這是第二次入住雲沐酒店了，剛進停車場保安説那是我們董事長車位，別的車不能停，挺負責！攬月的大床房型房間都比較小，建議大家選擇雙床，客房服務態度不錯，唯一需要改良的就是汗蒸服穿回房間，能不能不讓客人拿到前台退房，這個可以統一收集或者讓客房部確認一下是否在房間裏，大包小包的提一大堆，還底給你們送衣服。第二，冷藏櫃裏的免費飲品都讓上一個入住客人擰開了，喝了一小口，竟然你們收拾客房不檢查嗎？其他的做的我認為都滿意，希望雲沐酒店越來越好，畢竟也是山西為數不多的好酒店！

哇偶⊙ω⊙看着旅拍😊預訂的，超預期噢，評價説隔音不好，還有點擔心，但是實際入住之後，完全沒有噢，住的很好，孩子也很喜歡❤️主要環境和服務沒得説- ̗̀（๑ᵔ⌔ᵔ๑）我家孩子最喜歡的就是無邊泳池✌️絕對✅出片，推薦入住，離忻州古城也很近，累了直接泡澡，按摩，温柔♨️一下，多爽😁

PPengguna Tetamu五台山景區裏面基本沒有連鎖五星品牌的酒店，網上找的新開的民宿體驗一下，還是很驚喜，居然用了吉谷的電水壺。衞浴也不錯。整體很有設計感。有個不錯的天台，晴朗的天氣估計可以看星星。位置略微偏僻，但是自駕車不影響。沒有電梯是硬傷，不過店裡的小夥子還是很積極的幫忙搬行李，值得讚賞。拔卡斷電很**，沒有不間斷電源，電子設備一下午出門沒充上電，放在冰箱的葯品也不敢使用了，建議商家用取電卡24小時插着。有個硬傷，早餐不是一般的寒酸，2個鹹菜，一個雞蛋，一碗小米粥，一個花捲。真的遠遠配不上這個價格，如家快捷的早餐都好很多。除此之外，整體很滿意，價格能接受的話，推薦入住。

KKing Hong我們訂了間雙人房，住了12天11晚，房間寬敞舒適，乾淨明亮，地點很方便靠近公交車站，超市餐館。老闆和老闆娘熱情招待，像家人一樣對我們噓寒問暖。還送了很多山西陳醋給我們和很詳細的講解五台山旅遊攻略。

PPengguna Tetamu跟朋友一起帶娃來五台山住在這裏，老闆服務熱情周到，多次接送我們到各個地方，而且對於遊玩事項有問必答，十分靠譜。民宿客房有兩層，房間不太多但是各種房型都有：標間、東北大炕、榻榻米～家庭親子推薦大炕和榻榻米，住下三代四口都很輕鬆，關鍵是不怕孩子掉下床。房間收拾的很乾凈，配套也齊全。民宿樓下就是免費停車場，步行二十米就有餐館，早餐很方便。步行三十米就是景區免費公交車站點，前往中心景區非常方便，甚至比自駕開車都方便。

Mmei huaThe hotel is about 650 meters from the Wutaisan South Entrance which is the bus station to travel north of Wutaisan. It is about 500 meters from the famous concert hall.The hotel is well renovated with modern look.The place is clean. The staff comprise of a husband and wife team who are very friendly and helpful. It has a very good ambience for relaxation. Quite a few restaurants nearby which is quite convenient.

PPengguna TetamuOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

SSoendoroWow , the boss is really great. I took a taxi directly from Taiyuan Wusu Airport but the taxi only stop at the Visitor Building. So I have to get into Green Bus to Dailuoding. The owner pick me up there. she is really nice. Definitely will go back to Wutai ( the place is absolutely amazing ) ❤️❤️

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocated near to Taiyuan town bus station. Can walk to the hotel from bus station, or if u tired of walking, can take the public bus from 普化寺 stop to 友谊路口 stop. (FOC, all public bus in Taiyuan Town does not need to pay bus fare). Only one bus stop to the hotel.
Very good location. Walking distance to the centre of Taiyuan Town temples. Cos, public buses sometimes are packed, Can choose walking if not tired. Traffic jam in the morning too.
Outside hotel is shopping street of the town. Hotel are near to 3 vegetarian restaurants. Can buy flowers baskets and fruits baskets from the shopping street flower n fruits stores if u wanna offering to Buddha. Flowers baskets are huge, price from RMB80. Fruits baskets RMB100. If buy from store outside temples, price might be more than shopping street price.
The hotel boss and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always distributing bottles drinks to us when we leaving hotel.
Helped us book van to wutaishan mountain 5 terraces. And helped us book car for our one day trip out of the central, to the temples which are not so accessible by public buses (清凉寺，金阁寺, 竹林寺 and etc). Car booking half day trip is RMB300, full day RMB500. Recommended to book car, less walking up slope, driver can park car straight to temples car park.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is right next to the green bus station and only couple of bus stops away from main attractions. It has shops around. The whole town and the street it is on is being renovated and it is very dusty. The hosts were eztremely helpful and nice. Cleanness left to desire better, but I told the hostess and they did their best to fix the issue. The whole place is old and in need for renovations, but service is very good, hosts really go out of way to help.

The hotel itself already a nice tourist attraction and destination. Always feeling like better to stay in the hotel rather than going out if the tourist are crowded during weekends or holidays.
