1. 房間 環境不錯，風景優美；可是在服務上少了一點貼心；當寒冷的冬天入住，一進到房間房內温度衹有10度，外衣都不敢脱；暖氣開了兩個小時，温度終於升到11度還是很冷，正常的温泉酒店房內應該要保持温暖，尤其是在山上，進到房間冷冰冰，客人一定會覺得不舒服，有建議酒店應該要客人住宿前就要先把暖氣打開，讓房間温度不會太低，住宿的客人進去才不會覺得冷冰冰的。酒店有送來一台暖氣機開了一個晚上，第二天早上的温度終於有達到20度 2. 飲用水 酒店的飲用水在房間裏面是免費的，但是福建人總喜歡泡茶，還有房間有泡池也會泡湯，兩瓶大瓶的飲用水應該是不夠的，如果需要多增加飲用水需要自費，這個有請酒店評估，畢竟飲用水也沒多少錢 3. 餐廳 中餐廳東西不錯，還蠻好吃的，最重要的一點是中餐廳裏面很温暖比房間温暖多了，缺點是價格偏高 西餐廳晚餐真的不推薦東西不多，找不到幾樣是想要吃的；建議酒店廚房可以再多思考一下有哪些菜色是客人會喜歡的 整體來看酒店裡麪的硬件設施是不錯的，可是在服務上面，包括餐廳裏面的一些菜色是有許多可以改善的空間，這些部分不需要多花錢，衹要多一點點心多去觀察，其實可以給顧客有更多好的住宿體驗，這樣也才可以多一些回頭客 有跟酒店經理溝通過；經理也承諾會把意見反映上去，希望下次能夠看到服務更好的清水巖温泉渡假村
