Hotel Changsha dengan Spa

I really enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel, which feels very reserved and luxurious. I liked that it is away from the city and close to the lake, which I enjoyed the morning walk very much. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, hotel staffs are generally friendly and very helpful. I had the time to enjoy live music at the bar, and met a very talented young artist, Azura who sang really well with memorable classics. I used the gym as well, which is pretty well equipped but I thought it was not tidied up as promptly as guests left empty bottles and weights lying around when I entered. It was almost after an hour later before I saw someone coming in to disinfect some of the equipments. I feel the disinfectant should be made available to guests on obvious spots so we are able to clean them ourselves before/ after use. Meanwhile the receptionists could probably do some basic housekeeping after guests left instead of waiting for the cleaners. There aren't that many users, it's not really ”hard work” in upkeeping the tidiness of the room. The breakfast spread was good and I loved the fact the the buffet is opened till 1:30pm!! Yes, finally a hotel that respects or generous enough to provide last breakfast for those who rise later on weekends. Food and coffee were really good, and this is a strong plus point for me to consider revisiting when i'm in town next!

We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this luxury exotic hotel, which offers a truly interesting concept. From the moment we arrived, 小雷 welcomed us warmly during check-in, providing a very friendly and professional first impression. We stayed on the Africa-themed floor, and the design really made us feel almost as if we were in Africa The attention to detail in the room and corridor design was impressive. This hotel also has laundry pick-up and delivery, which was very convenient and efficiently handled. The hotel is also in a great location, just about a 100m walk from the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. Breakfast was served in a cute and thoughtfully designed dining area, decorated with images of Marilyn Monroe. It added a fun and stylish touch to the morning experience. We also loved the room key card design—it was so unique that we ended up purchasing one as a souvenir. At check-out, Grace assisted us and kindly prepared a goodie snack bag for our departure, which was a lovely final touch to our stay. Overall, this is a highly Instagrammable hotel with strong concept design, good management, and consistently excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for something unique and visually memorable.

Fantastic stay at Wyndham Garden Yuelu Changsha! The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the service truly stood out. A big thank you to Kate at the front desk for her courteous and efficient assistance. Also, the housekeeping team surprised us with thoughtful snacks, making our stay even more pleasant. The hotel is amazing, very clean and spacious. Services and amenities are exceptional with live singer at night at RUNWAY Bar. Concierge is very helpful and kept my luggage well while I ran errands.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

Excellent service right from checkin, offered discount right upon asking about their high tea. Nothing to be unhappy about other than being disappointed at the quality of their tissue and toilet paper, definitely expected a higher quality coming from such a high end hotel.

Great service. Buggy service on stand by all the time in front of the room. Huge room and clean. Aircond not cold at all in the room , temperature could not be adjust and it's centralised. Even the toilet is more cooler than the room.
