Kemudahan: Walaupun hotel lama, tetapi ia dijaga dengan baik, bersih dan selesa. Bilik sangat besar dan luas, cuma nak tutup lampu sebelum tidur kena berjalan jauh. 😂 Perkhidmatan: Semua kakitangan sangat baik. Cik Lilia di kaunter hadapan sangat profesional dan bersemangat, membantu mengatur daftar masuk awal, dan bagasi boleh dihantar terus ke bilik. Kami juga boleh menyimpan bagasi selepas daftar keluar.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. First, it was truly sweet that the hotel prepared a lovely cake for us. That made our special day even more memorable. We greatly appreciated this kind gesture. However, we were quite shocked and disappointed by the checkout process. The official checkout time is 11:00 AM, yet at about 11:30 AM, staff rang our doorbell to ask when we would be checking out. This felt intrusive and rushed, especially as we were still in the room and not expecting such an immediate inquiry. In our experience with other 5-star hotels, we’ve never encountered this kind of approach—reminders are usually handled more discreetly (e.g., via phone, or waiting a bit longer if possible). My husband and I both felt it detracted from what had otherwise been a pleasant stay.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at the Grand Lisboa. The hotel’s iconic design immediately sets the tone grand, unique, and full of character. The interior feels just as impressive, with a sense of classic luxury that makes the whole experience memorable. A special thank‑you to the team for offering us an upgrade. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference to our stay. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a great view that added to the overall enjoyment. It genuinely elevated the entire experience and made our time at the hotel feel even more special. Service throughout the stay was warm and attentive. The staff were helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well‑managed. The location is excellent convenient for exploring Macau’s attractions, dining, and entertainment. Whether stepping out for sightseeing or returning to relax, everything felt easy and accessible. Overall, Grand Lisboa delivered a memorable and comfortable stay. With its iconic architecture, thoughtful service, and the generous upgrade that enhanced our experience, it’s a hotel I would happily return to.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

excellent location with 5-minute walk to Senado Square (city centre) and tourist attractions nearby. I can also walk along the NamVan Lake sidewalk after dinner. Bell service is excellent as the captain helped to bring my luggage all the way from the hotel to the car and ensure a perfect loading. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Chinese options. I particularly liked the snack, soft drinks and beer in the room prepared for hotel guest. Express checkout made my life much easier. This was my second visit and the good service standard is well kept after 10 years.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)

Sasmine, senjy dan liszt, yang mengaturkan bilik untuk saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, menaik taraf saya kepada jenis bilik apabila tiada jenis bilik yang sesuai, dan mood saya yang tidak berpuas hati pada asalnya bertambah baik. Valet di meja daftar masuk juga hebat! Sebagai jurugambar saya menggunakan kemahiran saya sendiri untuk mengambil gambar hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.

I booked Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau for my brother and his family, and they had a pleasant stay overall. The location is great, making it convenient to explore Macau. One helpful tip is that you can easily use the shuttle buses from the nearby Sands Hotel to travel around different areas of Macau, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout their stay, which added to the positive experience. They also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection and was a nice way to start the day. The room itself was just okay, but it was comfortable enough for their stay. One highlight was the nice view outside the room, which they really enjoyed. Overall, it’s a solid hotel option in Macau with a good location and friendly service, and it worked well for a family stay.
