很喜歡北辰三角洲這邊，這家酒店在這個區域應該是算很好的了。大堂大氣，服務人員態度很好，很快就辦好了入住。
環境：這次訂的是中間樓層的江景房，風景確實很好，樓下的三館一廳和旁邊的洲際酒店，遠處的湘江，所有風景盡收眼底，一覽無餘。躺在床上看看江景，看看藍天白雲，都很舒服和放鬆
設施：房間面積還可以，衞生間很大，中間是雙人洗漱台，左邊是淋浴間，右邊是馬桶，乾濕分離。有寫字枱和休閑沙發。缺點是這麼高級的酒店電視不支持投屏，向前台反映之後拿了個投屏器，但投屏器有延時，聲畫不同步，效果不是很好。窗簾也不是電動控制。
游泳池很好，水很乾凈，而且人不多，遊得挺爽的，淋浴的地方也夠大，還有個凳子可以放衣服，這點設計得很人性化。健身房也不錯，跑步機有好幾台，還有各種器械槓鈴什麼的。
服務整體來説不錯，晚上自助餐人很多，還等了一會才有位子。可能是因為人太多了，空盤沒有及時收，桌上都堆了好多空盤子快放不下了。很多食物餐枱上也打掃得不夠乾淨，比如食物掉出來、或者枱子上有水等，最不好的是冰淇淋櫃枱那個舀冰淇淋的勺子上黏了很多巧克力和別的東西，整個黏黏糊糊的，還是自己拿衞生紙擦乾淨才繼續用的。希望服務人員能更加註意細節。

The hotel is at a strategic location. The metro station is just in front of the hotel making it easy to travel to other places. Hotel room is modern with smart toilet. The first room we got had smoking smell but the staff was quick to move us to another room. Thumb up for their service. Breakfast was good with lots of varieties. 酒店地理位置雖然離市中心稍稍有點遠，但是交通位置還是很好的，高鐵站過來很近，而且酒店樓下就是長株潭城際鐵路的站點，旁邊過個大馬路就是雨花區政府地鐵站。周圍走個兩三百米就是煙火氣十足的商業門面，好吃的數不過來！米粉、臭豆腐很推薦～酒店房間衞生和設施也都很不錯，前台008小姐姐很禮貌熱情，離店時候還幫忙寄送了行李快遞，感謝～下次出差或者旅行來長沙還會選這家！

這間酒店同希爾頓酒店是同1座樓。他在後麪，地理位置，住宿環境很安靜。房間很寬敞。暖氣超級暖。早餐雖然品種不多，但是各樣都可口。後來才知道原來可以直接叫廚師煮湯麪，可惜我已經吃飽了。樓下就有一間茶顏悦色。所以非常方便。買奶茶食。酒店附近也有酒家。味道也不錯。

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

AAn Ordinary BoyThis was my first time travelling to Changsha on my own and I booked this wonderful hotel. As a solo traveller the smallest room is large enough for me. There is a smart tablet to control all appliances, however if you have difficulty to master technology, ordinary switches are also mounted on the wall, which are definitely easier to use. Basic toiletries are provided, but in case you need additional items like razors or paper towels, or other room services, you just scan a code by Wechat Application then a robot will make your delivery to the room. If you do read some Chinese it will be fine; otherwise you have to contact the staff through telephone. Don’t be surprised that the concierge is on the 11th floor yet you see a bar when the lift arrives, soon you will know that each room can enjoy a bowl of Chinese porridge and a glass of cocktail free of charge every night; that’s where you finish your shot after checking in. Remember to take one before going to bed, plus some free snacks. There is also a karaoke area and it allows me to connect my music library to the broadcast system and sing along. First time in my life!
Here I would like to say thank you to a young receptionist who surnamed Chen. Not only did he handle enquiries at the front desk, but he was also responsible for fruit and wine preparing at the lounge. Although he didn’t show super mixology skills, he worked very hard! On the day of arrival the karaoke system had some problems, he contacted the technician at once so that I could sing after fixing. Laundry service is also available, but unlike other hotels where I have to bring the clothes to the machine room, here I just place my request by phone and they will finish the washing for you at zero cost. Amazingly it was Mr Chen again who came to my door for collection; an industrious boy!
The hotel is located in the city centre and a direct bus ride from Changsha train station (No.112) only takes 20 minutes. This also makes its only demerit because those busy street noise can still be heard in the room at late night (not the hotel's fault), but you may ask for earplugs for a better sleep.

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

HHans_TKFirst of all, my comment is that this hotel was much better than our expectations, in fact it was very good from everything we expected.
First, for a location very close to the subway (chaoyangcun), take exit 5 or 9.
Second, the check in process was very fast and professional.
Third, the bed and all amenities are in good condition and clean, even the pillows are provided in 2 types, medium hard and soft.
Next to the hotel entrance there is a very delicious and cheap place to eat.

VVictoria Qwen ChuaMy flight to ZJJ got cancelled and I had to stay for a night near to the train station. Booked last minute and was thankful that the staff upgraded our room for us. We had a restful night. Room was well kept and there is laundry service downstairs. The staff were highly responsive, kind and helpful. Overall, room is equipped with smart system which we are very satisfied about but the only complaint is the water temperate seemed very unstable. Breakfast was okay but the spread is limited.

PPengguna TetamuThe main reason we chose this hotel was it’s excellent location (near to the major shopping malls Wangfujing, IFS mall and the famous Taiping street) and after reading several of its positive reviews by the guests. However since the hotel is located in the busy area, the road leading to the hotel was not accessible by car after 8 pm. As such our taxi driver had to stop us a little distance away. So please bear in mind this accessibility issue after 8 pm.. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building shared by other businesses. The lifts were old and small. Nevertheless all the initial disappointment faded away upon reaching the hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, clean with many unexpected features unlike other hotels of the same category. Facilities are modern, complete and the room well lighted. The bathroom is comfortable, with automated heated toilet seat, and powerful shower facility. Another good feature is the wash basin located outside the toilet.
There is also a Laifen hairdryer and even a projector.
The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff always offering additional drinking water and providing free laundry service, a highly appreciated

DDesmond D.My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.
