"JIVANA !! Cet hôtel est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'élégance des lieux et le cadre apaisant. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et assez confortables avec une grande salle de bain extérieure. Tout est pensé pour garantir une tranquillité d’esprit totale. On peut apercevoir des poissons et des grosses tortues... c'est un pur bonheur. Le personnel est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons même eu un lit pour bébé parfaitement adapté. La piscine est assez grande. Le petit déjeuner à l'assiette est délicieux et servi dans une atmosphère paisible. Les activités spa sont superbes, idéales pour un moment de détente absolu. Un véritable paradis qu’on ne veut plus quitter. Une adresse à partager sans hésitation !"

"i had a great time at sikara hotel and for sure will come back again. location: literally around the corner on the centre of kuta district, within walking distance of all the lovely restaurants while staying quiet and not too overcrowded. service: staff always friendly and smiley, their operations not the smoothiest, as i encounted a small issue with them staying there but it was resolved very quickly and they were very helpful. facilities: very relaxing pool, very striking, i definitely enjoyed the relaxing environment and spent a lovely morning reading a book there. definitely coming back, it's also great value for money."

"Total 4 buildings. Deluxe Ultimate Rooms, in a 4-storey building at the back, are newer and very beautifully furnished. Deluxe Classic rooms (in 3-storey buildings) look rather old and worn and some of them (in the first building, nearest to the reception, are under renovation). Some construction work is being carried out now next to the reception and in the first hotel building - thankfully, I didn't hear any noise or disturbance from my room. Reception is very drab-looking and dimly lit and the tiny lobby is not a place you wish to hang around. Standard check in time is overly late, at 3 pm. Didn't use the 2 pools as I was there in the rainy season and most days, it rained on and off throughout the day. New hotel restaurant at the back is air-conditioned (there's outdoor dining area too), very clean and exudes great ambience! Buffet breakfast has lots of choices - some of the selections are good (pizza, finger food and some of the hot dishes) while others, like the pastries (limp and cold) and chilled items (pretty but excessively sweet desserts) didn't appeal to me. Wifi was painfully slow and frequently got disconnected in the room - the strongest signals are in the restaurant and reception. Overall, I love the spacious, beautiful and well furnished new Deluxe Ultimate room, the greenery all around and the friendly staff service."

Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited.

We originally booked Lobster Bay for five days and ended up staying ten — which probably says it all. The villas are fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own private plunge pool. It’s a place where you relax the moment you arrive. The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, with genuine warmth and real smiles rather than scripted hotel politeness. The cooks are equally impressive, with excellent, freshly prepared food, and great choices on the menu. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily return. One of our favourite ever stays.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

During my stay at Pullman Mandalika in Lombok, the experience of the beach was truly exceptional. The beaches around this hotel are absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The view of the sunset is breathtaking, making the stay here even more special. The cool breeze, gentle winds, and tranquil atmosphere around the hotel add an unforgettable touch. The place is very comfortable and makes visitors feel at home while enjoying the incredible natural beauty of Lombok.

Ich habe ein Superior Raum gebucht. Als ich ankam wurde mir direkt gesagt, dass Sie mein Zimmertyp ändern mussten und ich ein Twin-Bett-Zimmer bekomme. Das gesagte Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und hat überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprochen, die es Online gab. Das Bad war nicht sauber und es gab Löcher in der Decke und in dem Zimmer gab es einen unschönen Geruch. Daraufhin habe ich mich beschwert und ich habe ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das neue Zimmer sah aus wie auf den Bildern online und war deutlich sauberer. Dennoch hat im neuen Zimmer die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig funktioniert genauso wenig konnte ich die Klimaanlage gut einstellen. Nichtsdestotrotz hatte das Hotel eine sehr gute Lage und das Personal war sehr nett. Für eine Nacht hat es gereicht.

Está muy bien ubicado frente a la playa de kuta, no dispone de nevera con lo cual es un problema para el agua fría y demás cosas y el único problema es que siempre hay mosquitos en la habitación aunque la tengas cerrada, por algún lado entrarán y eso te puede fastidiar una noche entera. El hotel tiene desayuno aunque con poca variedad y dispone de motos para alquilar aunque pueden estar en muy malas condiciones. Por lo demás la recepción es agradable y a la entrada tienen casas de cambio y cajeros automáticos y justo al lado del hotel tienes un supermercado de confianza.

I really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat! And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach. The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with ”too friendly” acts :) so we had a good time!
