Very good upscale hotel with a strong Chinese atmosphere. Lovely, spacious and functional rooms with good beds and amenities. Very good and diverse breakfast was delivered in-room. Good location close to the subway if you need to be around Meixihu. Nice views over lake and promenade. I only stayed one night so couldn’t check out the spa or fitness area.

The location is unbeatable; with a Citylink access point literally steps from the entrance (less than a minute's walk), exploring was effortless. The staff went above and beyond. They kindly safeguarded my multiple parcels without hesitation. A standout amenity was the complimentary laundry service: having my clothes collected from my door and returned neatly cleaned and folded was an incredible luxury that truly elevated my experience. This hotel doesn't just meet 5-star standards; it defines them. I cannot wait to return.

A fantastic stay! The room was clean and spacious, and room service was impressively fast. Breakfast was delicious, with special thanks to Larry who's very friendly and our kids loved. The only small downside is the location is a bit far from the main attractions. However, the hotel connects directly to a shopping mall (plenty of restaurants and a supermarket) and the Changsha metro. Would definitely recommend and already planning our next visit!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this luxury exotic hotel, which offers a truly interesting concept. From the moment we arrived, 小雷 welcomed us warmly during check-in, providing a very friendly and professional first impression. We stayed on the Africa-themed floor, and the design really made us feel almost as if we were in Africa The attention to detail in the room and corridor design was impressive. This hotel also has laundry pick-up and delivery, which was very convenient and efficiently handled. The hotel is also in a great location, just about a 100m walk from the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. Breakfast was served in a cute and thoughtfully designed dining area, decorated with images of Marilyn Monroe. It added a fun and stylish touch to the morning experience. We also loved the room key card design—it was so unique that we ended up purchasing one as a souvenir. At check-out, Grace assisted us and kindly prepared a goodie snack bag for our departure, which was a lovely final touch to our stay. Overall, this is a highly Instagrammable hotel with strong concept design, good management, and consistently excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for something unique and visually memorable.

Fantastic hotel overall. Tried fitness and wellness facilities as well as breakfast. All superb quality. Highly recommend a stay here for a luxurious, modern and stylish experience.

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

Excellent service right from checkin, offered discount right upon asking about their high tea. Nothing to be unhappy about other than being disappointed at the quality of their tissue and toilet paper, definitely expected a higher quality coming from such a high end hotel.

If you’re going to a concert at 芒果馆， this is the hotel for you. The hotel is literally at the doorstep of the hall and they have buggies to send to the entrance where you just walk five minutes to the ticket gantry. When I walked in the concert‘s playlist was playing at the lobby which had a huge standee for photo taking. They even gave a little snack pack and photo card. Super pleased with the service and care, esp since I was injured. They went out of their way to make sure I was ok including delivering breakfast to my room. Staff also checked in on me so I didn’t feel scared as a female solo traveller. The hotel may look old but it’s spacious, clean and had plush amenities. I had a really good stay and will be back. 闪闪小姐姐真的让我感觉到人间温暖。他一看到我的脚踝受伤就立马请我坐下帮我办理入住。酒店员工也一直扶着我提行李。保洁大姐也很照顾我。外卖和滴滴都能到你房外。特别方便。闪闪小姐姐也天天专程打包早餐送到我房。真的让我哭死了。 本来因为受伤而沮丧的可是陌生人的关怀让我振作起来。 我的长沙不二首选。谢！

Among many hotels I've stayed before, this Wanjiali Changsha is the best of the best. The location is super strategic inside very huge shopping mall having access to plenty of variety of food, and just outside the shopping mall is the night market even more delicious food. Also the hotel is directly connected to the metro station very convenient to move around. Room condition is top class, very well designed, user friendly and well maintained. The hotel also have nice roof top can enjoy beautiful scenery of the city 360 degree. And then there's 11th floor that has a lot of interesting cultural exhibition which is very interesting to me. From my point of view, there's nothing negative too say about this hotel, this is indeed definition of perfection. When I visit Changsha again in future, I'll definitely stay in this Wanjiali Hotel again
