Very good upscale hotel with a strong Chinese atmosphere. Lovely, spacious and functional rooms with good beds and amenities. Very good and diverse breakfast was delivered in-room. Good location close to the subway if you need to be around Meixihu. Nice views over lake and promenade. I only stayed one night so couldn’t check out the spa or fitness area.

5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Meixi Lake Hotel We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay. The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding. We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna. Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

I stayed at the hotel for one night with my dad and my one-year old infant. We had a great experience. The hotel located very close to ChangShaNan Station (ChangSha South Station), making it very convenient for anyone who needs to travel by train. The hotel room was very clean and the view from 16th floor was quite nice - my baby girl had a great time standing at the window and looking at the roads. We all really enjoyed the breakfast - we were very impressed by how varied the food that were provided! Will definitely come back in the future!

The Hotel located perfectly next to the water park and ski ground. The Manager at the reception is very helpful. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and it was great. However, the downside is that breakfast was terrible. Staff was not helpful and the food was all cold.

It was one of the best hotel I ever stayed... everything's perfect. I had a Nespresso coffee provided in the room and went out of the hotel next morning. Upon returning to my room I noticed a piece of note next to the Nespresso machine written by the maid (with her name on the note) saying something like I noticed you like coffee and therefore I provide you additional 4 capsules of coffee for you to enjoy. Upon check out on the 3rd day I brought the note to the receptionist and gave the maid a CNY200 tips. great hotel, will definitely stay again next time I visit Changsha.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Among many hotels I've stayed before, this Wanjiali Changsha is the best of the best. The location is super strategic inside very huge shopping mall having access to plenty of variety of food, and just outside the shopping mall is the night market even more delicious food. Also the hotel is directly connected to the metro station very convenient to move around. Room condition is top class, very well designed, user friendly and well maintained. The hotel also have nice roof top can enjoy beautiful scenery of the city 360 degree. And then there's 11th floor that has a lot of interesting cultural exhibition which is very interesting to me. From my point of view, there's nothing negative too say about this hotel, this is indeed definition of perfection. When I visit Changsha again in future, I'll definitely stay in this Wanjiali Hotel again
