"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience.
Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan."

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay and offered good value for money, though the hotel was extremely busy due to the Chinese New Year period.
However, I did observe an incident that raised serious concerns about the hotel’s management and hygiene standards. I saw a child urinating into the swimming pool drainage. Although the lifeguard assured me that the water would not flow back into the pool, it is my understanding that such systems typically circulate and filter water back into the main pool. Regardless of the technicalities, witnessing this with no apparent action from the staff left a very poor impression."

PPengguna TetamuDidn’t took photo of the room. But it was so nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The smell was so nice. Some hotels located in the center of Guangzhou there were so bad smells, unconformable and so expensive. But this hotel was so conformable and nice. One thing is little bit far from the center but the using railway it was okay. Also most nice thing was laundry room(free) and fitness area. The hotel service was so nice. Thanks. I’ll stay again in this hotel.

Room: very comfortable. The bed / Mattress is exceptionally comfortable!
Facilities: swimming pool is excellent . The gym is at good size - however too many people are using the gym.
Restaurant: buffet breakfast contains variety of foods including Chinese, Japanese and Western style. Restaurant staff are excellent.
Staff: extremely helpful, polite . Special thanks to Hector, Hedy Xie, Jerry Zhou, Renata Huang working at the main hall. Jerry solved a lot of problems about how to use WeChat. Really appreciate!

Cleanliness : Very proper and Clean environment, Rooms are tidy and clean carpets (Except for some lights not working, Room 1012)
Service : Very friendly, helpful & knowledgable front desk service staffs. Thanks for the late check-out. There are always a male staff guarding the door at lobby, making sure security is good.
Price : Very reasonable for this location & standard, and came with very decent chinese breakfast.
Comfort : Comfortable bed and air-condition is good (Try to get high floor room if you are in the low season, the town view is beautiful)
Strongly recommend if you are new to the place.

DDarcy. WChecked with ctrip AI if they have connecting rooms which they replied yes. Requested for connecting rooms during online booking with trip.com. upon check-in, asked for connecting rooms and was told only the presidential suite has a connecting room.
Asked for a plastic chair to be used in the toilet for elderly at the reception and was told they do not have any. But they informed housekeeping to send over another anti-slip mat. Checked with housekeeping about plastic chair and they found a shower chair for elderly. Thank you to the housekeeping team!

SSneji Bl.It was amazing experience for my husband and me. We went to celebrate his birthday and to relax and enjoy the hot spri.g spa. The hotel room was with lake view. Very clean, all the facilities in the room were amazing: the bed was huge and comfi, the tea delicious.This is my second visit to the hotel and it was great. The spa was nice, with variety of baths with different temperature. There was a steam spa and sauna. All worked well. The staff was very nice and helful. The breakfast was with variety mainly Chinese choices of dishes, but very good. We were given tickets for the park and disconted tickets for tbe circus performance, which was absolutely amazing. We had a delicious lunch for two in the underwater restourante with excelent selection and service. Dream to go again in a short time

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

PPengguna TetamuI’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
