IIshana AwI really enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel, which feels very reserved and luxurious. I liked that it is away from the city and close to the lake, which I enjoyed the morning walk very much. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, hotel staffs are generally friendly and very helpful. I had the time to enjoy live music at the bar, and met a very talented young artist, Azura who sang really well with memorable classics. I used the gym as well, which is pretty well equipped but I thought it was not tidied up as promptly as guests left empty bottles and weights lying around when I entered. It was almost after an hour later before I saw someone coming in to disinfect some of the equipments. I feel the disinfectant should be made available to guests on obvious spots so we are able to clean them ourselves before/ after use. Meanwhile the receptionists could probably do some basic housekeeping after guests left instead of waiting for the cleaners. There aren't that many users, it's not really ”hard work” in upkeeping the tidiness of the room.
The breakfast spread was good and I loved the fact the the buffet is opened till 1:30pm!! Yes, finally a hotel that respects or generous enough to provide last breakfast for those who rise later on weekends. Food and coffee were really good, and this is a strong plus point for me to consider revisiting when i'm in town next!

LLowell Tan Lay HoonI recently had the pleasure of staying at the CHANGSHA IFS EXOTIC • SHE HOTEL. Its location at Wuyi Square is superb, placing in the very heart of the city. Unfortunately, my stay was abruptly cut short due to a family emergency—my dad was urgently hospitalized. During this incredibly stressful time, the front desk team, and particularly Ms. Emily, were exceptional.
Her empathy, efficiency, and proactive assistance were a true comfort and made a difficult situation much more manageable.

We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay.
The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding.
We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna.
Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

BB~We were upgraded to a larger room, which was a bit bigger! The hotel is next to the subway station, which is extra convenient. The breakfast is amazing, featuring a lot of choices and a lot of staff available to replenish the food. Unfortunately the water for the shower was not really hot, so we could not use the bath tub.

PPengguna TetamuWe had great experience at W for Chinese new year 2026. On the first day, we attended the lion dance to welcome the new year. In the second day we enjoyed the lounge bar with my wife full family, open wine bar and snacks at a very reasonable price! We used the great gym and the beautifyl pool on the 3rd day, this is like being at a resort!
The service was great from all attendants, especially Lilian Alya at the front desk who helped us to get a late checkout.
It was also very nice to talk to the GM who was very present on the floor, to learn more about the hotel and its history!

PPengguna Tetamu1) We asked to help with luggage’s and the bellman asked: “Do you have a lot of baggage?” I said: “of course”. Unwilling to help. No greetings.
2)Front desk: no greeting when approaching. Instead we greeted them with a “Hello, we have a reservation”. No one even said hello after we greeted the staffs.
3) Confusing ticket system. Took a long time to get tickets for the nearby parks.
4) Amenities: Water wasn’t hot enough to take shower in the first night. Smoking smell in the first 2 days across the building. AC were not cooling down the room instead just fan blowing in the last 2 days. What are great way to save operating costs.
5) Check out: still no greetings, we greeted them and said thanks. No thank you from anyone from the hotel.
6) Dining: Chinese restaurant offers great services and foods. Breakfast service is horrible.
We paid and we thanked all the staffs, no one single staff said thank you. Except house keeping staffs, who are the only hotel members who are showing courtesy and respect.
Totally not recommending this hotel as the city has so many newly opened international branded hotels. This hotel is even worse than the InterContiental Changsha in terms of reception and concierge services. Definitely not come here gain. Bye Bye

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the Niccolo Changsha with a friend of mine during our trip, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is located in the tallest building in the city, which already makes the setting quite impressive.
Niccolo is truly a five-star luxury hotel, with services and facilities that fully match that standard. The rooms, the atmosphere, and the overall level of comfort were exactly what you would expect from a high-end international hotel.
A special mention goes to the manager, Martin Liu. I have rarely met someone so helpful, kind, and professional. He recommended several excellent local restaurants and also helped me solve a few issues even outside the scope of my stay at the hotel. His excellent English made everything very easy and smooth.
Thanks to his support and the overall quality of the hotel, our stay in Changsha was even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Niccolo Changsha to anyone visiting the city.

PPengguna TetamuI was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

PPengguna TetamuDespite accidentally booking as a female (didn't do enough research, even though it's kind of in the name), I still had the best time here. My partner and me booked a private room which was so cosy! The bed was so comfortable, there were teddy bears and I took the best bath of my life, overlooking the skyline of the city. Great interior design as well, we felt right at home.
Above all, this is a place where people are welcome as they are, with whatever they bring. I've rarely seen this in China. I wish there were more amazing places like this! Maybe don't book if you're a female, even though I was repeatedly reassured that I was welcome. But Cody: if you ever decide to open a Sishub, I'll be back! :)
