"Ich habe ein Superior Raum gebucht. Als ich ankam wurde mir direkt gesagt, dass Sie mein Zimmertyp ändern mussten und ich ein Twin-Bett-Zimmer bekomme. Das gesagte Zimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und hat überhaupt nicht den Bildern entsprochen, die es Online gab. Das Bad war nicht sauber und es gab Löcher in der Decke und in dem Zimmer gab es einen unschönen Geruch. Daraufhin habe ich mich beschwert und ich habe ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Das neue Zimmer sah aus wie auf den Bildern online und war deutlich sauberer. Dennoch hat im neuen Zimmer die Toilettenspülung nicht richtig funktioniert genauso wenig konnte ich die Klimaanlage gut einstellen. Nichtsdestotrotz hatte das Hotel eine sehr gute Lage und das Personal war sehr nett. Für eine Nacht hat es gereicht."

"really nice hotel. I had an excellent stay at. The hotel is beautifully designed with a relaxing tropical atmosphere, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The pool area is stunning and perfect for unwinding, while the food was delicious and well-presented. The location is also ideal—close to Kuta Lombok’s main area, yet still quiet and private. will be back soon! ---"

"Total 4 buildings. Deluxe Ultimate Rooms, in a 4-storey building at the back, are newer and very beautifully furnished. Deluxe Classic rooms (in 3-storey buildings) look rather old and worn and some of them (in the first building, nearest to the reception, are under renovation). Some construction work is being carried out now next to the reception and in the first hotel building - thankfully, I didn't hear any noise or disturbance from my room. Reception is very drab-looking and dimly lit and the tiny lobby is not a place you wish to hang around. Standard check in time is overly late, at 3 pm. Didn't use the 2 pools as I was there in the rainy season and most days, it rained on and off throughout the day. New hotel restaurant at the back is air-conditioned (there's outdoor dining area too), very clean and exudes great ambience! Buffet breakfast has lots of choices - some of the selections are good (pizza, finger food and some of the hot dishes) while others, like the pastries (limp and cold) and chilled items (pretty but excessively sweet desserts) didn't appeal to me. Wifi was painfully slow and frequently got disconnected in the room - the strongest signals are in the restaurant and reception. Overall, I love the spacious, beautiful and well furnished new Deluxe Ultimate room, the greenery all around and the friendly staff service."

"We originally booked Lobster Bay for five days and ended up staying ten — which probably says it all. The villas are fantastic: spacious, beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned, and each with its own private plunge pool. It’s a place where you relax the moment you arrive. The staff are outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, with genuine warmth and real smiles rather than scripted hotel politeness. The cooks are equally impressive, with excellent, freshly prepared food, and great choices on the menu. We can’t say enough good things about this place and would happily return. One of our favourite ever stays."

Novotel Hotel in Kuta Lombok is honestly an amazing place to stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, peaceful, and perfect if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to unwind. What really stood out for me was the staff — incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. That said, the location is quite remote. It’s not within walking distance of Kuta centre, so you’ll need to arrange a car. The hotel can organise transport for about 50,000 rupiah one way (roughly a five-minute drive). There’s no Grab or regular taxi service around because the local community supports their own drivers, which is actually a positive thing and understandable. If your plan is to relax, enjoy the hotel, and take things slow, it’s a fantastic choice. But if you like exploring, dining out frequently, or moving around a lot, keep in mind that you’ll need transport everywhere — and depending on where you want to go in Lombok, some trips can easily take a few hours.

This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Потрясающе внимательный персонал! Первоклассное обслуживание! Ребята просто молодцы! Мы чувствовали их заботу постоянно, все о чем мы просили исполнялось очень оперативно! Большое вам спасибо за это! Вид из общей лунж зоны просто потрясающий, как с обложки журнала. Было очень приятно завтракать с таким видом. Завтраки кстати тоже очень неплохие, есть скрембл и Бенедикт, выпечка, вкусные лимонады и соки. Были и минусы, а именно: полотенца в номере пахли сыростью, в первом номере плохо работал душ, правда, чтобы исправить это, нас переселили в другой номер, где душ работал лучше. Сама душевая зона во всех номерах нуждается в ремонте. Подъезд к отелю не очень хороший, часть пути приходится ехать по грунтовой дороге. В целом, у нас остались приятные впечатления от пребывания в данном отеле. Это один из немногих хороших вариантов на юге Ломбока!

JIVANA !! Cet hôtel est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'élégance des lieux et le cadre apaisant. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et assez confortables avec une grande salle de bain extérieure. Tout est pensé pour garantir une tranquillité d’esprit totale. On peut apercevoir des poissons et des grosses tortues... c'est un pur bonheur. Le personnel est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons même eu un lit pour bébé parfaitement adapté. La piscine est assez grande. Le petit déjeuner à l'assiette est délicieux et servi dans une atmosphère paisible. Les activités spa sont superbes, idéales pour un moment de détente absolu. Un véritable paradis qu’on ne veut plus quitter. Une adresse à partager sans hésitation !

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

I really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat! And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach. The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with ”too friendly” acts :) so we had a good time!
