We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was so clean and tidy. Everything fits the description they have online. The staff there was very helpful and explained everything clearly and politely. There were humidifier and oxygen provided, with a lot of bottled water, which helped a lot to anyone who doesn't live in high altitude. They provided laundry service yet we didn't use it, we used some other services, i.e. toilet cleaning and luggage storage, everyone was helpful and professional in the hotel.

YYueyetu～衞生：衞生做的十分細緻，特意掀開被子看了一下床單被套都很乾凈，洗臉池那些也都很乾凈環境：離馬路不遠大概200米左右能清楚的看到葯王山離布達拉宮也不遠，感覺交通十分便利服務：客房和前台的服務也很滿意，到酒店給我敬哈達，客房裡需要的東西都給我配備齊了，而且還有暖心粥，味道也很不錯！設施：設施也很齊全，空調也有，電視機的屏幕也很適合總體評價：🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

PPengguna Tetamu古蹟酒店是這次我們前往西藏拉薩度假最滿意的酒店，環境充滿着濃郁的藏族風情，讓我們充分體驗到藏式民居的魅力，同時房間從裝修風格到用品又十分現代，符合我們目前的生活要求。最令我們難忘的是大廳旁的酒吧，平時在家的時候，不能帶寶寶感受酒吧的氛圍，但是這次旅行在古蹟，我們父母可以喝着酒，同時陪孩子🧒🏻，也讓她明白喝酒不衹是為了應酬，還可以愉悦自己，這次最棒的，我們和孩子都非常想念那個安靜的夜晚，調酒師也是非常nice，和我們聊了好多酒的話題，難忘的夜晚🎑。酒店人員服務也是非常好的，都是藏族朋友，但是都很熱情，服務也是很周到，特別是次塔和拉珍，還有一樓早餐時打掃衞生的藏族大哥，邊工作邊唸誦佛經，真是讓人難忘！酒店裡麪還有幾衹可愛性格不同的貓咪🐱，深得我愛人和寶貝的喜愛🤩！感恩遇到這麼好的酒店人，讓我們對拉薩又增添了幾分想念，下次去拉薩，還會再次入住，補充一下，特別喜歡酒店的紅色拖鞋，有品位🎉！還有酒店位置也是特別棒，走路就可以到達八廓街、大昭寺、小昭寺、八廓商城，出門打車也是很方便啊！門口也有很多藏餐廳，往八廓街去的方向，還有好喝的藏式氂牛酸奶和氂牛烤肉店！

ZZiiyiinExcellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

AAnn tells the truthHigh standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky.

DDongzhangxiwang今天凌晨一點入住酒店，前台兩位服務員小雨措措非常熱情周到地接待我們，親自送我們上房間，昨晚開了六百多公里的路程，如同回家的感覺，房間衞生乾淨，衞生用品齊全，房內配有氧氣機，空氣清新增濕機，酒店有洗衣機提供服務，昨天晚上我把衣服都洗好了！回到拉薩平措康桑滿滿賓至如歸的感覺。我是2021年第一次入住該酒店，每次入藏我都選擇回到平措康桑，早上早餐豐富可口，餐廳服務員以及煮麪條的阿姨，都讓我感受到酒店的管理確實可圈可點，阿里大環線結束之後，我還會回到拉薩平措康桑自駕聖地富氧國際度假酒店。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

PPengguna Tetamu一個人住，房間夠住了，第一天入住有水果和小蛋糕送。其餘每天都會收垃圾，鋪床，非常不錯，瓶裝水也每天都會添。房間有供氧機，彌散供氧緩解不少高反，加濕器沒怎麼用，不過西藏的確是很乾，房間的空調可以加熱，所以洗澡也不怕冷。就是最後一天睡醒發現櫃子裏多了一包黑色的東西，不知道是不是工作人員放進去的，嚇我一跳，最後也不管了，反正都退房了。

#衞生先説衞生方面：客棧整潔無異味，房間整潔，一樓接待客廳裝修精良，乾淨敞亮#服務老闆服務熱情，服務態度特別棒，主動幫忙提行李，熱心幫助分析旅遊路線，平常在房間裏有什麼需要的向老闆説老闆都會第一時間給予迴應，老闆還很貼心開車送我們去往八廓街等景區，服務🔝🔝🔝#位置交通客棧位置雖然不是在布達拉宮或者大昭寺等景區旁邊，但是説實話拉薩市區挺小的，騎電瓶車十幾分鍾就可以到市區，打車的話時間更短了，可以説是瑕不掩瑜#性價比這是不得不誇的一個點了，在拉薩旅遊的旺季，其他居住稍微舒適一點的酒店一晚都是三百往上走的，但是在這家客棧，我是以一晚一百多的價格拿下有着空調，加濕器，製氧器的房間，性價比可以説是拉薩最高的，老闆也沒有因為我們佔到這麼大的便宜而對我們有所情緒，相反的還對我們給予細無鉅細的關心和幫助，這讓我們很感動，也側面反應了老闆的品格是多麼的高尚，真的下次要是還有機會來拉薩，這家客棧絕對是我們選擇住宿的第一選擇
