Stay at Marriot Downtown Abu Dhabi was Excellent!! Friendly Staff from receptionist & breakfast staff. Location was perfect for Bus Terminal & Mall jz walking distance.Will definetely stay again!

Conrad- stayed for two nights in Feb as part of our wonderful UAE holiday. I originally booked a king studio with sea view via a trip.com ”partner” deal. Worried that it might be a scam I tried to contact the hotel directly and through trip messages. It took several emails to the hotel, and over a week, for the hotel to confirm it was a real booking. I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick. There are three separate buildings with the tallest having 74 floors. It can be challenging navigating to your room as the lift buttons have odd names and wait times for the slow lifts can be long. We also had to transfer lifts to reach our floor. The beautiful, east facing corner apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very quiet. It had excellent electric blockout curtains and sound proof double glazing. My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated ”night” lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night. We we also surprised that the toilet seats were not soft-close. We loved the huge international buffet breakfasts but they can be really noisy and busy. Having Billy, the Harris Hawke, and his friendly handler on patrol to keep sparrows from stealing unattended food on the restaurant balcony was very special. Free access to the observation deck was a nice bonus. We would easily stay again.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

Overall, the property is undeniably impressive in scale and architectural presence. The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment. The hardware standard is strong and well maintained. That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined. Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests. On a very positive note, the restaurant service team stood out in a wonderful way. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism genuinely enhanced the stay. It is often the human element that leaves the strongest impression, and in this regard, your F&B colleagues did an excellent job. With the strong foundation already in place — both in terms of infrastructure and service culture — I believe there is great potential to further refine the guest journey and create even more memorable moments.

My stay at this hotel was an **absolute delight**! But what truly stole my heart was the **above-and-beyond service** 💖: - **Instant welcome refreshments**: The staff greeted me with chilled lemon water (”Long journey? This will refresh you!”) followed by a pot of fragrant rose tea while I waited. - **Flexible & fuss-free check-in/out**: Not only was check-in smooth, but they **graciously granted me a late checkout** without hesitation – a rare and much-appreciated gesture! The attention to detail felt genuinely warm, like staying at a refined yet welcoming European guesthouse. Every corner whispers elegance, and every staff member radiates hospitality. **Verdict**: Perfect blend of **old-world charm** and **modern comfort** with service that treats you like family. Can’t wait to return! ✨

Saya rasa mudah sahaja apabila anda menginap di hotel 5 bintang itu, anda boleh merasainya. Tetapi ini tidak berfungsi dengan hotel dan Resort Radisson Blue. Ia hanya nama. dengan pantas: Bahagian dalam bilik adalah sederhana. Kolam ombak sesuai untuk kanak-kanak dan orang dewasa. Restoran bufet La Terrazza menyajikan makanan laut, daging dan masakan tempatan. Terdapat juga restoran berhadapan pantai dan beberapa lounge bar. Hotel menawarkan menu dalam bilik dengan sarapan pagi sekitar 150-200 AED, 2 pilihan sup, makanan cepat saji 40-60AED, burger 70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 jenis piza 85AED, hidangan utama 100-140AED, minuman/minuman dan menu kanak-kanak. Secara ringkasnya, hotel ini bagus dengan lokasinya yang sempurna di corniche, pemandangan unik di Teluk, marina Rixos dan semua itu. Kami tidak akan berkongsi maklum balas negatif kami tetapi beberapa insiden telah berlaku sepanjang penginapan kami dari 27 April hingga 1 Mei. Tiada hujan atau angin, tetapi pantai telah ditutup sepanjang masa. Maksud saya semua orang datang untuk melepak di pantai. Ok, saya terima sebab ini nampaknya disebabkan oleh beberapa isu kebersihan selepas hujan lebat dan banjir pada bulan April di UAE. Perkara yang paling menjijikkan ialah penjaga bilik. Mereka ini telah mengetuk pintu bilik kami selama 2 hari berturut-turut. Bayangkan, pukul 9 pagi terus dan gigih mengetuk pintu untuk mengemas katil. Dan kemudian pada hari yang sama pada pukul 4 petang dengan keinginan terdesak untuk membersihkan bilik. Keesokan harinya cerita yang sama pada waktu pagi, mengetuk pintu dan, sekarang, perhatian, sila, mereka hanya membuka pintu dan masuk ke dalam bilik. Baik tuan! Adakah awak bergurau??!!! Very good value hotel. The breakfast options were excellent. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room. The rooftop area is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I arrived quite early just to drop off my luggage, but the first thing I was told after informing them that I had a reservation for that night was that I needed to pay for an early check-in, which I hadn't even wanted. They should have asked before assuming the situation. Also, when I was waiting to check in, another lady arrived and they attended to her first. Then, while I was showering, I discovered that there was no conditioner. I tried to call reception, but there was no answer, so I had to get dressed and go to reception. To top it all off, the people in the room next to mine decided to have a party. They were talking, screaming and laughing so loudly that I had to call reception again at 2 am. I also found the area around the hotel quite strange, with lots of people sitting on the pavement and the street dirty. The room is nice and big but it’s too old and wasn’t that clean. This being said, if I ever return to Abu Dhabi I will not stay there for sure!
