No hassle check in and check out. Upgraded me to a bigger room. The location is great and it has been my preferred hotel in Heshan over the years. The room is dated but it is clean.

Cozy room with high ceiling, good shower head power, clean bathtub, whole golf view in your eyes, the newest facilities gym room, kids playground, constant temperature indoor swimming pool, good air conditioner and fresh air because opposite to the huge golf ⛳ club http://www.heshangolf.com
But hotel location is just little far from the big mall within 40 mins drive.

SSwee mei nancyWe had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

PPengguna Tetamu出差多次選此酒店，原因就是環境好，但是這次發生一件事非常心煩和憤怒，早上用完餐，上午在房間裏辦會公，將近11點50，前台打電話説我再不離開就要收費，超一小時二十元，我問必須要在12點之前離開麼，他説是的。
衹給10分鐘時間收拾，這是服務行業人員講的話麼？
事後酒店經理進行了道歉，態度比較誠懇，表示以後不要在平台上定了，在小程序上定一樣米但可以延時退房，雖然不理解也尊重吧，畢竟人家規定是那樣

Xxiangyu694第一次來江門鶴山選了這邊新開的全季，體驗接近完美。酒店距離新華城商圈 900 多米，位置還可以。 酒店風格應該是最新版本的全季設計，大門外的造景設計有枯山水風格，簡約大氣。大門口和酒店後面都有停車場，特別提一下後面的停車場，看着是老廠房重新改造，地面鋪的是高檔地下停車場才會使用的環氧地坪漆？下車無縫連接酒店大堂，對自駕用户十分友好。房間寬大、佈局合理，配套用品考究，隔音滿意，衞生程度滿意（睡了一晚體感挺舒服）。辦入住時前台給了升級房間和延遲下午 2 點退房，好評。本來要吃全季早餐（之前吃過選擇多樣、味道不錯），因第一次來鶴山還是決定出去外面嚐嚐當地特色，總得來説好的酒店入住體驗確實會給一個城市加分，這次全季依然沒有選錯。

The service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff, particularly at the reception, were not only fluent in English but also extremely helpful, providing detailed travel advice for exploring Heshan. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of both Chinese and Western dishes that catered to the diverse tastes of international guests.
The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The vicinity also boasts numerous local restaurants, allowing me to indulge in authentic local cuisine while experiencing the culture of Heshan.
