Hotel Dengan Spa di Macau, China

Hotel di Macau memang terbaik**, semuanya ada dalam bangunan ini, lengkap! Saya sangat suka ***a ini. Saya menempah bilik agak lewat dan harganya sudah naik, tetapi biliknya sangat bersih dan kemas. Pada mulanya, saya bimbang hotel ini akan lama, tetapi penebat bunyi juga sangat bagus. Cuma bangunan Venetian ini terlalu besar, saya asyik sesat di dalamnya.

We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. Kedua-dua katil di dalam bilik berkembar adalah besar. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik, biliknya agak bersih, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati.

Pengangkutan hotel adalah menyusahkan dan bas ulang-alik adalah jarang. Bilangan tisu berkotak tidak mencukupi di dalam bilik. Penderia tandas terlalu sensitif, menyebabkan ia menyiram berulang kali semasa digunakan. Perkhidmatan ini baik dan kakitangan bersedia untuk berkhidmat atas permintaan. Bilik kecergasan di hotel ini serba lengkap.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Hotel room is clean and neat. The space of room is big and warm. The location is convenient and can walk around to enjoy. The transportation is convenient as they are providing the shuttle transfer. When we reach the airport, we able to get the bus shuttle to the hotel. However, if hotel able to provide airport transfer facility upon request will be a better, especially for family with old folk or at the hour that the shuttle bus is not available. The staffs are friendly and helpful. All with look of cheerful which provide the happiness environment for the visitors. Overall experience at the hotel is good and comfort.

Amazing service, and amazing hotel! The value you get from this hotel always takes my breath away, the service is so welcoming and luxurious and it's so hard not to just want to stay in the room and enjoy it. Clean and quiet too. The pool and gym were so perfect. Overall, no complaints despite being a fussier traveller. Cathy was a key part of why our stay went so well! Patient, kind and so classy; but everyone we met on staff was great.

The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Our recent stay was a pleasant and memorable one overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was impressively spacious, offering a very comfortable stay, and the highlight was definitely the beautiful view, it added a relaxing touch to both our mornings and evenings. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, situated right next to Sands Hotel, where buses are easily accessible to various tourist spots, making it easy to get around. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had a good spread of options, and the overall ambience of the dining area was lovely and inviting. That said, there is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, as certain areas of the room could have been better maintained. Nonetheless, with the great service, spacious room, and excellent location, it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Terletak berhampiran bandar lama Macau. Berjalan kaki dari kebanyakan tempat. Kolam renang yang bagus, tidak dipanaskan, bilik wap dan sauna yang hebat. Pemandangan sungai yang bagus. Bilik sangat selesa dan besar. Reka bentuk agak tua, memerlukan sedikit penyegaran. Agak mahal untuk apa itu, tiada sarapan pagi. Penuh dengan keluarga dan kanak-kanak di mana-mana, bahagian biasa yang bising semasa cuti Cina. Kakitangan yang baik, sangat membantu.
