Hotel Kabupaten Sleman dengan Spa

We had a perfect vacation for families who visited Indonesia from US. Thank you for Rotal Ambarukmo's hospitality.

1.5 hrs ride from YIA Airport, but conveniently linked to Pukawon Mall that has pretty much everything you need from nails spa, massage to cinema, shops, eateries, restaurants to supermarket. It's easy (and cheap) to get a grab (local Uber) so not a challenge to get around even to further places. The room was spacious even for 2, including the bathroom area. Clean and well maintained, cute crab-shaped towel art and welcome amenities as a Bonvoy Gold member. Beds and pillows are a bit soft for my liking (even when I opted for a foam pillow from their pillow menu) but that's a personal preference. All amenities provided in the bathroom. Service was amazing, such warm smiles and great initiative, from the bell boy who helped with our luggage immediately after we got off the car, to the friendly front desk staff, to the security guards who holds the doors open for us and most of all, the helpful and thoughtful housekeeping team. They saw that we had limited hanging space with too much clothes and put in a standing laundry rack for us, and additional bottles of water, all without asking. Special shout-out to Deelen, Wahyu for the superb service. The pool looked amazing though I didn't get to try it this time. Breakfast was also excellent, a wide spread of local, western and Asian. They also offer interesting local herbal beverages. Solomon was thoughtful and offered us to order special items off the buffet when he found out it was our 3rd day of having breakfast at the hotel. Overall a wonderful stay and I'll be sure to stay here the next time I visit Jogja again.

Setibanya kami disambut mesra oleh Septi yang mengaturkan daftar masuk kami. Kami diberitahu bilik kami belum siap kerana kami tiba sebelum waktu daftar masuk pada pukul 3 petang. Kami pergi ke Marioboro, jalan membeli-belah utama di bandar. Dan kami dimaklumkan oleh WhataApp apabila bilik kami sudah siap. Kami diberikan bilik di tingkat 6 yang mempunyai pemandangan indah kolam renang dan padang golf. Hotel ini mempunyai kompaun yang besar dan direka bentuk seperti resort. Ia lama tetapi semuanya berfungsi. Kemudahan semua tidak jauh. Anda tidak mendapat ini di hotel baharu lagi. Sarapan pagi adalah baik dengan hidangan tempatan dan antarabangsa yang baik dan perubahan menu harian. Kami menikmati 3 sarapan pagi sepanjang penginapan kami. Secara keseluruhan semua kakitangan ramah dan memberikan layanan mesra terbaik mereka dengan senyuman. Kami berasa sangat santai dan dialu-alukan. Teruskan usaha Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

Front desk is friendly but lack care or professionalism. Waited a while without being told that the golf cart was already there. My wife slipped at the high staircase where the mat skidded because of water beneath. It was scary to imagine what could have happened. Told the front desk a, she did not care or show any concern. TV had no channels. The housekkeping restaurant staff were very very sweet but unprofessional was the pool area. No one there knew how to go all the way through to complete their job in a satisfying manner. When leaving the front desk guy did not ask if we gave deposit or id. Just waiting for us to forget. The best: bathroom, the woods, the bed, the pool, room service, resto is not bad, but pizzas sold out and NO SPA, why? for the price we paid in the holidays. This spa trick, unfortunately, many hotels play it.

Hotel is not bad. Location is accessible,  But cleanliness wise still can do better. The Toilet , bathroom and balcony is not clean even after doing room service,  Furnishing is a little bit outdated. The room smells musky  The bellboy manning the drop off is not that good cos seeing me struggling with my luggage in the rain, he did not even offer to help despite having an umbrella. Did not even help us to open the door. Me and my partner struggle to bring our luggage up the slope, in the rain and drenched. Im not sure why, but for the 4 days 3 night im there, the doorbell didnt even offer to help or assist..  For a top 10 hotel in jogja, the bell boy can do better with service wise. But the Front desk and concierge is very friendly..

The location is strategic. Room is so comfort and clean. The environment also calm and relaxing. We always have great stay in Loman Park Hotel!

Here’s The property is quite old and is no longer under Sheraton management, which is noticeable throughout the hotel. The toilets and ceilings feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the same applies to the air conditioning system, which doesn’t perform up to expectations. That said, the staff are very cooperative, friendly, and always willing to help, which is definitely a positive aspect of the stay.

bed tdk sejajar dan hanya matras nya aja yg di sprei bed nya tdk di sprei. toilet instan jd ngga nyaman krn trll sempit teko listrik bau karat tdk sebanding lah dg hrg nya🫩

Hotel dengan bangunan lama yang terletak di Kaliurang, apabila tujuan Anda adalah Lava Merapi Tour maka ini hotel yang sangat direkomendasikan. Kamarnya bersih dan luas walaupun perlu ada peningkatan kualitas untuk beberapa item di kamar mandi. Secara keselurahan ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan kisaran harganya. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
