Hotel Foshan dengan Spa

It was the best experience ever in Guangzhou! I have visited other hotels in China during my stay but this was worth every penny. Staff were friendly, hosted a children’s play area, 24 h gym and a 8am-10pm pool, bring ur wimping cap cos it is a must to wear, otherwise end up paying $28 HKD for a new one which can be purchased at the pool counter. Kids and family loved the breakfast and buying it off Trip.com can save about $100 HKD when staying the night, alone you will get the free upgrade and shuttle to and from Gouangzhounan station. Thank you for serving us for these 3 days and 2 nights!

The hotel is conveniently located on the banks of the Qiandeng lake, and close to Fosan commercial district. Room is well facilitate and hygienic. The buffet breakfast is of good quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful, special mention goes to Mr. Anson Huang, the Food & Beverage Manager. Much thanks to his wonderful service that given me and my family a joyful staying in the hotel

A big thank you to the front desk staff !!! They are the heart of this hotel. They were professional, friendly, and solved a small issue we had immediately. It’s clear they care about their guests' comfort. The rooms were clean and the amenities were great, but the fantastic customer service is the reason we will be coming back.

Didn’t took photo of the room. But it was so nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The smell was so nice. Some hotels located in the center of Guangzhou there were so bad smells, unconformable and so expensive. But this hotel was so conformable and nice. One thing is little bit far from the center but the using railway it was okay. Also most nice thing was laundry room(free) and fitness area. The hotel service was so nice. Thanks. I’ll stay again in this hotel.

Great Location : Easy to find, Near to amenities like eateries & provision stores, Easy to get Cab & There is a bus from this hotel to Hong Kong Airport (latest trip 4pm, there is a QR Code at the front desk to book) Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012) Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good. Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast. Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful) Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

It was good overall, except for the lack of a bathtub and the difficulty finding the place since the sign at the entrance had a different name.

The hotel is decent, clean and has no issues. However the location is very remote and there’s no restaurants or anything around so you have to completely relay on Maituan food delivery, also very few convenience stores around the hotel. However it’s a very quiet neighborhood no laud noice or disturbance.

Hotel is good . But it is not a star rated hotel. Receptionist said they have not acquired any star status. Tried to order in Room dining from the listed menu. But no one answered the phone .called information desk, staff answered she doesn’t speak English and she would send a staff to the room to check. I have shown the printed menu and number to the staff who came to room , she could not explain what that for. Later they delivered a fruit basket to my room as a goodwill gesture. Thank you hotel ! Breakfast was decent enough, rather it’s a good one. Staff are good and helpful Clean and neat rooms. Foshan Travels: when it comes to Foshan or Guangzhou, most people only know Chimelong paradise. However, there is an oasis known as Changlu Holiday Resort 长鹿度假村. Its lesser known and more catered to locals. Advised to come on weekends, once you check in, literally no need to go out liaoz!! We came during the weekdays and low season, hence it was easier to get an upgrade and no queues for rides. On weekends, however, they have a night parade and activity. Lots of shows, street shopping, food and performances. Back to the resort. I booked via trip.com. Rooms starts from only $99 per room! Not per person. PER ROOM And includes ALOT! 1. Choice of room. We had initially booked the cave room at $200 per night with tickets for 2 kids. However, due to a natural inclement, we managed to get the underwater room upgrade! Both were great. The underwater room usually cost around $700! And a bigger one at approx $1000!! Breakfast is included too. I would say not as good as the earlier hotels. But ok la… 2. Tickets to the zoo. You get multiple tickets if you book more than 1 night. Actually 1 day ticket is sufficient as the zoo isn’t very big and could be covered in 1 day. Zoo shows are not included. Regret watching but not expensive. 3. Discount tickets to the circus. Top up about $8 per person. Discount tickets to snow world. As we had experienced similar at the previous hotel, we skipped this. Snow world is another $6 per person. 4. Thrilling amusement rides. Not included but they are not expensive too. Pay by coin credits and they offered buy 1 get 1 value. Works out each ride to be less than $2-$3 a ride only. 5. Affordable and good food offerings. Usually theme parks tend to be expensive. But it’s affordable here. We went to town and realized even cheaper. 6. Unlimited hot spring pools to soak. 7. Beautiful swimming pool (the blue oasis in the pictures is the pool) 8. Steam and sauna access. And many more!! They have a total of 11 interactive zones here. When people feedback 2day1 night is not enough I kind of thought I might have time to go to town.. well… 3 days 2 night in the resort and we still find it insufficient too. 😅😅😅 With the beautiful underwater room, we spent time going in and out of the room for rest and pool soak multiple times too.. If you ask me which room type is the best, get the cave rooms as they are in the heart of the resort. Easiest to get around.

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful. That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here. When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again. Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock! I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
