Property is among a very silent neighborhood, food provided was of good taste and is located in a convenient place accessible to mysore's tourist attractions. The staffs were friendly and the front office were polite and accommodative. Food delivery is allowed and you can get good food from best restaurants nearby if you want to try out. Safari quest will be one of our go-to place whenever we want to spend some silent time in mysore.

Me, my wife and kid stayed in this hotel for 2 days. And it was an excellent stay. The rooms are spacious, neat and come ls with all basic facilities including electric kettle to make hot water, coffee, tea and milk powder. Also this hotel has a rooftop restaurant which has a beautiful ambience with a swimming pool view from the side. Very different experience. Food is tasty and their service is humble and excellent. The hotel management, house keeping and the restaurant altogether deserve more than a 5 star as they work hard to make the guest stay peaceful and memorable. If you are looking for a stay for family and kids then this is the place.

The rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Overall, hotel golden castle's strategic location near key transport hubs and tourist attractions, combined with its dining options and essential amenities, makes it a suitable choice for visitors looking to explore mysore. Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.

Location: Easily reachable and good road. Property: Greenery maintained well. Food: Breakfast spread is good. Soft idlis and crispy vadas. The Valentine's al-carte menu was OK. The valentine's day menu was confusing. The names were changed to match the theme but it didn't give any clear clue of what it was. We ended up ordering things we didn't wanted. Amenities: Good and clean rooms. Everything was functioning as expected for us. There are no water aerators to the taps. So there is lot of water wastage and also the water flow pressure is high. OKish indoor game area. The snooker que, TT bats aren't in great shape. Service: Excellent staff. Always ready to help.

It was a refreshing experience especially for people who want to run away from the city life,beautiful property food was very good. and all the staffs are so helpful so courteous. Special thanks to the luggage help Mr. Harish, Restaurant Team, and to Ms.Kavita (front office).
