We would also like to thank Nicole (陈碧君). Her warm welcome at the lobby every day made us feel very comfortable. The staff at the main entrance were also very helpful, assisting us with arranging transportation for Alan (何志远) and our daily travel needs, which made a big difference for us.
Additionally, many thanks to Allen (蔡明生), who helped coordinate the shuttle bus to and from the Canton Fair. His attention to detail made our schedule much smoother.

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and had only positive impressions. The location is very convenient: there’s a park nearby which is great for a walk, and all the necessary infrastructure is close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything meets expectations. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to assist. Overall, everything was at a high level, and the stay was calm and enjoyable. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
I’d also like to highlight the amazing scent in the rooms — it smelled absolutely wonderful, with a light jasmine fragrance that created a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We tried to find out what fragrance it was, but unfortunately haven’t been able to get in touch with the hotel. If the hotel sees this review, please let me know what scent you use or feel free to contact me — I would really appreciate it!"

Room: very comfortable. The bed / Mattress is exceptionally comfortable!
Facilities: swimming pool is excellent . The gym is at good size - however too many people are using the gym.
Restaurant: buffet breakfast contains variety of foods including Chinese, Japanese and Western style. Restaurant staff are excellent.
Staff: extremely helpful, polite . Special thanks to Hector, Hedy Xie, Jerry Zhou, Renata Huang working at the main hall. Jerry solved a lot of problems about how to use WeChat. Really appreciate!

Penginapan saya sangat baik kali ini. Saya pada asalnya menempah bilik katil double, tetapi wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu menaik taraf saya kepada bilik pemandangan sungai. Penginapan saya sangat selesa. Bilik itu seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam gambar. Terdapat dewan pintu masuk apabila anda masuk, dan bilik jubah di sebelahnya. Katil di dalam bilik itu sangat besar, dan pemandangan di luar tingkap dari lantai ke siling cantik. Bilik itu dilengkapi sepenuhnya dan dibersihkan dengan baik. Hotel menutup sarapan pada pukul sepuluh. Saya pergi bersarapan agak lewat pada keesokan harinya, jadi saya tidak makan hidangan penuh, tetapi hidangan keseluruhannya baik dan terdapat banyak jenis. Ia berbaloi mencuba. Hotel ini terletak di persimpangan Guangzhou dan Foshan. Apabila anda keluar dari hotel, anda akan sampai ke sempadan Guangzhou, jadi ia agak jauh dari pusat Foshan. Namun, Foshan sendiri tidak besar, jadi ia tidak sangat jauh dengan teksi. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat bagus. Saya mengesyorkannya kepada semua orang. Checked with ctrip AI if they have connecting rooms which they replied yes. Requested for connecting rooms during online booking with trip.com. upon check-in, asked for connecting rooms and was told only the presidential suite has a connecting room.
Asked for a plastic chair to be used in the toilet for elderly at the reception and was told they do not have any. But they informed housekeeping to send over another anti-slip mat. Checked with housekeeping about plastic chair and they found a shower chair for elderly. Thank you to the housekeeping team!

The hotel is decent, clean and has no issues. However the location is very remote and there’s no restaurants or anything around so you have to completely relay on Maituan food delivery, also very few convenience stores around the hotel. However it’s a very quiet neighborhood no laud noice or disturbance.

It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time

Pengguna TetamuI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Pengguna TetamuI’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
