Hotel Quanzhou dengan Spa

這次來泉州旅遊，隨便選的東海悦華酒店，真的選對了！整體入住體驗直接滿分，全程都是驚喜，太讓人滿意了！不管是超貼心的管家服務、齊全的酒店設施，還是好吃不踩雷的美食，都讓人住得特別舒服，完全沒踩坑！ 一定要重點誇誇酒店的前台服務，真的太到位了！我一到大堂，工作人員就主動過來打招呼，態度超級温柔熱情。辦理入住速度特別快，一點都不拖沓，根本不用排隊等候。前台小姐姐特別有耐心，仔仔細細跟我講了酒店設施怎麼用、早餐幾點開始，還有周邊好玩的遊玩攻略。全程一直笑着服務，特別貼心，剛走進酒店就感覺暖暖的，歸屬感直接拉滿！ 房間我也超級滿意，空間特別大、敞亮又通透，裝修風格簡單大氣還很温馨，看着特別舒服。超大落地窗採光絕了，拉開窗簾就能看到超美的城景和海景，視野開闊又治癒，拍照也巨好看！ 衞生方面真的挑不出一點毛病，打掃得超級乾淨！地面、桌面一塵不染，就連衞生間的邊角縫隙都收拾得乾乾淨淨，完全沒有衞生死角。床品軟軟糯糯的，躺上去特別舒服。而且酒店隔音效果超讚，就算外面有施工，房間裏也安安靜靜的，晚上睡得特別安穩踏實。 衞生間是乾濕分離的，設計特別合理，用着很方便，搭配的高端洗護用品質感也很好，細節做得特別用心，妥妥的高品質。 除此之外，酒店的配套設施也很齊全，恆温泳池、健身房都有，收拾得整潔乾淨，設備也很新，閑暇之餘過來放鬆、運動一下特別合適。 最讓我驚艷的就是酒店的餐飲，真的絕了！自助早餐種類超級多，中西式菜品全都有，性價比直接拉滿！西式的麪包、甜品、鮮榨果汁、現磨咖啡全都有，味道超棒。 最驚喜的是還有超多地道閩南特色小吃，熱氣騰騰的麪線糊、正宗泉州牛肉羹，味道和本地老店一模一樣，超正宗！還有現點現做的舒芙蕾、生滾粥，新鮮又好吃，口感一絕。 酒店一日三餐的菜品都很豐富，食材新鮮、口味適中，長者小孩都愛吃。而且靠窗的餐位視野超好，一邊吃飯一邊看風景，氛圍感直接拉滿！ 總的來説，這次入住體驗真的無可挑剔！服務貼心、設施完善、美食好吃、性價比還超高。來泉州旅遊住這家酒店真的太合適了，已經列入我的泉州住宿首選清單，下次來還住這裏！

Spacious and clean room. Love how they have fruit platters. A bit disappointed with the service tho. I have high standards with this hotel as I have been to this hotel several times. I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.

這種定位的酒店，選址很重要，周圍實在有些破敗，在酒店院裏還能看見高樓，出酒店就是大排檔。很影響氛圍感。 硬件設施不錯，温泉環境很好，前台服務一般。到了泉州肯定孩子都想穿穿簪花的衣服玩，結果現在這個温度，提供的都是棉服。到達之後也沒有接待的飲品和擦手巾。 夜床服務送了甜湯，但並沒有提前説什麼時候送來的，回來都涼了。離譜。扔在屋裡就算完成任務了嗎？服務員帶到屋裡來，衹交待了一件事：除了mini bar，都收費，方便麪10元，還有個什麼堅果，我沒記住多少錢。誰要吃這方便麪啊… 用餐就更離譜了，一直提醒提前預約位置。我提前倆小時預約了位置，提前半個多小時點餐。到了之後，過了十來分鐘才説點的兩個菜沒貨。重新點了之後，炒飯五分鐘上來了，從來沒見飯店先上主食且衹上主食的，剩下的菜（包括一個清炒時蔬）又過了十來分鐘。應該確實不是預製菜，可能都是現采現洗的。重點是，整個餐廳當時衹有我們一家在用餐，不存在什麼忙不過來的情況。菜品味道可以。 但是這種環境的酒店，實在太多了，服務跟不上，也沒有什麼特色。整體設計除了徽派建築，都跟悦榕莊很像，泳池、雞蛋樹、噴泉，都很像。但服務比悦榕莊差的不是一點半點。不會再來。

We have explored and found this 2026 new opened hotel in Trip.com. The location : 10/10 The cleanliness : 9/10 The environment : :9/10 The breakfast quality & variety : 9/10 Improvable things 1). Breakfast : Please offer hot milk on the desk. 2). Elevator : Please install the exhaust fan to circulate the air quality in the elevator.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

酒店有重新裝修了，之前是地毯的房間已經全部換成了木地板，房間衞生很乾凈，走廊的地毯也是全新的，看起來很高檔，前台小姐姐服務好，這家酒店值得推薦，點贊收藏了，下次還來！

Great looking hotel and facilities is good especially with regards to the swimming pool. It will attract more of my relatives and friends visiting our hometown. And it is near the port to Kinmen Island of Taiwan.

The place is grand and clean, and it’s very near to the town center… they even have a SPA in the hotel which is new. As the last time there wasn’t any. Nice place , not to forget their breakfast…. Will come back here for sure…

The smoke issue through the air-conditioning must be unbearable, and the excessive noise from neighboring rooms is definitely disruptive when I am trying to rest. I’d recommend speaking with the hotel reception immediately. I firmly request a room change, highlighting that my booking was for a non-smoking room and that the current conditions are affecting my comfort. For the noise issue, bringing it to their attention may encourage them to remind guests to keep their volume down. Hotels typically have quiet hours, so they should address disturbances that affect other guests' experience. If the hotel does not resolve the issue, you might consider leaving a review or escalating it to management. Hopefully, they can fix the situation soon.
