Hotel Changsha dengan Spa

I really enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel, which feels very reserved and luxurious. I liked that it is away from the city and close to the lake, which I enjoyed the morning walk very much. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, hotel staffs are generally friendly and very helpful. I had the time to enjoy live music at the bar, and met a very talented young artist, Azura who sang really well with memorable classics. I used the gym as well, which is pretty well equipped but I thought it was not tidied up as promptly as guests left empty bottles and weights lying around when I entered. It was almost after an hour later before I saw someone coming in to disinfect some of the equipments. I feel the disinfectant should be made available to guests on obvious spots so we are able to clean them ourselves before/ after use. Meanwhile the receptionists could probably do some basic housekeeping after guests left instead of waiting for the cleaners. There aren't that many users, it's not really ”hard work” in upkeeping the tidiness of the room. The breakfast spread was good and I loved the fact the the buffet is opened till 1:30pm!! Yes, finally a hotel that respects or generous enough to provide last breakfast for those who rise later on weekends. Food and coffee were really good, and this is a strong plus point for me to consider revisiting when i'm in town next!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the impeccable service and attention to detail were evident. The room was a masterpiece of high-class design—both stunningly elegant and supremely comfortable, creating a perfect sanctuary in the city. The location is unbeatable; with a Citylink access point literally steps from the entrance (less than a minute's walk), exploring was effortless. The staff went above and beyond. They kindly safeguarded my multiple parcels without hesitation. A standout amenity was the complimentary laundry service: having my clothes collected from my door and returned neatly cleaned and folded was an incredible luxury that truly elevated my experience. This hotel doesn't just meet 5-star standards; it defines them. I cannot wait to return.

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

Stay at this hotel if you value Cleanliness, Hospitality, and Location. I usually stay at higher-tier international chains such as Park Hy*tt and St. Reg*s, and I must say the cleanliness here is on par with them. The room I stayed in was equipped with a smart toilet with a seat heater, a thoughtful feature that made a big difference during the cold weather. Location-wise, the hotel is in close proximity to major attractions yet tucked away on a quiet street. To the left, within about 70 meters, you’ll find KFC, Pizza Hut, and a pharmacy. To the right, there’s a McDonald’s and a 24-hour convenience store within 100 meters. The nearest subway station is within walking distance and connects to Line 2, just two stops away from Wuyi Square. The hospitality truly stood out. Every staff member greeted me with a warm smile, and despite some language barriers, they did their best to accommodate my needs. Special thanks to Lisa, who managed my booking, she added me on WeChat and went above and beyond, providing assistance like a personal butler. Overall, an exceptional stay. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Lokasi hotel ni memang tiada tandingan, betul-betul di bawah ada Laluan MRT 2. Boleh melawat beberapa tarikan utama di Changsha tanpa perlu tukar-tukar laluan. Bilik yang disediakan pun sangat bagus, selesa dan luas, semua dengan kawalan pintar, sangat mudah. Pengering rambut pun sangat bagus 👍. Kakitangan di kaunter hadapan sangat peramah dan responsif terhadap keperluan tetamu. Pujian kepada Linda. Keseluruhan pengalaman menginap sangat memuaskan.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

If you’re going to a concert at 芒果馆， this is the hotel for you. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

The hotel is located right above a metro station. More importantly, the hotel staff are very helpful amd friendly. The male counter staff on duty on 16 December 3.30pm was extremely helpful. He helped us to searh and book for badminton courts nearby. We will definitelt come back to stau again! Thank you!!!

Among many hotels I've stayed before, this Wanjiali Changsha is the best of the best. The location is super strategic inside very huge shopping mall having access to plenty of variety of food, and just outside the shopping mall is the night market even more delicious food. Also the hotel is directly connected to the metro station very convenient to move around. Room condition is top class, very well designed, user friendly and well maintained. The hotel also have nice roof top can enjoy beautiful scenery of the city 360 degree. And then there's 11th floor that has a lot of interesting cultural exhibition which is very interesting to me. From my point of view, there's nothing negative too say about this hotel, this is indeed definition of perfection. When I visit Changsha again in future, I'll definitely stay in this Wanjiali Hotel again
