Hotel Nanning dengan Spa

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

終於找到兼顧開黑和住宿的寶藏電競酒店！硬件完全超出預期，顯卡、高刷顯示器拉滿，網速穩定無跳ping，團戰全程不拖後腿，人體工學電競椅久坐腰也不酸，還配一次性耳機套，細節很貼心。 最驚喜的是衞生，打破我對電競房臟亂的刻板印象，全屋無異味，衞生間乾濕分離、熱水充足，床鋪一客一換睡得很踏實。房間隔音做得到位，通宵激戰也不怕隔壁吵鬧。前台態度温和，有需求響應很快，位置好找，出行吃飯都便利。不管是雙人開黑還是多人組隊都合適，強烈推薦給所有遊戲玩家

整體入住體驗滿分！房間寬敞明亮，衞生細節到位，邊角收拾乾淨，隔音效果出色，晚上休息很安穩。工作人員有禮貌，有需求響應迅速。配套齊全，地理位置好找，不管出差住宿還是短途旅居都很合適，性價比拉滿，推薦的對面的養生館也滿意，手法，服務好，已經推薦朋友，後續常住首選。

Lily membantu saya untuk daftar keluar lewat pukul 2 petang. Saya tidak dapat kembali ke hotel kerana ada urusan di luar, jadi dia membantu mengemas beg saya dan menyimpannya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Peti sejuk mini di dalam bilik dilengkapi dengan Coke, Sprite dan air mineral percuma. Bilik airnya berasingan antara basah dan kering, air panasnya bersuhu sesuai dan alirannya kuat, manakala penyaman udara pula sejuk dan tidak bising. Bilik dibersihkan dengan baik dan saya tidur dengan selesa. Penghantaran makanan juga menggunakan robot, menjadikan penginapan dan perjalanan sangat mudah.

位置出行很便利，不管打車還是坐高鐵都很方便。離萬象城、山姆、鳳嶺小童公園都很近，去三街兩巷會有點遠，不過酒店離地鐵站還算比較近。酒店周邊也挺多吃的，酒店環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，晚上休息不受打擾，前台服務很好，有需求反饋之後響應很快，性價比很不錯。

房子是別墅的形式，一棟一棟的，一棟估計能住六七個房間，去的時候算是人少的時候，温泉區是那種古典園林的感覺，泡完去汗蒸房蒸一下挺舒服的。晚上去泡的時候，温泉區有一個很熱心的工作人員小姐姐很用心跟我們介紹哪裡是什麼池子，感覺她人很好，其實白天我們已經去過了，也大概瞭解了各個池子的位置，但心裏還是感覺很舒服的，論工作人員素質的重要性，其實我一般不想去寫評論的，那個工作人員我想給她點贊。總體來説這個地方還是挺好的，滿意的一次旅程。

瑞泰航程大酒店是優質的酒店，超出預期，值得推薦，我和家人都非常滿意。 首先，酒店設施齊全，有輪椅提供服務，對行動不便的長者非常方便。王先生還親自幫忙推輪椅到房間，這讓長者很感動，這一點比嘉暘碧天（5星級酒店）好太多。 再次，酒店熱情服務。早晨趕機，前台2個女孩（不知道姓名）主動幫忙，司機自覺幫忙上行李，再次感謝。 還有，酒店乾淨衞生，毛巾都消毒，床單被單潔白如新。
