"We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Foshan Shunde. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with elegant interiors and a very comfortable room that made it easy to relax after a long day out. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. A special mention to Asad from the customer experience team. He went above and beyond to assist us. We had spent more time than expected shopping at Louvre Mall, and Asad kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 2pm, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foshan."

"The location is convenient, but there are not enough waiters in the breakfast restaurant. They are not familiar with things and seem like new staff. When I went to get food, the food and coffee on the table had been taken away, which was unbelievable. The mattress was contaminated, and such bed sheets should not be used by the hotel any longer."
