I felt safe to be in the second floor due to the entrance door that nobody can enter but the guests with the card key. I was looking for bedroom slippers but they had none."

PPengguna TetamuThe suite was perfect..clean, quiet, and spacious. Unfortunately, my family also came. Despite having two bathrooms, everyone insisted on using the same one at the same time. Luckily it was certainly big enough to host all hotel guests at once if we wanted. The breakfast is amazing with many choices, all of which I didn't have to cook. Would highly recommend this hotel. The family, not so much.

PPengguna TetamuNot our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the ****** was great - including the restaurant.

PPengguna TetamuGood location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

PPengguna TetamuI had an excellent 3-day stay at this hotel in Calgary. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the shuttle service—punctual, convenient, and such a stress-free way to get around. It made my trip much smoother. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Calgary.

GGTANKSMy fellow Rotarian and I came for the 2025 Rotary International Conference in Calgary. The stay was pleasant. Service was excellent. Room was cleaned daily which was nice returning to a tidy clean room. Coffee and tea were replenished daily which was great. I will highly recommend to friends and family. The hotel was so close to the airport. Shuttle service was provided to the airport which was convenient. I liked the lobby display ready for the 2015 Calgary Stampede from July 1st 2025 for ten days.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!
