubungi penyambut tetamu dan kakitangan yang sangat berbudi bahasa ini menawarkan kami untuk menghantar e-mel untuk menyiasat kes ini. Menghargainya. Harap ini akan sangat berguna dan membantu untuk semua yang mencari tempat tinggal di Abu Dhabi.

Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali ketika melancong ke seluruh dunia Harganya bukanlah yang paling mahal, tetapi pengangkutan adalah yang paling mudah. ​​Ketibaan dari lapangan terbang ke hotel adalah RMB 7.3 berada di tingkat bawah atau dalam masa beberapa minit. They were so helpful askingif we need something, daily cleaning is very good. Only the pool is smaller than I thought and not always taking the dress code into consideration which was a bit annoying.

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
