We stayed for 5 nights at The Londoner Grand (Bond Tower) on level 16, facing a near open garden and a far land of further development; side viewing of Studio City, not really a fantastic external view but a spacious internal which is good enough for 2 pax.  We felt room was clean the very 1st night.  Subsequently nights until the night before check-out, room didn’t seem to vacuum as we still saw strands of hair left on the toilet’s flooring.  Throughout the 5 nights, we were quite perturbed about not having a Smart TV in this considered new hotel in this era.  Pillows were a little too soft for us.  But, we were delighted that the front-desk staff able to help reserved memory foam pillows on top of the soft pillows for the subsequent nights. We have no other complains except the above.  In fact, services rendered from the front-desk were superb.  We would love to commend Ms Melody for her exceptional dedication of services rendered to us upon checked-in on the very first night.  She’s very polite, friendly and helpful.  She initiated giving attractions and shows information after knowing we hadn’t been visited Macau for the last 10 years; and when we were in need to exchange smaller HKD notes, she went all the way to the back office to help us exchanged.  We were grateful to have met Melody who also helped to ensure arranging a Birthday cake to be sent to our room on a specific timing.  Apart from praising the service staffs, we love using the Smeg kettle for making our coffee and tea.  Best is, the Jo Loves Pomelo Body Lotion that The Londoner Grand provides, leave the room in really nice fragrance after applying on our bodies. This makes me go all the way to source and purchase after returning to our home country, hehe…

The room is pretty much the same as a standard room in any ordinary hotel, but the view is absolutely top-notch. It faces The Parisian and The Londoner directly, so you can enjoy the Eiffel Tower light show anytime at night. I'd recommend staying around the 20th floor, specifically near room 108. The lobby has a Broadway vibe. Around noon, checking in and leaving luggage both required a bit of a wait. The shopping area here is a bit more down-to-earth compared to the neighboring hotels—no real luxury brands. However, you can easily walk over to The Parisian and The Londoner, it's quite close. The dining options are inferior to other hotels; none of the restaurants are particularly well-known, giving off more of a food court vibe. As for the iconic Golden Reel (figure-8) Ferris wheel, it's a pity it faces the wrong direction and doesn't offer much of a view. If it faced the Cotai Strip like the room did, it would definitely be a hugely popular photo spot. Didn't visit the famous water park, but it looked quite large. The hotel collaborates with Disney, so the vibe is great for families with kids. There are free shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and the airport.

This stay at The Parisian Macao was excellent value for money. Priced at 857 during the National Day holiday (on the 6th), it was a great deal. The hotel room was quite spacious (around 30+ square meters). I booked a 2-meter king bed room, but it was changed to two 1.4-meter double beds, which was perfect for traveling with a child. The hotel lobby boasts a magnificent French-style decoration. There's a casino on the first floor, luxury brands on the second, a food court on the fifth, and a children's playground and water park on the sixth. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. My child (12 years old) was most thrilled with the spinning waterslide at the water park, saying it was exciting and fun. Yanty, who handled our check-in, had a wonderful attitude and patiently helped us find a non-smoking room. Later, a staff member called to follow up on our stay and offered a small gift for the child, but we had already checked out quickly and left, so unfortunately, we didn't get it. Overall, it was a very good stay. The Parisian Macao will be my top choice for my next visit to Macau.

Staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future.

This time, I brought my mother to City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau for her birthday, and we had a truly unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the thoughtful front desk team, who prepared a birthday cake, flowers, fruits, and snacks in the room beforehand. This pleasant surprise deeply touched us. The 37th-floor room they arranged offered a superb view. The room's design featured soft lines, gentle lighting, and comfortable bedding. The hotel's calming essential oils and spray were also a thoughtful touch. In the evening, we could see drone performances outside the window, which was a fantastic experience. Both the hotel's architecture and interior design are avant-garde and modern, offering a visually stunning experience. It's conveniently located next to The House of Dancing Water, making it very easy to catch a show. From design to service, City of Dreams - Morpheus Macau truly sets a benchmark for modern hotels. We had a wonderful birthday trip and highly recommend it.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. The entire check-in process was a very pleasant experience, and the staff provided us with some very practical tips. All the employees are extremely polite and will proactively greet guests whenever you encounter them in any area. The view from the room is stunning, and the room feels unexpectedly spacious. The toiletries provided are also of great quality. Highly recommended!

Upon check in so long time to wait even there’s only 2 guests checking in. No instructions about how to get in our room and no assistance like bell. About the restaurant and the service its excellent the food is tasty and food attendant are helpful and approachable. The amenities and facilities are quite stafisying and we enjoyed it.

This time, I brought my parents to Macao for a trip, and I unwaveringly chose to stay at The Venetian Macao once again. The location, transportation, room size, cleanliness, shopping convenience, and especially the service and attitude of the staff always leave me extremely satisfied! A special shout-out to Yuki and Cynthia at the main lobby front desk during this stay! They were both incredibly warm and friendly, and their working skills were top-notch! Since our return flight was booked for 4:45 PM and my parents were quite exhausted after three consecutive days of exploring, eating, and shopping, they wanted to rest a bit longer in the room before heading to the airport. Yuki and Cynthia kindly helped us extend the check-out time to 3:00 PM, which was a huge help to us! Their ability to solve problems for guests and their wonderful attitude are truly commendable. This made our stay even better than the last one, and we will definitely choose to stay at The Venetian Macao again when we visit Macao next year.

My experience at The St. Regis Macao was fantastic, with service that exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped out of the car, someone guided me through the check-in process. The front desk staff even upgraded me to a room with a view free of charge, carefully asking whether I preferred a non-smoking or smoking room, and diligently noting down all my requests. Every detail was meticulously taken care of. The butler spoke with a kind and gentle tone, communicated patiently throughout my stay, and was never perfunctory. The service was incredibly thoughtful and professional, always resolving any needs I had. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, and the view from my room with a view was stunning. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

After much research online, I chose the Altira Hotel. It's one of the Melco hotels, and there are shuttle buses connecting it to City of Dreams and Studio City. There's also a shuttle bus to the Border Gate, but you need to show your room card to ride it. The shuttles are punctual and convenient, so just be sure to catch them on time. The room's view and size are incredible; this is the only hotel with such a view, offering full sea views. The twin room had two 1.5-meter beds, which were very spacious. There's a large round bathtub, perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue when you get back to the room. The double sinks are convenient for a family. The in-room facilities are well-planned and very functional! Highly recommended.
