Hotel Kabupaten Sleman dengan Spa

We had a pleasant time there, food was very good. We stayed in executive suite and the room is amazing. Special highlight to gunthur from f&b who gave us the best service and agnes and irhom front office who is very kind and helpful.

LOOKING FOR CONVENIENT AND MEMORABLE STAY IN YOGYAKARTA ? Definitely, stay in Marriott Yogyakarta. ✅️ Outstanding Service ✅️ Easy-to-access Location ✅️ Next to Mall (Pakuwon) ✅️ Big Rooms My family & I usually stay in T*ntr*m (been our no 1. option in Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Tangerang for a while), but considering NY traffic, decided hotel next to mall as safer option, and I think Marriott Yogya will be our no 1. option in Yogyakarta now. PRE-STAY Staying experience actually starts the second we finished the hotel reservation, maybe its long before we even arrive at the hotel. Most dont really optimize this. What I will highlight is Marriott really put my requests (birthday decor in specific room, connecting rooms) into the system, where everyone can check. From the one handling the WhatsApp to the receptionist the day we arrive, Ilham. And they execute my request really well. I've experienced some that forget my request and ended up decorating the wrong room, or not facilitating the request, even though they said they will facilitate. *see pic 8 - 11. It doesnt have to be expensive, businesses have to calculate the cost and margin. Whats important, for me, is put some effort into it. Its part of making the stay memorable. STAY I love it when : - the moment we arrive, the staff helps us by opening the car door, w/ the smile and greeting. Not from just one person, but every staff did the smile and greeting. - Ilham texted that the other room is ready. Most just rely on guest will be the one to follow up, but not Marriott. - we asked the way to mall entrance, the staff took us to the entrance, not just directing w/ hands. - they put anti-slip mat in shower area (pic 6), such a functional addition for safety. Because aesthetic needs to meet w/ function. - we went out at 8.30 in the morning for culinary & coffee around Yogyakarta and put the cleaning sign on, but forget to call, just to communicate that we want the room cleaned while we're out. 2,5 hours later when we're back, those 2 rooms are neat & tidy. Some hotels dont notice the difference those make for guest(s). These, for me, really help building the memorable staying exp. What more could I ask, Marriott Yogya 🫰🏻❤️ thank you

Sejak saya datang ke Indonesia, saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Yogyakarta Walaupun sudah hampir sepuluh tahun dan saya telah ke Yogyakarta tujuh atau lapan kali secara beransur-ansur berubah dari yang baru kepada yang lama. tetapi ia masih Tidak kalah dengan hotel lima bintang yang lain!

Merupakan pengalaman yg sangat menyenangkan menginap 1 malam di Artotel jogja pd tgl 14 oktober 2023. Pertama masuk kita sdh disambut staff hotel yg membukakan pintu di lobby. Hotel nyaman, staffnya ramah2, kamar nyaman, makanan enak, pelayanan chek in check out sangat cepat dan letak hotel yg strategis memudahkan kita untuk kemana². Banyak pertokoan dan pedagang kaki lima disekitar hotel dan dekat sekali dg tempo gelato. Pingin nginep disini lagi klo kita trip ke jogja. Terima kasih Artotel atas pelayanannya 🤩🤩🤩

The Hotel was so pretty and really relaxing. The place is located a bit off center however it is still not that far to go anywhere. The room was not really soundproof too because me and my friends could hear kids whining next door but it really wasnt that annoying. I stayed in the lake view room and i love it. The downside was just that on one of the small land on the lake there was some ducks and it just wont shut up but u got used to it eventually, loving the floating Satay boat experience too and they had a Bakso stall going around the hotel area and it was such a nice local experience. Staff was all so nice too, Would definitely come back!

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

Hotel favorit tiap kalo tengok anak yg lg sekolah & kuliah di Jogja,, biarpun sdh hotel lawas, tapi terawat baik, alat2 nge-gymnya lengkap, breakfast lengkap & enak, kamar nyaman, recommended nginep di sini

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini. Sayangnya setelah dua kali saya masih belum sempat untuk merasakan vibes rooftopnya (maybe next time). Dari segi lokasi memang tidak sestrategis saudaranya tapi saya suka lingkungannya karena dekat dengan minimarket, pun dekat dengan kampus saya dulu. Biasanya daerah ini gampang untuk dapat makanannya tapi karena saya ambil di libur lebaran jadi memang agak susah mencarinya. Buat yang mau nginep di jogja saya rekomendasi hotel ini sih karena dari segi kamar, fasilitas, dll. semuanya oke. Saya dapat kamar 601 yang mengarah ke jalan raya viewnya. Oh ya saya berterima kasih juga karena staffnya helpful mau meminjamkan ketel air panas karena saya sama sekali tidak sadar kalau kamar saya ternyata bukan yang ada amenities teh/kopinya, padahal memang waktu itu saya sedang radang jadi butuh buat minum air hangat. So buat yg mau teh/kopi silakan ambil di atasnya starsleep ya krna pasti tidak ada teh/kopinya hehehe dan sedikit saran untuk satpam/penjaga valet bisa lebih tersenyum lagi kepada para tamu ya supaya vibes nyamannya terasa bahkan sebelum ke front desk krna bagaimanapun front line nya ada di para satpam/penjaga di depan hotel. Très bien placé, facilement accessible et proche de nombreuses activités. Excellent service de qualité dont le petit-déjeuner, et piscine sur le toit.

Hotel dengan bangunan lama yang terletak di Kaliurang, apabila tujuan Anda adalah Lava Merapi Tour maka ini hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan. Kamarnya bersih dan luas walaupun perlu ada peningkatan kualitas untuk beberapa item di kamar mandi. Secara keselurahan ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan kisaran harganya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
