We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

1.外温不到十度的情況下，房間温度30.9度（設施-0.5分）
2.供氧幾乎無效，開了三四個小時後等效海拔幾乎沒降（設施-0.5分）
3.樓下有ktv，半夜在唱歌，睡不着（環境-0.5分）
4.特惠大床房寫着“窗户位於走廊或過道”，實際上窗外是酒店內部的走廊，應該換成“窗外有牆體或遮擋”（環境-0.5分）

YYennyI have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in.
They don't have experienced of handling non local guests.
Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay.
However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English.
I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here?
She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time.
It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

PPengguna TetamuWe have a great stay at ChunQiu Oxygen Rich Hotel. We stayed there for 3 days in early Oct. Service is good. Rooms are clean and spacious. We also love the simple contemporary decoration . They provide unlimited supply of water bottles. We are happy coz we are supposed to drink lots of water to overcome altitude sickness.
Staff are nice and always smiling especially,Jiayin, she ordered takeout foods for us when we are down with altitude sickness on our first day.. She also booked Didi Cab for us for our early morning trip to train station on our last day

Strongly recommending this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable stay and easy travel to tourist destinations. We also recommend the Indian food downstairs as it was delicious. ZZiiyiinExcellent service, we are very happy with the hospitality that was offered to us at the hotel. Everything from cleanliness to service to going the extra mile with free floor of mineral bottle, turn down service with fruits and yoghurt etc. Not forgetting the excellent view of the Potala Palace from our rooms as well from the breakfast table truly made our stay a very memorable one.

AAnn tells the truthHigh standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky.

PPengguna Tetamu酒店的整個環境服務是不錯的。挺好的，下次還住。前台小措措很好的，服務好態度也好，房間乾淨，後面受傷早餐還給送房間，11月28號晚上23點55分前後，因為腳受傷很疼想讓前台幫忙找人扶我到房間，她沒有幫忙找，也不幫忙拿輪椅，甚至都沒告訴我有輪椅，忍痛讓我在大廳站了很久，直到我朋友過來問了，才説有輪椅。

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect.
The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help.
The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room.
The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service.
All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

TTravel CatWe liked this hotel, it had a spacious atrium with a lot of healthy and green plants. Having the free laundry facilities was great. The location was perfect, it is within walking distance to the Jokhang temple and Potala Palace. There are many places to eat below the hotel.

#衞生先説衞生方面：客棧整潔無異味，房間整潔，一樓接待客廳裝修精良，乾淨敞亮#服務老闆服務熱情，服務態度特別棒，主動幫忙提行李，熱心幫助分析旅遊路線，平常在房間裏有什麼需要的向老闆説老闆都會第一時間給予迴應，老闆還很貼心開車送我們去往八廓街等景區，服務🔝🔝🔝#位置交通客棧位置雖然不是在布達拉宮或者大昭寺等景區旁邊，但是説實話拉薩市區挺小的，騎電瓶車十幾分鍾就可以到市區，打車的話時間更短了，可以説是瑕不掩瑜#性價比這是不得不誇的一個點了，在拉薩旅遊的旺季，其他居住稍微舒適一點的酒店一晚都是三百往上走的，但是在這家客棧，我是以一晚一百多的價格拿下有着空調，加濕器，製氧器的房間，性價比可以説是拉薩最高的，老闆也沒有因為我們佔到這麼大的便宜而對我們有所情緒，相反的還對我們給予細無鉅細的關心和幫助，這讓我們很感動，也側面反應了老闆的品格是多麼的高尚，真的下次要是還有機會來拉薩，這家客棧絕對是我們選擇住宿的第一選擇
